We really enjoyed our stay at hotel Priori. Such a unique area. Feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Our window opened up to one of the walkways, also faced the side of an old church. Breakfast was great, the staff was welcoming and helpful with our questions regarding the area. Would definitely stay again. Parking is available, expensive but convenient.

Beautiful hotel in the Center of historic Perugia. Surprised by a few things - the hotel only permits the room temp to 21C and you have to call down to the desk to have it increased and only for an hour. I was unwell on this trip and consequently requested the sheets be changed. The room attendant called the gentleman at the front desk who then confronted me about my request and requested an explanation. The hotel was advertised as having services on site such as laundry, hairdressing and restaurant. The laundry and hairdressing were services available in town and when there were only a few guests the hotel would choose to close the restaurant. There are no ending machines onsite for water etc when the restaurant is closed.

staff very friendly. great location, if you can find it. good towel warmer in WC. -poor website with no info on how to arrive to hotel from station. -poor signposting to find hotel from top of mini metro. -poor signposting inside hotel: try to find the gym! -very small room, even though I paid significantly more for a “business room.” -wind, rain, church bells, and partiers were so loud (esp the wind) that it was impossible to sleep. This hotel needs better windows that block more of the sound. -so much rain entered the room from the window frame. All towels were completely soaked and have the room was still under water in the morning. Room 302. Windows clearly need to be replaced. -breakfast crowded and uncomfortable.

旧市街の中心、ノヴェンブレ広場にも歩いて数分の立地。私たちはペルージャ駅からミニメトロCupa駅からエスカレーターを使ってアクセスしました。坂道なので大変ですが、タクシーを使わなくても可能。モダンで掃除の行き届いたホテルでスタッフも親切、笑顔で対応していただけた。ギャラリールームに宿泊したのですが、かなり狭くスーツケース2つを広げると通路がないくらい… 価格を考えれば当然です。マットレスもグレードが高く、毎日きれいにお掃除していただきました。 SDGSの観点から歯ブラシやスリッパなど必要ならいただけるというシステムでした。朝食会場の女性がどの方も素敵で、親切でした。食べ過ぎで食欲のなかった朝、持参したカモミールティを飲むためにマぐカップにお湯をお願いしたら訳を聞いてくださって、「私もたまにやっちゃうのよ～」って感じでレモンとショウガをいれたらいいと持ってきてくださいました。すごく嬉しかったです！余談ですが、ホテルの前のオステリアがとても美味しかった！

In the perfect location, and obviously recently renovated, as everything is in excellent condition. The room was a little bit on the small side, but not excessively so, and was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was above average, and with lots of choices.

Our room’s AC was not working, nor the WiFi. The staff was very kind and accommodating and helpful, they were great! The area was also loud and filled with young people taking over the streets which was a bit overwhelming so we left (at no fault to the hotel staff.)

We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!

The parking was easy to find but no way to find entrance to hotel. No signs or anything. Staff was not very friendly and didn’t smile at all. I felt a little unwelcome when we arrived. But the room and stay was nice.

Overall, an excellent stay. Wonderful people, lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, great restaurants accross the street, beautiful town. Our problem was driving and parking. Driving into the town of Perugia is difficult because it is an ancient medieval city on a hill and there is only one-way-in and one-way-out. So, if your navigation system cannot find the hotel, you will go up-and-down the hill several times (we did). The streets are super narrow. We were fortunate that we saw a blue metal door, labeled with a "P", called the hotel and they confirmed that was their parking. They sent someone to open the gate and help us with luggage. After that nerve-wrecking driving experience, we were greeted so warmly by the staff that we started to forget and enjoyed our 2 night stay very much. Next time, we will take the train and taxi to the hotel. TIp: find the underground city called Roca Paulina.

L'hotel è ubicato in centro a Perugia.L'unica difficoltà è trovare un parcheggio.Forse un pò caro il parcheggio proposto dall'hotel Priori.Ho trovato un parcheggio con ricarica non molto distante.Abbiamo visitato Perugia e tutte le mostre e i monumenti presenti.Ci siamo spostati ad Assisi e Arezzo.Molto bella L'Umbria.Torneremo sicuramente.

We loved our stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden. Our room overlooked the outdoor space with amazing views of the Umbrian hills. We enjoyed listening to the music from the patio. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast was great and very enjoyable on the gem of a patio. Staff super-friendly too. Easy walk to great shopping and restaurants. Helpful tip: From the train station, take Minimetro to the hotel. It’s a trolley that runs every 2-3 minutes from the train to the city center. Cost is €1.50. Wish I had known about this sooner. Not a lot of advertising for it but VERY convenient!
