Excellent value. Great location easily accessed from airport with public transportation. Easy walking distance to shops and restaraunts. Grocery store around the corner. Only a few minor issues. 1. Tiny elevators hold one person plus suitcase. 2. Included breafast could use a little more hot selection. 3. Hotel restaraunt was never open for dinner the 4 nights i was there.

Tolle Lage für Geschäftliches und fürs Shopping gleichermaßen. Großzügige Zimmer und zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider war die Lobby Bar während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen. Schönes Frühstück mit sehr netten Angestellten. Gerne wieder einmal.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff constantly coming round attending to our needs. The location of hotel was excellent with 3 tram lines couple of minutes walk away. Close to the lake. FIFA Museum was a 10 minute walk The Bar Lounge was a good area to sit though the bar itself was never open/attended. We never asked about the hours of operation. The room overall was good except that the ducted air conditioner (a/c) was not working and was replaced with a room a/c with the outlet exiting via the window. It did the job though it was noisy even on lowest setting. Not a good look for a 4 star rated hotel, especially in Zurich The beds were 2 singles combined to make a queen size but were very hard. We felt they were uncomfortable. Felt the decor in room was dated. Wardrobe was bit clunky to open. Air Conditioner mentioed earlier. Coffee machine was fiddly.

Picked this hotel based on the pictures of the gym, thought it looked new and updated with nice facilities. Turns out the gym is an actual local gym next door, and you have to pay 15CHF to use it. The hotel itself is fine, but certainly not updated.

The hotel has a good location, but it looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel carpet is very worn and looks dirty, both in the lobby and in the rooms. This is not good. I think it needs maintenance. I never saw the hotel bar open. I think they are understaffed.

This hotel is in one of Zurich's nicest areas, within easy walking distance to Lake Zürich, some fantastic restaurants and the shopping on the Bahnhofstrasse. The staff were outstanding, the room was surprisingly large for Zürich and spotlessly clean. We will go back when we are next in Zürich.

Stayed five nights. Location is good, breakfast is great, most of the staff are nice and helpful. Room condition: carpet is outdated and dirty, furniture (chairs) dirty, beds need to be adjusted several times, bathroom (specially the tub shower curtains) needs upgrade or glass door. Price/ night consider high to pay for the room condition. Fabiola was super nice at breakfast restaurant.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was the only one during our trip across Switzerland that had proper air-conditioning, which made our sleep during an active heatwave bearable. We were also given an extra fan that increased our comfort. Amenities were great. We loved the jacuzzi tub, though at times it was a bit wonky. Breakfast was also great. We enjoyed the wide selection of food and the quality was up to standard. The hotel was conveniently located next to a tram station that made exploring very easy. There were also a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a bit unstable. Overall, we enjoyed our staying.

Perfectly located and the room was fine. EXCEPT that there was supposed to be air conditioning and, in fact, the vent in the room provided almost no air, let alone cold air. Thank goodness there was a nice floor fan available. Without it, the room would have been very uncomfortable. So I would definitely stay there during cool weather seasons but not in summer unless they guaranteed me a floor fan.

Maybe because it is an old building, - room key is very old-fashioned that i did not know that kind of key still exists. - thin wall tells you when there is other customer next door - quantity and location of outlet is very limited. There was only 1 usable outlet by the desk. (The one on bed-side did not work. There was one by the room-door but not able to use it unless you have a long cable) While hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was also good, i did not feel like it's a 4-star but a 3-star hotel...

They have no porter service and staff refused to help Us with our luggage’s. We had to take their cart cross the street since they have no drive up, load luggage’s and take a few trips to our room since elevator is so small can’t fit everything . Carpets are stained and dirty . Our door wouldn’t close , we needed two people to push door and forcefully close it . Upon checkout my daughter wanted a bottle of water to go, from desk said they can’t give it and their restaurant refused to Give it even when we offered to pay and said go To Your room and get it , we said we already checked out and then they just ignored us. We left for airport with no water . We again had to load our own luggage and bring them down. Furniture old, bed uncomfortable and worst service I have ever received .

The property is in a good location, but that’s about the only good thing about it. Our room smelled, and it looked like it was last updated in the 90s. The included breakfast buffet was average -typical options to choose from, but the eggs were cold and the bacon was half-cooked. The front desk staff was mostly nice, but the man in charge during the week was rude and unaccommodating when we had an issue. Perhaps all of this would be acceptable if they were charging $150 a night, but at these rates, find somewhere to stay.

Esperava mais do hotel. Chegamos cedo e o recepcionista que estava sentado demorou para nos atender e não foi muito simpatico. O quarto estava com uma tampa de garrafa no chão que não havia sido limpo do hospede anterior, apesar de ser não fumante tinha muito cheiro de cigarro, a persiana do quarto não abria (parecia noite o tempo todo) e o chuveiro não travava na parede, só era possivel tomar banho segurando o chuveirinho. Somente o cafe da manhã era bom. Pelo preço não recomendo e não voltaria a me hospedar.

Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Changed the pressure in my bed and brought me an extra pillow to help me recover from my flight. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Severs at breakfast were also courteous and helpful. Food at. Breakfast was very solid, good, and reliable. Bathroom was clean and well designed. I liked that I could have a tub. I appreciated that there was both a desk chair and sitting chair. Climate control worked well.

Overall, a very good hotel in a very convenient location. The stay was very pleasurable. The only problem we had was the way the staff treated us in the breakfast hall full of guests. My wife took one of those honey sachet in her plate while having breakfast. However, she didn’t feel like having it then so decided to take it with her to have it later. Whilst leaving the waitress wished us goodbye and then noticed the honey pouch in my wife’s hand. She immediately stopped us in the middle of the hall and loudly said “sorry madam, you’re not allowed to take the honey with you. If you take things like this, what would be left for other guests”. It wasn’t like she was taking an extra one with her. It was the one she got for herself in the first place and was meant for her!!! We teied explaining her but she didn’t budge. In order to save any further arguments, we just left the honey and left. It was very unprofessional of the waitress to treat their guests in such embarrassing way in front of other guests.

The hotel in general, especially the showers are not suitable for a 4 star property. The rooms are old and stained even though maintained to be quite clean. The breakfast served me a raw meatball in which made me avoid breakfast for the rest of my stay. I will avoid this property the next time I visit Zurich.
