The hotel is located right in the central historic area but still down a quiet side street. It is right across from the arena. We stayed in the Giulietta room which had two rooms with a kind bed, a queen bed, and a day bed. It was very convenient for a family of four with 2 older teens. The room is a few feet down the street in with some apartments but easy lot access. There is no lift if anyone has mobility issues. There isn’t a safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Top location, very centrally located, with the possibility to park in their garage at very reasonable cost for the whole day. Exceptionally friendly staff. I travelled w my son and we were upgraded to the Romeo room, a unit in the next door building, nicely refurbished and very spacious. There was no hot water but the manager managed to fix it fast as soon as we reported the issue and apologised profusely throughout our stay. Ok breakfast, water and espresso coffee capsules were also offered as gratuities in the room. They were very kind to keep our luggage and car up until 4pm the next day whilst we enjoyed strong around in town. Strongly recommended

Possui local para guardar as bagagens antes do check in e após o check out. Funcionárias da recepção muito solícitas. Acomodações muito boas, e o café da manhã variado, com muitas opções de frutas (difícil achar na Itália). Precisamos pegar o trem cedo, e sair do hotel antes do início do café da manhã, e nos permitiram fazer a refeição com os itens que já estavam disponíveis, enquanto a equipe montava o café da manhã. Super location. Perfect spot to explore Verona. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and the valet parking option was a godsend! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel and very nice staff. We stayed for 1 night, and wished we could stay longer. The hotel is clean well equipped, and very convenient for everything in the center of Verona. The added benefit of having valet parking was amazing (it just took us a minute to find the hotel as our cars GPS did not recognize all the one way streets). Would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit all the main attractions in Verona.

This hotel is excellent. We had room on 4th floor with balcony. Room was very clean and looks like new. Breakfast was excellent, a huge choice of sweet and savories options. Staff was very nice and helpful. But the best is location of this hotel: 3 minutes to Arena di Verona, waking distance to all attractions. We had great weekend.

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were adjoining for a family, but on the small side. Saw some ants in the room and mold build up in the shower area. Other than that it was all good things. Short walk to the arena and the main shopping area. Louis Vuitton store right around the corner. It rained so that limited what we did and saw. The hotel offers valet which is nice and convenient. Restaurants right next to the hotel. I would recommend.

The room was beautiful and spotless. We had the triple balcony which offered a very convenient layout for us and our friend staying one night with us. Steps away from the Arena and Giulietta’s House. The breakfast was the best we have had so far with both North American and Italian items to choose from, fresh juices and fantastic coffee. The staff could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

Excellent location in the centre of Verona old town, which meant a very short walk from the Arena before and after the event that we'd booked. Being on a side street means that it was still very quiet. Room was small, but very pleasant. The 'courtyard view' was a little uninspiring, but the hotel overall was exceptionally clean and modern. Good buffet breakfast and brilliant staff. We would stay here again, definitely.

To be fair we only really were in the hotel to sleep. It’s clean, spacious, friendly and the breakfast had loads of choice. Cracking location too. Only thing I would say is that the decor is a tad tired and the air con was temperamental but a great hotel overall

Great location hotel right next to the arena. Excellent for restaurants, and opera! Amazing breakfast. Disappointingly small room, with thin window coverings meaning too bright in the mornings. Non existent view and Tiny bathroom with a shower that you have to squeeze into!! Bed was really hard!

We stayed in room ‘Tosca’. It was a lovely, spacious room with a balcony. I liked that there was a coffee machine in the room and a great shower. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. The room was also immaculate.

Lovely hotel and helpful friendly staff. Bed was comfortable but walls were very thin and noise travelled easily. Whilst there was a balcony we never found the sun was on it which was a shame. Great buffet breakfast.

The room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. The AC seemed to cool down the hallway but it was not powerful enough to cool down the bedrooms. The front desk lady came to the room, tried changing the thermostat and ultimately just said it was fine as they have central AC. Even though we had our own thermostat and it was extremely warm in our room yet very cool in the lobby, we were told that there must not be a problem because no one else in the hotel was complaining . It was a holiday so no service person was available to check what the issue may be. We asked to switch rooms but because there was no housekeeping available either, it was not possible to switch. We were advised that it will get cooler at night so we left the hotel and didn't return until late at night but unfortunately it was no better. We couldn't sleep because of how uncomfortable the room was. Tried calling the front desk for fans but no one answered. When we complaimed in the morning they had another person come up to the room (both only stepped into the hallway and pressed buttons on the thermostat...neither checked the bedrooms). When we requested some sort of discount they said it was not possible and instead offered us a bottle of wine (which we declined). Overall, extremely disappointed that no real efforts were made to remedy the situation.

I want to take the time and thank the amazing staff of this hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, the hotel might be 3 stars but the service is 5 star, upon our arrival our car was parked by the hotel staff in a secured parking, a nice lady at the reception recommended a great restaurant and even booked a table for us, the next morning we enjoyed a great breakfast at the hotel that was a great start. For the checkout the reception arranged a later checkout for us with no extra cost giving us time to work before we take off. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will definitely come back.

Amazing all around! From the moment we arrived, and explained that it was our special anniversary, the staff took incredible care of us! We had rose petals on the bed in the shape of a heart, got moved to the romantic room with the balcony and Juliet’s statue! The food was some of the best at a hotel for breakfast! Extremely friendly staff. Super close to everything..history, Arena, shopping, restaurants ! 10 stars out of 5!

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The room was nice, location perfect, and staff friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I will make, is we left our camera in the room after checkout(our fault), but knew where we had left it- called back the same day- nowhere to be found. A little disappointed considering how amazing the rest of our time there was!

The hotel is in a perfect location and is easý walking distance to all sites of interest. The unavoidable downside to this is it is very noisy when windows are open. We found it particularly noisy first thing in the morning, around 6am, when goods/laundry vans arrived at the hotel and were going about their business. The breakfast was of a good standard and varied. The room was clean though the toilet roll and teabags weren't reliably replaced. All staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Overall - an acceptable hotel for a short stay.

Perfect location for exploring easily on foot with shopping, sights and history right on the doorstep. Staff lovely and rooms clean and well appointed. Lots of mirrors :) Felt safe, secure and also lovely and quiet. Recommend for couples and pairs of travellers (we were a mum/daughter pair).

This is a centrally located hotel with all your basic needs met. It has a large room with comfortable bedding, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast was not the best during our two-week trip in Northern Italy, but it met the basics. The best aspect of this hotel is the location. Many relevant attractions are within walking distance.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed on during my 2-week trip through Italy. I wish my stay in Verona was longer. I will definitely return and without a doubt stay at this hotel again. Easy walk from the train station even with mid sized bags. A taxi is just €15 if you don’t want to walk. Walking distance to churches, museums and major tourists attractions. The staff informed us at check-in we could enjoy €1 museums on the first Sunday of the month. Great surprise! No A/C during this time of the year but didn’t need it, it was the best sleep I had in days! Breakfast was incredible, plenty of healthy and delicious options. Verona is gorgeous and this hotel made it a perfect experience! Thanks to all the kind staff

Ok positivo: ubicación, desayuno 2,3 ( no se fíen del desayuno vale más pan y café en mil cafeterías afuera ) solo dan pan y café mínima fruta Negativo : la recámara es MUY chica .. no pueden 2 personas abrir la maleta al mismo tiempo . El baño parece de camerino de crucero de 5 ta . Obvio chico y triste … para el precio no es lo que esperas .
