The room was well equipped. However relative to other 4 stars hotel this charges much more - 500 euros per night and it just dont worth it. We ordered 2 adjacent rooms for a family of 5. We received rooms in 1st floor and basically could hear the street in our room even though we asked for quiet rooms. The street lighting wad sirectly in our face and we couldnt open the only window at all in order to get full darkness at night which ment we didnt have any air to breath. When we compained about in the desk loby we were competely ignored. I would also expext from an hotel that charges so much to grant a free parking but not they charge 18 euros more for the pleasure. The breakfast is poor and does contain a very few options for non gluten so my celiac daughter had almost nothing to eat there. We would definitely not return and not recommend staying there.

Nice hotel with a gym and easy walk to Verona centre (15 minutes maximum). Good breakfast options. The suites were spacious and had very good amenities including jacuzzi bathtubs. Would recommend.

Hotel is in a quiet location that is a short walk from the Verona Arena, easy to reach by car with convenient garage parking. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff very welcoming and helpful providing advice about tours and activities. Staff in breakfast room & housekeeping pleasant. Rooms and property in general was very clean and bathroom also had nice big fluffy towels giving a luxury touch. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to Piazza Bra, the Arena di Verona and other tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again for a trip to Verona & would thoroughly recommend this hotel

We only stayed one night but the hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the reception area was comfortable and clean. The bedroom was on the top floor. It was lovely. Very clean and stylish. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Arena and only 15 minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Albergo edtremamentey turistico con pullman davanti all'ingresso che impedivano anche di uscire dalla reception per la calca di turisti. Lovely hotel, Rooms decent size and nice bathroom with large walk in shower. my only issue is the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a board. Don't think I've ever slept on such a hard bed - TBH it was so hard my back was in agony by next morning so 2nd night I slept on pillows. Nice breakfast with good variety. easy walk to centre where lots of nice restaurants and shops.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med mitt opphold på Hotel Giberti. Rommet nr. 104 var herlig, rent og delikat. Frokosten var deilig med både varm og kald mat, deilig pålegg, frukt, kaker, kaffe, juice og melk. Kort vei til sentrum og l'Arena, og ingen problem å gå hjem alene etter konserten. Personalet var imøtekommende og alltid vennlig og hjelpsom. Eneste negative var at det var veldig lytt mellom rommene og dørene som ble lukket i nærliggende rom vekket meg flere ganger. Jeg vil gjerne bo her igjen hvis jeg kommer tilbake til Verona. Takk for deilig opphold i forbindelse med konsertopplevelse.

We had a delightful one-night stay at Hotel Giberti & SPA Verona. The hotel was very nice, with extremely comfortable beds and a room and bathroom that were both very clean and well presented. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, accommodating us in the lounge as we waited to head to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, offering an excellent selection of choices. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short and easy walk from the sights of Verona and Piazza Brà. My only criticisms are minor: I tried calling room service on a couple of occasions without getting a response, and there was no information in the room about hotel services, including a room service menu or minibar prices.

Excellent hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped with huge comfortable bed. Very convenient to walk to city centre. Breakfast was good but when busy the tables were too near the drinks self serving area. Loved eating breakfast in the outside courtyard.
