This hotel was one of the most beautiful we have every stayed in! The grounds were lush, views from our room were breath taking & the staff did everything possible to elevate our stay. We loved the breakfast included, and also thought the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the main strip of Sorrento. The multiple pools & amenities included took it to another level! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sorrento!

Very nice upscale hotel walking distance to downtown Sorrento. Excellent, friendly staff and comfortable rooms with exceptional views. Food was good, not great, and food/beverage was a bit on the high end for what you get. Pool was cold.

The gardens are beautiful. As were the views from the terrace outside our room (Floor 8). The pools were too cold to swim in (we visited in April) which our son was a little sad about. They would be perfect to cool off in in the hot summer months! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

FABULOUS!!!! All the way around!!!! Very CLEAN, comfortable, VERY ACCOMODATING, GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF, great breakfast, AMAZING VIEW, convenient and reasonably priced parking. All at the foot of Sorrento. Walk right into town which had EVERYTHING! I HIGHLY recommend this stay! I would definitely go back there!

We loved our stay here! It is in a perfect location in Sorrento, just outside of the hustle and bustle but so easily walkable to the main streets. The staff were all wonderful, our room was cleaned everyday to perfection, our view was amazing. The restaurant onsite had great food. We highly recommend!

Overall, loved it! The highlight of this hotel is absolutely the pool area. They have a superb pool with an incredible view of sorrento town centre, the ocean and mt Vesuvius. The restaurant by the pool was fantastic with great quality food. Only let down for me was that the bathroom had mould, which was really not acceptable for a four star hotel when you’re paying £400 a night (the staff did come and clean it when we complained). The walk in to town isn’t far at all and I’d prefer this location rather than being in the middle of town. The only other issue was that the hotel is absolutely full of mosquitoes and they don’t make any effort to prevent them- they could at least burn some lemon candles or similar.

What a gorgeous hotel with an exceptional view, pool area, incomparable view and lovely spacious grounds. We were so comfortable and well taken care of here. The breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel restaurant in the evening was good but not exceptional, our only quibble. Overall, we loved the comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and service. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and best-placed/convenient to enjoy Sorrento as it's a 10-minute walk into the centre (restaurants, etc.) and 15-20 minutes to the port, bus/train station, etc. Breakfast is lovely and service is really great. Unfortunately our room had a sudden ant infestation when we came back from dinner one night—we were told it is due to the hotel's proximity to gardens, greenery, etc. Fortunately, we were given a different and better room with a sea view, and the hotel also agreed to launder our clothes that had been on the floor, free of charge, which we appreciated.

In a great location where it’s still very walkable to the city center but you also get incredibly amazing views from both the rooms and the common areas and restaurants. Breakfast was great, staff was nice, rooms were clean. They don’t have any king beds on property so we did two twins (they put them right up next to each other) and it was absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend!

Overall good option for being near town and also being inside a resort hotel , breakfast served is really good for being included. I just wished they were more transparent about the view you receive when you book , pictures at time of booking showed a full sea view and once you get there it’s only partial . Misleading , make sure you call before you confirm if that’s something that’s important to you .

This was a less-than-desirable hotel experience. Certainly, the optics of the hotel are that it appears like a ‘5-star’ hotel, but the hotel lacks attention to detail, cleanliness and hospitality. First, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. For example, at the pool the attendant was not available. When we asked one of pool area servers for a towel, the response was: “I am not the pool attendant.” I did come to find out the towels, on this particular day, were in a container next to the bar—immediately adjacent to the service entrance to and from the bar area. The attendant could have directed our family to where the towels were available, but in stead insisted it was ‘not his job.’ For a 5-star hotel, I was appalled. Second, the hotel does not prioritize cleanliness. At breakfast, the staff would routinely watch the pigeons and gulls eat off the floor or from the tables. Particularly, the pigeons would attack the tables that were not bussed and ravage the tabletop for scraps, knocking over glasses and silverware. The staff stood by idly watching. Third, the front desk was inefficient. The checkout process was torture. They could not prioritize families trying to check out against other smaller requests, like reserving a gym time reservation or calling a taxi. There was no organization. Last, the hotel did not offer water at the bedside. Every other hotel in this region where we had stayed—irrespective of class level—offered bedside water. We were very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful property! From pulling into the hotel the valet was incredible. Front desk check in was extremely fast and very friendly. Our bags were in our room before we got there. Then a nice bottle of Prosecco was delivered once we were in our room. The bartender Giovanni was so nice and helpful. Great man to talk to and made absolutely wonderful cocktails. Location was wonderful! Walkable to everything. Definitely would recommend this beautiful property!!
Absolutely wonderful property! From pulling into the hotel the valet was incredible. Front desk check in was extremely fast and very friendly. Our bags were in our room before we got there. Then a nice bottle of Prosecco was delivered once we were in our room. The bartender Giovanni was so nice and helpful. Great man to talk to and made absolutely wonderful cocktails. Location was wonderful! Walkable to everything. Definitely would recommend this beautiful property!!

Two days before check in. They spontaneously canceled our reservation made with a travel agent 6 months ago. She even called and confirmed before we left for our trip. We were already in Rome and suddenly without a place to stay in Sorrento. We spend several hours of our Rome day; looking at last minute lodging in Sorrento. My husband got on Expedia and was able to book our same room back. When we arrived we had champagne in our room for another couple. They called our room and took it back. Totally fine, but clearly they have issues with booking rooms. We ordered breakfast the day of an excursion. It arrived 30 minutes late. We had to leave as they were bringing it up the stairs. Service by the pool was “do it yourself”. We had to initiate every order. This was our “splurge “ hotel for our trip and it caused us a lot of stress and frustration.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful we have every stayed in! The grounds were lush, views from our room were breath taking & the staff did everything possible to elevate our stay. We loved the breakfast included, and also thought the location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the main strip of Sorrento. The multiple pools & amenities included took it to another level! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sorrento!

We loved this property so much. It was a 10 minute walk from the square. There was a beautiful view from the included breakfast, to the lunch restaurant, to the poolside chairs. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

This hotel is breathtaking . It’s a mere 7 minute walk to the main square the hotel is beautiful . The staff is amazing . It’s not far from bus loop But would say 15 minute walk with suitcases . Definitely a great place to stay

Overall, loved it! The highlight of this hotel is absolutely the pool area. They have a superb pool with an incredible view of sorrento town centre, the ocean and mt Vesuvius. The restaurant by the pool was fantastic with great quality food. Only let down for me was that the bathroom had mould, which was really not acceptable for a four star hotel when you’re paying £400 a night (the staff did come and clean it when we complained). The walk in to town isn’t far at all and I’d prefer this location rather than being in the middle of town. The only other issue was that the hotel is absolutely full of mosquitoes and they don’t make any effort to prevent them- they could at least burn some lemon candles or similar.

We followed a Mediterranean cruise with a stay her at this absolute beautiful hotel . The staff was amazing and the views were spactacular. Our stay included lunch and dinner which they called half board . All of our meals were delicious.

The hotel location, the views, the setting and common and private areas ranged from lovely to beautiful. The major down sides from most to least important are exceedingly poor inernet in common spaces and in rooms. After multiple requests, the staff simply denied there was a problem. The food in the main dining room was mediocore and exceedingly overpriced. The breakfast was nice and basic compared to other hotels, with good variety and good quality food, yet nothing special. Parking was inconvenient, but a common problem in the area that is probably insurmountable. The staff was very nice and responsive, yet managment was not readily available was more prone to laying blame than correcting problems. The price was reasonable to high given the location, view and the specialness of the property. The stay would have been spectacular if the basic food service was better and the almost non-existent internet was attended to.

What a gorgeous hotel with an exceptional view, pool area, incomparable view and lovely spacious grounds. We were so comfortable and well taken care of here. The breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel restaurant in the evening was good but not exceptional, our only quibble. Overall, we loved the comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room and service. Thank you!

Great place. Amazing views from everywhere. Felt isolated eventhough there seemed to be a lot of people. There were levels of decks and pools so you could be private almost anywhere. Only downside is the food was very average at the hotel dinner. I'd avoid that . For a place this nice and waiters in tuxedos they need a much better restaurant and this place would be perfect

Beautiful vintage hotel. The room was pretty basic but had amazing views. The breakfast was subpar- long waits each morning to get a table, long lines at the egg station, and slow drink service. Not ideal if you’re wanting something quick and easy!

Overall, this hotel was nice but overpriced. The rooms are tiny unless you want to pay $300 more a night. The gym doesn’t open till 8 AM… I really don’t understand why though because it’s not like the have staff member working in the gym. You need to make a reservation to use the gym. that is unheard of too! pool closes at 7.

This hotel was simply perfect!!! Very cold air conditioned room after a very hot day in August each day. Very clean and staff was exceptional! This was our first trip out of the country and everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome, helped us navigate our way through the city, as well as helped plan our excursions. I highly recommend this hotel!! Close to Piazza Tasso square! Restaurant you must eat at is Mama Italia only a 5 min walk from hotel. Lemon pasta is out of this world!!
