Beautiful hotel. The two negatives were that we needed laundry service and it wasn’t available on the weekends. And the parking was offsite during a time when roads were closed off so it took us some time to get into the hotel. But the hotel and area were great. And staff was super helpful!

I really enjoyed my time in this hotel. The room was very comfortable and everything, including the air conditioning, worked perfectly. The only negative is that the elevator is tiny and barely large enough for one person with luggage. It must have been there before the building was renovated. But you get used to it. And the location is super. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel. Didn't know it was the sister property of the the Ambassador, until the person who checked us out remembered us from that hotel. Staff was really friendly and helpful. My wife actually left her purse on the chair at the downstairs bar, and after 10 minutes, nobody had took it. That was a relief.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our AC didn’t work initially, however they moved our room & on top of it had a technician come check the floor’s AC. The new room was even cooler the next day. We opted for the breakfast in the morning and they had a great selection with excellent coffee. There was a convenient store/supermercado across the street open late. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner where we stopped in very late one night and ate. But the street was quiet & very safe. A couple of blocks (up/down and to sides) there were many places to eat also. Our 4 night stay was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.

Die defekte Nespresso-Maschine wurde azch am 2. TAG nach Reklamation ausgetauscht. AB 7: 30 gab es jeden Tag großen Lärm auf der Straße, klang nach Bauarbeiten. Lage drs Hotels hinter der Oper ideal, vom Hbf mit ddr Linie 11 gut erreichbar.

The hotel is not exactly as shown on website. It is not very modern and rooms are very small and a bit worn out. Our view though from our room was amazing. We could see the lake. Location is perfect, everything is walking distance.

Location was perfect, surrounded by nice restaurants. Only 3 min walk from closest public transport, we didnt need any during Zurich days. You can walk anywhere you want to visit. Reception lady was so helpfull. And I have to mention that one of our rooms has an excellent view of the lake, even if it's a bit far away, it's beautiful! Only bothering thing in the hotel was breakfast room staff. Unfortunately, the gentleman there was extremely unhappy and was busy taking their plates from people with harassing them to finish quickly. I can't say we were peaceful during breakfast, such a pitty situation for a really qualified berakfast buffet. It was one of the places I would definitely want to return to if I could have a peaceful breakfast.

The room quality doesn’t match the lobby aesthetically - I’d consider the rooms pretty basic. Bed was ok - pillows were nice. The person who checked us in couldn’t have been less interested in the customer service experience. The area seemed nice and location was close to a train station that made it easy to get to the airport. Glad we only stayed here the one night.
