The stuff is phenomenal, location cannot be beat, nice relaxing pool on the roof (perfect temperature!). As many pointed out, the gym is small - I really wish they had at least one other elliptical - but it was well air-conditioned, a real rarity in Europe! Most importantly, the hotel has onsite valet parking that functions well - we didn’t have to wait long for a car at all. Now, try to find that in Sorrento! We stayed for a week - wished we stayed longer.

Ideally located for the town and the coast. There are an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. The food at the hotel is exceptional at breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site fine dining restaurant which is exquisite! The hotel rooms are fabulously decorated and furnished in traditional style. Housekeeping was immaculate. Staff throughout this fabulous hotel are very friendly and helpful. The pool is on the roof and we had no problems getting sun beds however late we turned up. This is the third hotel we have stayed at in Sorrento and it is our favourite due to food quality and staff,

Beautiful, luxurious hotel in central but quiet location. Surpassed our expectations with large room and stunning rooftop terrace an pool. Very good value for money compared to other hotels we looked at and BEST breakfast in entire trip. Simply perfect !

At the last minute we switched from staying in Capri to Sorrento. Found this hotel on Hotels.com. Have to say it was beyond our expections. Fabulous!!! Centrally located to everything! Staff were great and always were there to assist in everything. The roof top pool and bar were perfect for those late afternoon dips and relaxation before dinner and late night stroll. Look forward to returning. Ciao.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good. Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc. It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that was probably personal preference. We would stay here again

This place is FANTASTIC!! Every detail has been considered… room is great, rooftop bar and pool is remarkable! Breakfast was very complete and delicious. Service has been exactly what you would hope for! We would definitely come back on a future trip!

The hotel has a great rooftop pool and is a great place to have drinks in the evening looking over the sea. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and always asking if you needed anything. We had a private terrace off of our room that was nice to enjoy a quiet evening drink.

This is an amazing hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Everything about this charming hotel could not be any better. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were perfect and they have opened a new restaurant in the Lemon Garden which is first class. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is our second stay at Grand Hotel La Favorita and we weren’t disappointed. Amazing hotel at the heart of Sorrento. Friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful food. Comfortable , clean rooms. Would recommend to all. We will be going back again.

An exceptional hotel in the perfect central Sorrento location, made even better by the amazing staff. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious and delightfully decorated. We loved everything about this hotel, ranging from the beautiful decor to the convenient location to the impeccable cleanliness to the excellent breakfast. We would absolutely return if we came back to Sorrento!

We stayed for 4 nights, and have stayed here previously, both time the staff are the best that we have encounter anywhere around the world, from reception, restaurants, and housekeeping, all are extremely helpful and couldn't do any more to go out of there way to assist us. The hotel is very well positioned, clean, and the rooms are very big we found. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return.

Great location in Sorento. Clean room but kind of kitschy- lots of local ceramic in the room. Great breakfast; great terase/lemon tree garden. Staff was quite inhospitable - unusual for our experience in Italy. Also, we have asked for a room upgrade as Expedia VIP - they have told us that they don’t have any rooms available although the hotel was almost empty. We have tried two white wines at the bar on the first floor - both very bad quality.

This is an amazing hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Everything about this charming hotel could not be any better. We were only here one night but it is a beautiful location and hotel. I loved that it had a pool with a view, bar and restaurant on that same level. Large breakfast buffet in the morning. Spacious room with terrace. My only complaints were that I could only book one night and bathroom shower was a bit dark and small. I can't speak to the location compared to others as we were there only a short period of time.

We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast. We asked the reception staff for help with activities and restaurant recommendations, and they were very helpful. To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center. It was a €1,20 fee but we paid it gladly to get up top! Only a three block walk from the top of the lift. We would love to return some day!

We stayed at Grand Hotel La Favorita for a long weekend and had the most amazing weekend! We were there for my wife’s 30th birthday and enjoyed every minute we had there. The reception staff could have been move attentive, however the waiters around the pool/cocktail bar were particularly good and very friendly. Everything you could want is within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was so much better in person than the photographs online. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel any more.
We stayed at Grand Hotel La Favorita for a long weekend and had the most amazing weekend! We were there for my wife’s 30th birthday and enjoyed every minute we had there. The reception staff could have been move attentive, however the waiters around the pool/cocktail bar were particularly good and very friendly. Everything you could want is within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was so much better in person than the photographs online. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel any more.

Hotel is conveniently located and in walking distance to all of the area attractions. Room and property were pretty. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful views. Breakfast buffet was bountiful. My only piece of feedback was that the wait staff were inflexible about our request to take a small cup of orange juice and some pastels back to the room — for our daughter who was jet lagged from a 24 hour trip there and slept in. We paid for breakfast for 3. The way they responded wasn’t in service to the customer. Minor request shouldn’t be a big deal. Would expect a little more service and hospitality from this tier of hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our favorite hotel from the trip. The room was very nice, high end features and staff was great. We used the rooftop pool quite a bit with drink and food service it was very good. Service and wait staff at on the rooftop was great constantly bringing towels, adjusting our umbrella, etc. It's very centrally located and walking distance to everything, they also helped with car service for us to the airport. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast, but that was probably personal preference. We would stay here again

We stayed for 4 nights, and have stayed here previously, both time the staff are the best that we have encounter anywhere around the world, from reception, restaurants, and housekeeping, all are extremely helpful and couldn't do any more to go out of there way to assist us. The hotel is very well positioned, clean, and the rooms are very big we found. Highly recommend this hotel and we will return.

We had a first-class experience at this hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, with beautiful blue and white decor and tile work. We appreciated the stunning rooftop bar and the generous breakfast. We asked the reception staff for help with activities and restaurant recommendations, and they were very helpful. To get to the hotel from the ferry, (from Naples) we walked from the port to the right past the beach clubs, and took the public lift up to the city center. It was a €1,20 fee but we paid it gladly to get up top! Only a three block walk from the top of the lift. We would love to return some day!

Also, we have asked for a room upgrade as Expedia VIP - they have told us that they don’t have any rooms available although the hotel was almost empty. We have tried two white wines at the bar on the first floor - both very bad quality.

An exceptional hotel in the perfect central Sorrento location, made even better by the amazing staff. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious and delightfully decorated. At the last minute we switched from staying in Capri to Sorrento. Found this hotel on Hotels.com. Have to say it was beyond our expections. Fabulous!!! Centrally located to everything! Staff were great and always were there to assist in everything. The roof top pool and bar were perfect for those late afternoon dips and relaxation before dinner and late night stroll. Look forward to returning. Ciao.

This is an amazing hotel right in the heart of Sorrento. Everything about this charming hotel could not be any better. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were perfect and they have opened a new restaurant in the Lemon Garden which is first class. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Ideally located for the town and the coast. There are an abundance of restaurants within walking distance. The food at the hotel is exceptional at breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site fine dining restaurant which is exquisite! The hotel rooms are fabulously decorated and furnished in traditional style. Housekeeping was immaculate. Staff throughout this fabulous hotel are very friendly and helpful. The pool is on the roof and we had no problems getting sun beds however late we turned up. Cleanest hotel I have ever visited. The bathroom was spotless. Two restaurants. The primary, Zest, is world class. Multiple courses of unique cuisine. The rooftop has a beautiful pool and another restaurant. Both have an outstanding view of the bay of Naples. The restaurant has a wide variety of great food and specialty cocktails. The staff was very well trained, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and plan to return soon.
