This property is newly renovated with latest digital door lock and safe in each room. Bathroom layout a bit odd with bidet in the way of bathroom door which cannot be opened all the way. One set of towels per guest in each room. No towels in gym or pool area. You have to bring the only bath towel from your room if you want to use the pool. Quite inconvenient.

The hotel is next to the entrance to the Rocca Paolina, It is a no frills hotel including the room. The room had a balcony with a view, the bed was comfortable. The best thing at the hotel apart from the balcony was the pool, which is in the basement although the usage is not complimentary.

The AC was not very effective, esp. on our side of the building, getting the full blat of the afternoon heat. Having to pay for the use of the pool and fitness centre sucks big time, it is supposed to be s 4 Star facility and I expected free use of pool and gym..😪

Great hotel, located within walking distance from the city centre. The hotel has a good gym which can be used. Parking at the hotel is very convenient if you want to rent a car and visit different places. Hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

Great location for being close to the escalators to visit the top of the city. There are no restaurants around the hotel and the bar in the lobby is tiny and was never opened. The breakfast buffet was great for one special reason...as an American I drink coffee and they let you fill a carafe of coffee for you table. No getting up and refilling a tiny coffee over and over. I would stay again

La camera era dotata di tutti comfort, letto comodo, bagno spazioso e doccia grande, dotato di dispenser sia nella doccia (bagnoschiuma e shampoo) che sul lavandino. Colazione abbondante e buona tutta a buffet. Parcheggio in convenzione con uno sotto la struttura, raggiungibile con scale mobili al prezzo di 16 euro. La piscina è a pagamento al costo di 7 euro/persona. The hotel and facilities were very good, the staff at the restaurant and the desk was very friendly and efficient. However, there was a constant lack of clean towels at the room, on day of arrival there was one large towel for two guests, the last day there were no towels at all. Ottima posizione per vusitare a piedi perugia. Le stanza quadruple si affacciano sulla stazione dei bus, il panorama non è un granché ma è comunque silenzioso. L'aria condizionata si accendeva a random di notte. Bagno spazioso, letto grande comodo. Il letto da una piazza e mezza era un po' scomodo, ma per ragazzi ancora ok. AC box on the wall is just for show - definitely didn't work when I tried to set it to 68F for sleeping. Hotels take over AC master control for "eco" and money-saving purposes, but c'mon! You're in the business of providing sleep! Opened the window, but there's a very noisy/busy roundabout below, so was awake all night between being hot or disrupted from noise.

The hotel is like a hidden gem. Exterior looks a bit ordinary but everything inside is of very high standard. The room is spacious and well decorated with modern and well equipped bathroom. Location can’t be better. It’s one minutes walk to bus terminal for our day trips to nearby towns. And it’s right next to the escalator leading to the historical center of the city. Service is excellent. Andrea at the recent is just excellent. He is so helpful and friendly

Unfortunately we had a medical emergency that meant we had to cut short the stay by two days, but they charged us for the full term, without any help or gesture of good will . Excellent, bright, shiny, very well priced newish hotel. Very close to main historical square- about 200 metres lower , mostly on escalators, through an array of historical tunnels which would be a high priced attraction anywhere else in Italy. If coming by train, catch the excellent and novel Mini Metro from the end of platform one. Get off at Pincetto and head right and mostly downhill. The hotel is about 200 m away from the stop. Use your phone.

Lovely, modern hotel just outside of the historic centre of Perugia. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Onsite car parking for a reasonable fee was a very useful facility. The historical centre was a short walk away; the climb to the centre is made easier with the use of a number of escalators.

Hotel centrale, comodo a un grande Park sotterraneo ai piedi delle scale mobili che porta o in centro. La struttura è ben tenuta e con dettagli di pregio, quali i rivestimenti in marmo esterni o in alcuni luoghi comuni interni. La camera dove abbiamo alloggiato con vista sulla città era tirata a nuovo da una recentissima ristrutturazione con dettagli di pregio. 2 sole pecche: 1. La colazione continentale un po' sotto tono, dalle brioches poco croccanti alla varietà limitata di cibi salati, in una sala che forse più di altre sente il passare del tempo. 2. Per 2 volte abbiamo esaurito la carta igienica, perché non era stato aggiunto un rotolo di riserva. Nonostante questo, la posizione strategica il rapporto qualità prezzo e i servizi nel complesso lo rendono una Struttura su cui torneremmo certamente.
