Ho notato molta attenzione alla pulizia ed alla ecosostenibilità: ottima l'idea di avere un distributore di acqua in un locale comune con bottiglie di vetro e bicchieri di carta da portarsi in stanza. Accappatoi per la doccia non disponibili in stanza; le ciabattine vanno richieste ma arrivano subito. Colazione abbondante e personale premuroso. We had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have chilled water and an espresso machine open for use 24 hrs a day. Room was spacious and bright, overlooking the town square below. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of things, but you're above the action. Reasonably priced. Definitely would stay again and hope to return.

Overall a really wonderful property, in a perfect location, with excellent staff, clean and spacious rooms, a lovely breakfast, and nearby garage parking. We'd absolutely return. However, a quick note to management regarding major roofing construction taking place directly outside our window beginning each day at 8:00a. This was never mentioned to us and absolutely should have been. Of course we recognize the hotel has no control over neighboring work, but it at least deserved some sort of notification or recognition to guests before arrival. Or perhaps an offer of a different room without men yelling to one another first thing in the morning and working literally inches from us, looking in our window. No privacy, no chance to sleep in on holiday. Management should have been honest and communicative in this instance rather than ignore it and hope we didn't care. Hopefully other guests weren't equally affected. We recommend travelers ask the hotel before booking if they can expect this same possibility as management may not be as responsible as expected for this level of boutique property.

Complicadísimo estacionarse… más de dos horas encontrar estacionamiento fuera del hotel y más de 4000 pasos para llegar desde fuera del centro histórico y subiendo escaleras eléctricas cuando se supone que el hotel tiene estacionamiento!!

Lorenzo, Stefano and the lovely young woman at the front desk make up one of the hardest working, most pleasant and professional staffs in all of Italy. The hotel is so clean it sparkles and both the housekeeping staff and catering staff went above and beyond every day of our stay. We loved our time here at Locanda and we look forward to returning. This is an exceptional hotel which seems to have been recently renovated and is superbly decorated in every way. If you can, book a room near the roof top with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It makes for a very special treat. Very friendly service and good value considering the quality and the location. A great breakfast too.
