Alles sehr sauber im Zimmer/Bad. Hervorragendes Frühstück - erstklassig für italienische Verhältnisse! Parken in der Garage möglich - bei großen Autos hilft man gerne. Es wird deutsch gesprochen und liegt 5min spazierend zur Arena.

Muito bom hotel, localização impecável. Para quem vem de carro é muito bom porque é fora da ZTL, mas colado na parte histórica e tinha garagem própria por 25 euros (achei ok, dados os elevados preços da Itália e pela região do hotel).

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel is that they say that they have parking, but they don't have any parking, we drove to a nearby public parking to leave our vehicle there and pay 20 euros and walk with our suitcases, which it was very inconvenient. Overall property and staff were nice, and close to the main attractions.

I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the arena and the Piazza Bra. The reception has a lovely large lobby area with comfy sofas and a bar. My room was quiet, clean, well designed and comfortable. The shower room looks new. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening 15th June who went out of his way to arrange taxis to the airport for 5 of us when we were panicking because we couldn't find one.
I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the arena and the Piazza Bra. The reception has a lovely large lobby area with comfy sofas and a bar. My room was quiet, clean, well designed and comfortable. The shower room looks new. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening 15th June who went out of his way to arrange taxis to the airport for 5 of us when we were panicking because we couldn't find one.

Easy to drive to, if you want secure onsite parking it's available at 25 euros. Location excellent which is reflected in price, easy 2mins walk to piazza Bra/the arena. Suprisingly quiet for location. Road the hotel is on looks messy and initially put us off. Friendly English speaking reception. Good sized room, with really comfortable bed and usual tea/coffee mini bar, aircon. Lovely big shower.

This property is lovely and right off of the main square. I reserved a parking spot which was in a secured area provided by the hotel. It cost 25 euro per night but worth it for the security. Lovely stay!

Location was excellent with only a short walk to the arena. The hotel is located on a quiet side street. The staff were very helpful and kindly accommodated our request for an early breakfast. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped with tea facilities but was a small size. It was perfect for our one night stay.

Hotel was absolutely spotless and in a prime location for the Arena. Only downside is the walkway towards the hotel entrance which is a bit dark and unkept.. not the hotels fault as it feels very safe as soon as you walk in. They also have the added bonus of a car park. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan to visit again very soon.

Once we found the hotel (the sign was for drivers rather than walkers) it was in a good location. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on what it was like. We did however think it a little strange to have to hand in the key when we left the hotel (not asked to do so elsewhere in Italy, but then the key was very bulky and heavy - so just as well) and the "cleaning" was a bit odd - no towels changed / bed made, but the window was opened (allowing bugs into the room?)

We had a one night stay at the hotel. Excellent location in Verona. Very convenient to access all of the main tourist attractions, including the arena. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a good selection at self-service breakfast the next morning.

This was our second stay in Hotel San Luca and again it didn’t disappoint.We had absolutely amazing time.Rooms are clean and nicely decorated,beds very decent size and extremely comfortable.We stayed for 4 nights and rooms were cleaned every single day which I personally haven’t seen in other hotels.Buffet breakfast was amazing -delicious,excellent variety of pastries,fruits,yoghurts,cereal,cheese,salami,etc.And every day there was something new to try which makes it even more varied).Excellent communication on email regarding some requirements and parking arrangements.And of course staff was brilliant-so helpful,kind and friendly.They are all a truly asset to the hotel!Can’t recommend them all enough and can’t wait to be back in future!

That was our first visit to Verona and we had a brilliant time.Hotel San Luca was great and exceeded our expectations.Location was perfect for exploring the town but at same time it’s positioned in a quiet street so it very peaceful..It was convenient for reaching train station quickly and easily too.Room was good size,very clean and modern.Bed was really comfortable and we had a great night sleep.We stayed for two nights and after the first one room was cleaned and tidied which surprised us pleasantly.Breakfast was very delicious and abundant including sweet(croissants,cakes,muffins) and savoury(cheeses,ham,salami,spreads)food.Excellent selection of bread rolls,muesli,jams and drinks.Staff and especially Milena was amazing,friendly and helpful and answered all our questions.We couldn’t ask for better experience!

Room is clean. Staffs are very helpful & polite. Love the walking distant to Arena & shopping area. Coffee served during breakfast were of high quality. Parma ham were of freshest quality, love it. The walking distance between hotel & Verona Port Nuova train station took about 15-18min, not too bad.

Location was excellent with only a short walk to the arena. The hotel is located on a quiet side street. The staff were very helpful and kindly accommodated our request for an early breakfast. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped with tea facilities but was a small size. It was perfect for our one night stay.

You could not pick a better location, 3 minutes walk to the arena and Piazza Bra with lots of bars and restaurants. It’s a two minute walk to get buses which will take you to the towns along lake Garda and a 15 minute walk to the train station if you want to venture further afield. This is a small hotel, not part of a chain and although it is a 3 star, I had no negatives to report. The room is small but extremely clean and bright and is exactly like the photos. We stayed in room 209 which was at the back of the hotel and extremely quiet, even with the windows open. The windows were fitted with shutter’s which kept out any light. The breakfast was fine with cold meats and cheese, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit and freshly baked croissants and bread rolls with various jams and honey. I could not fault it. The bedrooms have been refurbished but the rest of the hotel is dated but quaint. Provided you don’t want to spend all day in the hotel, this is the perfect one for you. The staff were extremely helpful and although we arrived much earlier than check in and were prepared to drop the bags, the receptionist had a room ready for us in less than 10 minutes. So long as you are not expecting a hotel with robes, pool , spa, restaurant etc this is a perfect choice. I would not hesitate to return to this hotel on my next visit to Verona.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße und ist somit relativ ruhig gelegen - mal abgesehen von den lautstarken Passanten. Service an der Rezeption ist mehrsprachig (Italienisch, Deutsch, Englisch – mehr haben wir nicht wahrgenommen) und sehr zu vorkommend. Dieses gilt auch die Bedienung beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und wohlschmeckend. Sollten wir wieder nach Verona kommen, werden wir dieses Hotel wegen der vielen Vorzüge buchen.

The hotel was absolutely fine once though the door, although the lobby area looks a bit dated. Bedrooms are more modern and our bathroom was great. Everywhere was clean and staff helpful. The immediate road in which the hotel is located isn't great and possibly a bit intimidating if you're on your own. The flip side is you are very close to the historic center.

Easy to drive to, if you want secure onsite parking it's available at 25 euros. Location excellent which is reflected in price, easy 2mins walk to piazza Bra/the arena. Suprisingly quiet for location. Road the hotel is on looks messy and initially put us off. Friendly English speaking reception. Good sized room, with really comfortable bed and usual tea/coffee mini bar, aircon. Lovely big shower.

This was our second stay in Hotel San Luca and again it didn’t disappoint.We had absolutely amazing time.Rooms are clean and nicely decorated,beds very decent size and extremely comfortable.We stayed for 4 nights and rooms were cleaned every single day which I personally haven’t seen in other hotels.Buffet breakfast was amazing -delicious,excellent variety of pastries,fruits,yoghurts,cereal,cheese,salami,etc.And every day there was something new to try which makes it even more varied).Excellent communication on email regarding some requirements and parking arrangements.And of course staff was brilliant-so helpful,kind and friendly.They are all a truly asset to the hotel!Can’t recommend them all enough and can’t wait to be back in future!

Excellent continental breakfast! Do not miss it. Great way to start the day. We had a one night stay at the hotel. Excellent location in Verona. Very convenient to access all of the main tourist attractions, including the arena. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a good selection at self-service breakfast the next morning.

Great choice for Verona. Very close to city center and only 5 minutes walk from the Arena di Verona. Beautiful newly furnished room and breakfast had everything we needed. About 15 minutes walk from the train station. A little hard to find due to some construction on the street outside,but that is just temporary. A great wine bar / restaurant right on the corner before the entrance.

Location: Right outside Piazza Bra, but still within walking distance of everything in the old town. It was just nice to stroll across Piazza Bra in the evening on the way back to the hotel. Room: Had a single room which was more than spacious enough. The bathroom was a bit small, but it works. The room was bright and nice. Quiet and peaceful. Plus that the room has a fridge. Breakfast: Good and plentiful breakfast. Has what you need for a balanced meal. Big plus for wholemeal bread options.
