I liked most everything except one set of elevators were out of service and that was a little inconvenient. Did not like that there was no free WiFi unless you were a rewards member. I liked the breakfast. It had an excellent choice of food.

This is a great property that is close to the major highways,stores,and restaurants. They have ample parking and a nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I recommend this location to anyone that's looking for a nice hotel in Auburn,Alabama. It was only about 20 minutes to get to Tuskegee.

We paid for a large room to fit our family of five. When we got up to the room. We noticed the toilet was dirty and had not been cleaned. We then checked all the beds and found hair on all of them. The front desk moved us to another room but they only had standard sizes rooms. We had no choice but to squeeze. I was told the manager would call me in the morning but never heard anything. I ended up paying more for a larger room I never used.

Bathroom floors were very dirty. I used a white towel to dry the floor after my shower. The towel was dirty after drying the floor with it. It was very obvious the floors had not been mopped in a while.

The hotel was very clean and quiet (especially for a game weekend). Check in/out using the Hilton app made it a breeze. Breakfast was just okay and our air conditioner made some very loud clanking noises that woke us up a few times, but otherwise, a great stay.

The hotel is right off a very busy road, so we could hear the traffic all night long as I forgot to ask for a room facing the back of the hotel instead of the room. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Loved that it was close Auburn University, so we could easily go and come back for breakfast after warm-ups.

Check in was easy and check-in staff was pleasant. Room online showed a sofa, ours had a chair. We chose the room because of the sofa. We were exhausted from travel so we did not request a change. Sink in bathroom would not drain, it seeped very slowly. When brushing teeth or washing up, water collected in the basin for several minutes before finally emptying. Going to bed early, I noticed there was no clock in the room. At checkout the next morning, I asked to speak to the manager. He was unavailable so I spoke to the assistant. I asked for an adjustment due to the sink and clock issue. The assistant told me that a credit was Hilton's policy to determine. And he also said clicks had been removed for some reason. This was treatment more akin to Motel6 that a Hilton/Hampton. Obviously the Assistant was inexperienced and doesn't know about addressing a concern. If I had been offered a modest $25-$50 credit I would not be writing this less than stellar review. I was charged the full amount. It was room#320 so select a different one if you elect to stay there. I will not return.

Was very happy with this Hampton Inn. I got to my destination sooner than expected. But they allowed me to check in a bit earlier than the usual 3pm. The mgr on duty was super helpful & understanding.Room was spacious and clean.

The manager was extraordinarily kind. I had a stroke earlier this year and need a cane, so she directed me to my room, carrying a bag, opened the door and got me settled in before leaving. Really over and above!

My daughter stayed here in route from a medical procedure. The property insisted that her reservation was not valid, even though she shared reservation documentation that it was. I was on the phone with Expedia for nearly an hour while they begged the property to allow her to stay there while I had already paid in advance. There were times where I thought I would lose payment & would have to book my daughter a room elsewhere, but Expedia stuck it out & worked through the issue. Expedia was amazing, while the hotel was not. In the end she was able to stay there. I’m grateful to the hotel & especially grateful to Expedia for that. Please do yourself a favor & do not book third party through this hotel. Otherwise, they were a great place to stay.

The motel was fine. The only problem that we had was I rented two rooms and the front desk gave the other party to the separate room the same keys to the one that I was in almost became a very awkward situation.

The room and staff were excellent however I found the breakfast disappointing. No fresh fruit and the hot water (for my English breakfast tea) was lukewarm so the tea bag didn't steep. I don't drink coffee so this was annoying and seems to be the case in nearly every American hotel I stay in. Otherwise everything was excellent!

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are knowledgeable about the surroundings and very helpful. They greeted us by name and asked if there was any way they could help us. We appreciated all their kindness. The breakfast was wonderful....hot, well supplied, plentiful.

For the price I paid for this hotel I was disappointed. The room was a little dirty, stains on the rug and desk chair. Floor did not seem like it had been vacuumed since last guest. Shampoo and conditioner containers were empty in the shower. Several items were gone at the breakfast well before it ended, no fruit or oatmeal. Normally Hampton Inn’s are good but this one was very disappointing.
