Ottima soluzione per visitare Perugia: la struttura si trova in pieno centro storico. Il parcheggio convenzionato Saba è situato in Piazza partigiani, ma grazie ad un sistema gestito di scale mobili e possibile arrivare quasi fuori l'hote. Colazione ben nutrita, così come risultano piacevoli gli ambienti e le camere. Ritornerei volentieri in quest'hotel per rivivere Perugia.

Lovely old hotel in the old part of Perugia. Loads of character and charm. Not great if you have a car as you can't drive to the hotel door and the parking is a 15-minute walk away! Its doable if there are 2 or more of you but not convenient.

We were given a 5th floor room when the lift only goes up to 4 so had to lug our case up steps to a gatret room. The shower stank the room was oppressively dark and the air con virtually non existent. The adjacent roof terrace was invaded by kids till the early hours which kept us awake. The beds were hard and pillows like lead. Breakfast was pedestrian. It’s not often I can’t drink the coffee. We were glad to move on

Stayed one night. Our room was lovely with a balcony and all the amenities you would need. Terrace isn’t open currently which is a shame. Decor is very beautiful and the breakfast was great. Staff were more than helpful and even gave us a great dinner recommendation.

Spacious room, nice staff, great location. The only drawback was parking. Ended up parking in a garage far away and calling a taxi to take us to the hotel, which was in a Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL).

Camera pulita e spaziosa, ma bagno terribile, completamente da ristrutturare: sanitari, rubinetti, piastrelle, uno sciacquone a mano come andavano 50 anni fa. E preferisco la carta igienica ai Kimberly Clark Colazione discreta, ma con molte pecche Una nota di pregio oa sala centrale del terzo piano e per i soffitti dipinto. Diciamo che è un tre stelle dignitoso e con un prezzo accessibile, però il bagno così è inaccettabile Probabilmente io sono fuori target perché non è un hotel business, ma anche come turista quel bagno non mi andrebbe. 大聖堂その他にとても近く便利で、その上脇道に入ったところにあるので静か。フロントのスタッフの方達が皆んな英語を話すので、コミュニケーションが楽で、こちらの質問にも丁寧に答えて下さり、check-out後のスーツケースも鍵がかかった場所で預かってもらえて扱いが丁寧です。部屋の清掃などもていねいでした。

Great location, but hotel is dated and mattress is uncomfortable. This is not the place to come if you are traveling by car unless you want to walk 15 minutes to and back from the parking lot which you pay separately. I don’t mind paying butwould have preferred to know what “parking available” meant.

The hotel hast a very good placement in the heart of Perugia. You cannot hide though, that it is old and (Room 204) could really use a renovation. The bed was loud wenn rolling to the side and the bathroom smelled terribly after a while. Freshness was missing.

Excellent central location and friendly, helpful staff. A quirky place to stay with a frescoed library/sitting area and highly decorated breakfast room. Our executive room was frankly not of executive standard with tiny bathroom and odd layout. As some compensation for this, the view from the balcony over the rooftops of Perugia to the Umbrian countryside beyond was breathtakingly beautiful.

We felt welcome here, from the minute we walked in, till checkout. Front desk staff seemed to be sincerely pleased with our stay. Lots of smiles, good advice, overall a success. Very good room, spacey, enough light, quiet with a good bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a delight with lots of choices and very friendly breakfast room attendant. Right next to the old town. You can take a taxi from the train station or the mini-metro for the more adventurous. Highly recommended.

The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!

Lovely staff, great location, beautiful old building, wonderful views from the balconies and good breakfast. We were travelling with a toddler and a dog and they made us all feel welcome. Would definitetely recommend this hotel and id love to come back and explore the idyllic Perugia more.

This is a beautiful hotel that has respected the original architectural details while updating what is necessary to make a hotel stay convenient and modern. The photos on the website are exactly what you will find at this hotel. Our room was not huge, but it was immaculately clean and the bathroom was large. The staff was helpful, polite, and gracious. The breakfast is fantastic, especially the coffee machine, which can make you anything from an espresso to a luongo and everything in between! If you're looking for a European-style stay (U.S. folks: this is NOT a Marriot), you will love this hotel.

Fantastic location, very friendly reception staff and we loved the hotel. There is a lift but we took the stairs and there are quite a few. We would absolutely stay here again and the only negative was for us the Breakfast was very basic.
