Everything about this hotel is amazing. First off, the staff were wonderful! Mima at the check-in desk was extremely accommodating and upgraded me to a beautiful room, as she was also accommodating another family with adjoining rooms. I was happy to oblige. The room was gorgeous. Classic Italian/Sicilian style with a magnificent balcony that overlooked the pool and sea. The breakfast was served outside overlooking the sea, and it was delicious. The waitstaff had already memorized my two cappuccino order with almond milk. The concierge, Julia and Maria took great care of me. They arranged reservations, a boat, shuttles, taxis, and the beach club. My entire stay was spectacular and I struggled to leave. Even the gyn was perfect. It is a little lower than town so you either have to shuttle, taxi, or walk to town. The town is alive until late at night. I cannot stress how perfect this hotel is in every way. You must go!!!!

From start to finish this hotel was perfect.A warm welcome from the receptionist then taken to our room where a bottle of Prosecco awaited us.The room was stunning as was the incredible view!The swimming pool was a lovely place to spend your day relaxing.Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want.We will be back!

If you want a relaxing holiday avoid this hotel. The hotel is going through major renovations which is not highlighted on their website. Most of the rooms near ours were being renovated and there was major work being done on the outside areas. It’s like being in a construction site! The hotel should have been closed and the job done properly. Check if work is still underway before you book.

An excellent overall resort experience (not just a place to stay). The food in both restaurants was amazing. The service was phenomenal, the room was super clean, newly renovated with amazing views. There is a 15 mins walk to the town ares and the beach is difficult to get to (I think the same for most resorts in the area). The hotel has a shuttle but it runs once every hour with limited space.

Perfecto. Great hotel and staff with impeccable service throughout. The hospitality is generous and nothing is too much trouble. The shuttle service is so useful in to Taormina and was never full. The breakfast is plentiful and the setting idyllic. The pool is so wonderful and never busy. Great fitness room with phenomenal views. Exceptional in so many ways.

Wonderful staff with warm welcome. Property is well designed with good thought into interior design colours. 10 minute walk from Taormina. Lovely views over the sea. Pool has great outlook. Terrace room was decent size. It is on the hillside. Food good. Drinks pricey (but in line with 5* hotels there. Think central London prices. Ditto food). Terrace bar not open. Overall, really liked the hotel and staff, especially at front desk, were top notch. Recommended.

This property was beautiful and clean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with incredible views. The restaurant on the property was delicious. The staff was friendly and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was perfect with a short walk to the main town and to the bus terminal. The pool and grounds of the hotel were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Taormina. I hope to come back one day.

The hotel is very pretty and well kept in the common areas but not in the rooms. They need to do serious plumbing work in the bathrooms, since you cant keep a water temperature steady, you either burn or get a cold shower. Also the shower space is very small and slippery. This was very annoying!! Also our air conditioning clogged up and water started pouring from the ceiling, thankfully the problem was resolved and air condition worked well after that. For being a 5 star hotel, they have terrible pillows and mattress. We stayed 3 nights and never changed our sheets. Also if you need a hair dryer don’t count on it, it is very bad quality and barely blows hot air, leaving your hair with a lot of frizz. They could upgrade the hair dryers!! Staff was not very helpful in the front desk!! Restaurant was very good and nice staff.

Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. The room was spectacular. We were in 514. Gorgeous view and stunning bathroom! Very quiet. Newly renovated. Crisp clean and beautiful. I will add photos of our view and room but this app is not letting me add them but i will try again as they are truly spectacular

This Hotel has is all. In my opinion the best location in Taormina, with an unmatched view of the coastline and still just steps away from the beautiful streets of the town. The rooms are fresh and very modern, the amenities are exquisite and the staff so attentive and discrete polite that you really feel you’re a royal in your own castle at this hotel. I travel A LOT and visit 5 stars hotel often around the World. I can honestly say that this hotel is rated top 5 so far in my career. We stayed here 4 nights in September, part business and pleasure. I brought my wife and she completely agrees, this has been an exceptional experience from A to Z. I cannot praise the staff enough, especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant (by itself the best breakfast in years). They were so attentive, polite and discrete. Super professional but warm and caring. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in Sicilia.

良い滞在でした。美しい景色、親切なスタッフの皆さん快適に過ごせました。山側のお部屋に滞在しました。バルコニーなどはついていなくて、小さな窓が、二つあります。道路に面しているため、部屋からの景色が良いとは言えませんでした。閉塞感があり、すこし残念でしたが、部屋を一歩出れば素敵なホテルでした。

From start to finish this hotel was perfect.A warm welcome from the receptionist then taken to our room where a bottle of Prosecco awaited us.The room was stunning as was the incredible view!The swimming pool was a lovely place to spend your day relaxing.Breakfast was very nice with everything you could want.We will be back!

The hotel is very pretty and well kept in the common areas but not in the rooms. They need to do serious plumbing work in the bathrooms, since you cant keep a water temperature steady, you either burn or get a cold shower. Also the shower space is very small and slippery. This was very annoying!! Also our air conditioning clogged up and water started pouring from the ceiling, thankfully the problem was resolved and air condition worked well after that. For being a 5 star hotel, they have terrible pillows and mattress. We stayed 3 nights and never changed our sheets. Also if you need a hair dryer don’t count on it, it is very bad quality and barely blows hot air, leaving your hair with a lot of frizz. They could upgrade the hair dryers!! Staff was not very helpful in the front desk!! Restaurant was very good and nice staff.

Magnificent! Everything from the moment of arrival was beyond our expectations. The staff was incredible especially Virginia with Guest Services, Marco the bar manager and Andreas at the front desk. A shuttle into town and back to the hotel was great as its quite a treacherous dangerous walk to town. But the luxury Mercedes van goes back and forth on the hour up to 10pm. The room was spectacular. We were in 514. Gorgeous view and stunning bathroom! Very quiet. Newly renovated. Crisp clean and beautiful. I will add photos of our view and room but this app is not letting me add them but i will try again as they are truly spectacular

Everything about this hotel is amazing. First off, the staff were wonderful! Mima at the check-in desk was extremely accommodating and upgraded me to a beautiful room, as she was also accommodating another family with adjoining rooms. I was happy to oblige. The room was gorgeous. Classic Italian/Sicilian style with a magnificent balcony that overlooked the pool and sea. The breakfast was served outside overlooking the sea, and it was delicious. The waitstaff had already memorized my two cappuccino order with almond milk. The concierge, Julia and Maria took great care of me. They arranged reservations, a boat, shuttles, taxis, and the beach club. My entire stay was spectacular and I struggled to leave. Even the gyn was perfect. It is a little lower than town so you either have to shuttle, taxi, or walk to town. The town is alive until late at night. I cannot stress how perfect this hotel is in every way. You must go!!!!

The whole experience was amazing The staff especially Antonella and Virginia were welcoming and attentive Virginia showed us up to our room and we even had a nice surprise in the room The breakfast everyday was excellent , the staff gave us an excellent table facing the sea everyday and were always on hand to help if needed Everyone here is very attentive and courteous and made our whole holiday enjoyable I would recommend this hotel very highly The location is great we could walk into Taormina and reach the centre in 10 minutes

This Hotel has is all. In my opinion the best location in Taormina, with an unmatched view of the coastline and still just steps away from the beautiful streets of the town. The rooms are fresh and very modern, the amenities are exquisite and the staff so attentive and discrete polite that you really feel you’re a royal in your own castle at this hotel. I travel A LOT and visit 5 stars hotel often around the World. I can honestly say that this hotel is rated top 5 so far in my career. We stayed here 4 nights in September, part business and pleasure. I brought my wife and she completely agrees, this has been an exceptional experience from A to Z. I cannot praise the staff enough, especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant (by itself the best breakfast in years). They were so attentive, polite and discrete. Super professional but warm and caring. We will definitely come back here next time we’re in Sicilia.

This property was beautiful and clean. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with incredible views. The restaurant on the property was delicious. The staff was friendly and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The location was perfect with a short walk to the main town and to the bus terminal. The pool and grounds of the hotel were stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Taormina. I hope to come back one day.

An excellent overall resort experience (not just a place to stay). The food in both restaurants was amazing. The service was phenomenal, the room was super clean, newly renovated with amazing views. There is a 15 mins walk to the town ares and the beach is difficult to get to (I think the same for most resorts in the area). The hotel has a shuttle but it runs once every hour with limited space.

Instantly one of our favorite hotels we have ever been in. Staff and the room were amazing, view is incredible. We thoroughly e joyed our time there especially by the pool and eating overlooking the sea. Not a far walk to town but a bit uphill. Poolside service and restaurant could have been better though.

We thoroughly e joyed our time there especially by the pool and eating overlooking the sea. Not a far walk to town but a bit uphill. Poolside service and restaurant could have been better though.

San Pietro was a vintage experience reminiscent of 50’s Italian Riviera. Staff on the whole were lovely especially Lucy who served coffee on the terrace every morning. Downside was lack of clarity on breakfast buffet. For first two days we paid extra for eggs from menu costing an unnecessary 70 Euros cost. No one informed us it was not part of complimentary breakfast. Room was a bit dated - I think refurbishment is required. Drinks very expensive- 26 euros for an ok cocktail! Shuttle good but not available at times costing 20 euros on a taxi back to hotel. Room service very good- food hot and fresh which is not always the case in other hotels. Overall a pleasant experience but overpriced.
