Lovely, quiet hotel with large clean rooms, small private terraces and a large rooftop terrace with a view of Vesuvius and a nice pool and restaurant. The main square was a short walk. Breakfast was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only challenge was the parking - the garage is small - but we made it work.

This property was fabulous to stay. The hotel is very clean, modern & the staff, every single one of them was very friendly & courteous. The free breakfast is delicious & served in a giant ballroom type setting with something for everyone. Italian bacon, scrambled eggs, great bread for toast, pastries, danishes, Italian cold cuts, cheese, delicious fresh fruit & of course great coffee & even pancakes. The AC was ice cold & we had a balcony with a view of the mountains. The rooftop dining was awesome. The waiter was great. The views of the ocean are spectacular & great for pictures, the only negatives about this hotel are the parking, which is located underneath, around the back of the hotel via a small entry but if lot is full, they will take your car & park it in a different lot. Parking is 25 euro/day. Also the lack of power outlets in room & no exhaust fan in bathroom. Other than that it is very close to the main Piazza Tasso but just far away for a little peace & quiet, great for families/couples. When I return to Sorrento, we will definitely be staying at this hotel. suggest half board which includes dinner. Everyone can order an appetizer first and a second, I had the fresh mozzarella & tomato salad which was out of this world, spaghetti & clams & sliced steak over arugula. All three were mouthwatering. We did not use the pool, which is also located on the rooftop, as well as a rooftop bar with ice cold beer. Ciao!!!!

This hotel was very nice and the location was amazing if you want to be close to the center of town. I took the train from Rome to Naples and then to Sorrento and I could walk less than 1/2 mile to the hotel. The back of the hotel has beautiful gardens and patios and a gated entrance that takes you 1 minute to the plaza center. You can also walk to the ferry’s easily to see Positano, Capri Almafi. The rooftop bar and pool were a plus and the morning breakfast was great. I was a single female traveler and felt safe everywhere. I highly recommend the water view with a balcony. It’s worth the price! The only negative is the Wifi outside of your hotel room and even on my balcony was difficult so I had to be inside to get anything done. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, since it is near the centre of Sorrento and also near the port. They have parking for the car available at 25 EUR per night. The Swimmingpool and bar on the rooftop are also very nice. Only additional umbrellas would be great. We enjoyed also the breakfast, which contained a lot of things like scrambbled eggs, salami, prosciutto etc. The only things, that we found not excellent was the traffic of the main rood, if you have a room facing in this direction, and also the room walls are not very thick, since we were able to hear the neighberhoods activities.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located close to the central square where all the shops and restaurants are located. Take the hotel’s rear gate and you’re there in 4-5 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly and attentive. We were given a bottle of complimentary wine, and coupons for glasses of champagne upon our check-in. Buffet breakfast was included with our booking, and we enjoyed it. Variety & selection was good. They try to switch up some of the fresh fruits & pastries each day. The room was of good size for 3 of us. Lots of storage for clothing, and a lot of counter space & shelves in the bathroom. The room, however, is beginning to show its age with it dark wood trimmings. There are quite a few chipped tiles on the floor. On our 2nd last day I looked up at the bathroom ceiling and noticed some black spots. There is also lack of privacy in the bathroom. I can hear the guest in the next room talk. I would assume if I can hear them, they can also hear me talking in the bathroom. I can actually hear their shower water running. Despite the minor hiccups I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful place, but i saw a cockroach in my room, you can tell that they didn’t change the sheets, the pool area closes at 6pm but even the chairs near it which limits where one can lounge and the restaurant was never open at night. Aside from those tiny things I would say its a nice hotel.

A lovely hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely rooftop bar and pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The a/c was good and the staff were pleasant. However, for the price it costs to stay in this hotel, there are no frills or extras provided - there is no fridge in the room, no tea or coffee making facilities, no iron/ironing board, the drinking glasses weren’t changed during our week long stay and toiletries aren’t replaced when finished. There is also only one socket in the room so bring an adapter with you for your chargers. Breakfast was ok, great if you like cakes and buns as lots of sweet things and it lacks tea pots so those who love a cuppa in the morning were up and down to the tea stand frequently refilling their little teacups. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the main piazza and a five minute walk to the train station. A lovely hotel but with a little more effort it could be outstanding.

Interesting stay - only 1 night. Check in was good. I was early and they suggested I could use the rooftop pool while I waited for my room - lovely. The room was clean, but bedroom area needed updating. Bed was hard and pillows old and flat. Bathroom was nice - but getting in/out of tub may be difficult for the less mobile. There was an air freshener being pumps through the air vents that was very powerful and became really overwhelming. I didn’t sleep. Had a strange experience in the middle of the night - that I was hoping was my imagination. Very convenient location - very quick walk to main Center and shopping. I walked to and from the ferry port with my carry on luggage. It was doable - but not with larger luggage.

O hotel é ótimo. Super bem localizado. O motivo da minha nota baixa é que logo no primeiro banho tive problemas com o ralo do chuveiro que estava entupido. Relatei o problema na recepção e disseram que iam consertar. No dia seguinte, mesma coisa. Reclamei e ficaram de mandar alguém para olhar. Por fim, na minha última noite, minha esposa tomava banho quando o banheiro inundou completamente. A recepção enviou uns funcionários para olharem. Eles ficaram em choque e perguntaram se eu nao havia reclamado, ou seja, não houve comunicação e nem a manutenção que disseram ter feito. No meu check-out relatei novamente o problema e que a estadia havia sido comprometida por isso e só o que recebi foi um "I'm sorry". Infelizmente os concierges não estão à altura de um hotel dito 4 estrelas. Péssimo serviço!

Worse 4 star property ever . Very rude staff & management. No water or Basu. Kettle provided in the room. When asked for a kettle was told to pay 15 euros for a kettle . When I asked for swim towels. Was told to go to the city center & buy some !!! This property should never be listed on Expedia . They are the worse 4 star I have ever been to. The front lady at the reception was very rude & dismissive .

Excellent. On arrival we were treated to an upgrade and welcome Prosecco. The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, opposite bus stop and walking distance to beach and town center. Buffet breakfast was excellent and the upstairs pool bar had the most incredible views to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!!

They lost our luggage. They gave a room with a non functioning bathroom and they accepted us to stay overnight in a room without a working bathroom. We were accused of lying about a toilet not working in order to get a new room. During this conversation, the other workers were laughing and making fun of us. The property was recently renovated and it looks great. The roof top has a 360 view of the entirety of Sorrento which makes a good place to sit relax and enjoy the views. The one thing I would look out for is even though it says 17 mins walk from the ferry dock, it involved climbing a lot of steep stairs, so if you are travelling with big bags and have gone to different parts of Italy and think 17 mins walk should be doable, I would recommend taking a Taxi to the hotel. Other than that the hotel is place within walk distance (5 mins) from heart of Sorrento and they have contacts to local Vespa rentals which I definitely recommend to rent a vespa drive around and even go to the Amalfi coast. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

This is the perfect hotel, amidst the perfect garden oasis setting to enjoy the 'quiet'. The hotel was a 5-min.walk from the train station. 2 blocks from Piazza Tasso, 3 blocks to the shops, 8-min. walk to the Communal Garden for the best views of Sorrento Bay. The hotel is clean, modern with beautiful finishes-glass, stone, marble, granite, woods, fabrics, stainless steel. Huge lobby with dining room & bar access. Arrived early & they kept our luggage safe until we came back to check in. The desk staff was so nice, helpful, professional & everyone was impeccably dressed. You never had to look for anyone!! Special thanks to Valentina. Our room, 305, had a balcony with 2 chairs/table. The pillows and linens were high quality & the bed was so comfortable. Huge closet space in wall, safe, 2 night stands, desk & chair, & a small table & chair. Great Wi-Fi! Bathroom mirror was a huge make up mirror! Walk-in shower, hand held attachment & a rain forest overhead. Big fluffy towels. The included breakfast was set up in a 'ball room' with waiters, linens, china and silverware. Hot eggs, bacon, sausages; cold meat/bread/jams/veggie/cheese bar; fruit bar; packaged gluten-free items; 8-9 different types of pastries, croissants, yogurt, cereals, freshest orange juice and 2 coffee machines that made 8 different coffees. We stayed 3 nights and found so much to do and see because of the location-it is 'perfection' in a word! Do yourself a favor and don't just look - just book! Ten stars!!!

A reasonably priced hotel in a good location in Sorrento so you can walk to most places. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the rooftop pool and bar as it rained hard every day we were there. Only negative was the restaurant which had only a very limited of fixed meal options and the food was nowhere near four star standard in Italy.

The breakfast was fair, but the morning staff didn't seem all that interested in keeping the food items properly supplied and they were not particularly friendly. The eggs were warm but not hot and scrambled was the only option. Lots of sweets, but it would be better to have more hot options and less sweets. Girls at the front desk were very helpful.

Disliked the strict “no drinks brought in” policy. I recommend an exception to allow outside bottles of water to be brought in. The bartender while we were there was good but VERY VERY SLOW.

Very good hotel downtown Sorrento with very friendly staff and very good rooms. Only point to improve the breakfast could have been better.

Very nice hotel and kind personnel. The breakfast buffet could have way less cake than it had (20+ different kinds) and focus more on quality and diversity in the other things offered. Also, it was very weird that all the tables for 2 people at the breakfast buffet was facing the buffet, and not the windows. I don’t think I am alone in thinking that a view of the old buildings across the streets is a better view than other guests and a buffet. But overall it was a very nice hotel and I would definitely recommend booking your stay here!

La habitación era amplia y con terraza, lo que resultó muy agradable. El desayuno estaba bien: se agradece la variedad de fruta y postres, aunque el resto de opciones eran algo escasas y repetitivas. El hotel cuenta con una terraza en la azotea muy bonita, con piscina y unas vistas preciosas, pero no se puede cenar allí, lo cual es una pena porque el espacio se podría aprovechar mucho más. En general, una estancia cómoda y satisfactoria.
