The website says they have air conditioning in the rooms, but they Do Not. One night it was so hot, even with the window open, but restricted because they lock the bottom of it, and I tried calling the front desk 5 times with no answer. I eventually went down and he told me that they have no AirCon in the rooms, even though on the wall there is a thermostat. I asked for some assistance and he told me "I am too busy and cannot help you". Overall, the location was horrible, it is in an Industrial area and there is a lot of construction going on. So with the windows open you will hear at 7am the construction. It was a very uncomfortable stay!

Expedia didn’t give the correct info when booking. For $370, room didn’t have AC, no double beds. I booked due to 2 beds and they have a roll away twin which was terrible. I should get a refund for this horrible room.

Een hotel bijzonder geschikt voor vliegveld en/of beurs; zakelijk, netjes en efficient. Precies wat wij nodig hadden voor 3 dagen familiebezoek in Zurich. We dachten een hotel met parkeerpaats te boeken, echter bij inchecken bleek hiervoor een apart tarief te worden gerekend. Wij zullen het vast niet goed gelezen hebben tijdens het boeken maar wees dus voorbereid op Fr25,- per dag parkeerkosten. In de omgeving is weinig te doen. Een aanrader is restaurant Stars & Stripes ( /- 12min lopen). De eigen bar/ restaurant is ook een optie. Niet echt gezellig maar ook wel weer zakelijk en netjes. Prima koffie! De kamers zijn wederom zakelijk en netjes net als de schoonmaak. Al met al prima verblijf waarbij alleen het personeel wat ons betreft wel wat gastvrijheid mag uitstralen en teruggeven. Zeker voor gasten die meerdere nachten blijven verwachten wij een klein beetje contact; want je raad het nooit, maar het team was ook zakelijk en netjes !-)

Wasn’t worth the money we paid, Aircon didn’t work and it was so hot at night . They didn’t even supply water for the room or have a mini fridge to cool the tap water. Ask for a pillow 1 hour later past my son bedtime they bring a pillow. Staff is not very friendly The location is 30 mins tram ride to Old time. Lots of construction around hotel.

We booked this property with doing research on its location from the bus terminal and to the airport via taking public transit. Once we started the journey was very eerie when we arrived our maps took us in behind no signage anywhere to say where this place is. Our room have garbage still in it even after the housekeeping came in for two days the same water bottle from previous guest was still in the same spot.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal in diesem Ibis Hotel. Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Die Badezimmertüre sah aus, wie wenn jemand ein Getränk ausgeleert hätte, es waren überall dunkle Tropfen zu sehen. Zudem roch es komisch im Badezimmer. Das Personal war etwas uninteressiert und unaufmerksam. Wir mussten mehrere Male die Schlüsselkarte neu programmieren lassen, weil sie x-mal nicht mehr funktionierte! Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker! Aber auch hier gab es keine Kontrolle und mehrere Leute haben Frühstück gegessen und sich am Abend mit Getränken und Snacks eingedeckt, ohne dass sie dafür bezahlt hätten. Etwas mehr Kontrolle oder Aufmerksamkeit von Seiten des Personals wäre wünschenswert.

Ich bin seit Jahren immer wieder Gast und mehr und mehr enttäuscht. Eine Renovierung ist überfällig. Alles ist abgewohnt. Das Zimmer roch (nicht zum ersten Mal) beim Betreten unangenehm wie lange nicht gewaschene Bettwäsche (obwohl sie frisch war) . Teppich und Gardinen haben wohl diesen Geruch angenommen. Im Bad sind Plastikteile längst vergilbt, wirkt ungepflegt und die Fugen in der Dusche sind voller Schimmel. Eine Zumutung. Dem Hinweis an der Rezeption, dass Handlungsbedarf besteht und der Schimmel offenbar eine allergische Reaktion über Nacht ausgelöst hat, folgte nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Dass eine Weitergabe der Reklamation stattfand, ist unwahrscheinlich. Besserung damit auch. Schade. Dies war einmal ein gutes Hotel, dass rundum offenbar unter Sparmassnahmen oder Desinteresse leidet.

Situé à côté de l'Hallenstadion donc pratique. Dès que les autres clients se réveillent il n'est plus possible de dormir. La plomberie fait un bruit d'enfer (douche et robinets claquent à chaque fois qu'ils sont éteint). Les portes ne sont pas isolées et claquent donc on entend chaque personne qui sort de sa chambre. Nice space with friendly staff. Not downtown, but also despite the name, far enough from the airport that there was no noise from planes. Plus solid windows that block noise and blackout curtains - great for jet lag. Within walking distance to public transit and basic store and nice restaurant in base. Personally, I loved the neighborhood and the walkway behind the building. Only potential downside is that there was not AC, but I feel like this is pretty standard here. Also has simple and nice little coffee machine in room!

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We chose it for affordability so we were not expecting frills. It was located close to transportation which made it possible to reach everything but took 15+ minutes. It was located in an area with mostly office buildings so there was not much available immediately around the property to eat at. The staff was friendly but nothing extensive. There was a bar at the location but we didn't use it.

The property was ok but the cost to buy a ramen there is insane. They sell a 2 franc ramen for 9 i expect an upcharge but that is insane.the front office staff are nit very helpful. But overall the hotel was good

Es dürfte mehr Platz im Zimmer auf dem Tisch haben. Mehr Steckdosen auch beim Bett nicht nur "alte" USB Anschlüsse, welche nicht gehen. Das Essen welches Angeboten wird ist schrecklich. Pizza aus dem Tiefkühler und dann nur Lauwarm Serviert. Und Tomatensauce fehlte komplett auf der Pizza. Und dann noch fast Fr. 20.00 verlangen das geht gar nicht. Lieber kein Essen anbieten als so ?

All the plugs in the room should be updated, not working property, had to use the plugs downstairs at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is a nightmare..,, so crowded with tour buses. The computer at checkin was super slow, need to update as well? I believe Ibis should live up with the brand. From Vancouver Canada.

The hotel is located in a quiet area not far away from Oerlikon. Good transport links to the airport and the city centre. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and made a very good first impression. However, we had to swap rooms straight away due to the toilet flush being broken. The second room was okay. There was no safe in the room which is a bit of a shame and same goes for the kettle. The breakfast was not good: dry bakery, very limited selection, eggs and bacon were terrible, same limited choices for the three days we stayed there. Breakfast items were not replenished fast enough with some trays sitting empty for long periods of time. This seems poor considering it’s an Ibis.

Jeg overnattet 4 netter i forbindelse med jobb. Helt greit hotell i nærheten av trikkestopp og buss. Kort vei til flyplass og Oerlikon stasjon. Kan til tider være svært hektisk i ved frokosten.
