Beautiful and updated property. Views from the window is gorgeous and the top floor patio has the best view of the Harbor. Staff were very friendly and on top of getting us checked in and helping us on a day by day basis.

Overall great hotel. The rooms are new and clean. The lobby is extremely small so you have to go through people to get to the elevators (not really convenient if you have lots of luggage). Staff and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The area around the hotel can be quite seedy at night. Despite, these small issues we would stay again as a layover.

Chambre très jolie, très lumineuse et. Super rapport qualité prix pour Hong Kong ! L’emplacement est central avec des malls et resto à deux pas. La salle de gym est bien équipé est peu bondé. Enfin le service est très attentionné, ils s’occupent très bien des clients. Petit bonus y’a un rooftop où on peut accéder quand on veut avec une très belle vue.

Very convenient location, 3mins walk to train station and shopping centre. Very close to lots of good dining options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very lovely, friendly and helpful. Gym equipment also modern and well maintained. Overall, highly recommend and would come back!!

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our stay. All staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping refilled everything even if we didn’t ask. Public transportation was easy to get to. We were close to the harbor for the skyline view, ferries and close to many many malls, restaurants and night life. If you don’t want to walk to the harbor, take an elevator to the 40TH floor for a view of the skyline. Concierge was amazing. They helped us call for a taxi to the airport and made sure they accepted credit card because we were out of HKD.

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed our stay. All staff were super nice and accommodating. Everything was very clean. Housekeeping refilled everything even if we didn’t ask. Have you ever been treated like a thief in a hotel where room rates are $600+ a night? The Mondrian HK is the perfect example of a brand that is all marketing ZERO delivery. Check in was ok. Room was tiny even for HK standard. Mattress was Motel 6 quality. Avoca was understaffed with terrible service and management. Never went to a restaurant where there were more hosts than waiters. Breakfast was way subpar by HK standard. Eating breakfast in a "night club" is not my idea of luxury. The winning move was the check out. I was asked if I had consumed anything from the overpriced mini bar. I said no. Then was asked to sit on a bench (lobby looks like the waiting area at a mall toilet) while they checked the room to make sure I was not lying. After 15 mins I was cleared and declared NOT A THIEF and allowed to leave!! Wow what luxury! FYI - also offered free cocktails as a "VIP" when I checked in - but that never materialized when I spend $4000+ at the bar inviting my staff... All fake - "Motel 6" with lipstick on does not equal luxury!

Well designed. Perfectly located in a busy and not so busy area. The bed felt a bit hard. The hotel only offers tap water that can be filtered by a machine. They can probably offered filtered bottled water (glass). I do appreciate the eco-friendliness.

The premium harbor king size room was absolutely perfect. The view was unbelievable and there is so much to do in the area. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful and the food was excellent. We had the most incredible time during our stay. I would have to say above all, the best part was the amazing staff. They had a personalized note waiting for us when we arrived, and they even had our names on the tv screen welcoming us. Every staff member went over and above every expectation we had to make our experience the most memorable and we were very impressed how important it was to everyone that we were most comfortable and that we had everything we needed at all times. We didn’t have to ask for anything because they were always prepared for everything and knew what we needed even before we knew. We are very pleased with every part of our stay. Thank you Mondrian Hong Kong staff.

New renovation. Love the power curtain and new interior design. The bathroom was great. It's designed that the steam from the shower will not fog up the mirror. The staff meet you at the front and lead you to the registration and help you with the luggage. The staff are super helpful to show you the subway, the laundromat etc. The foyer is small.
