Days Inn by Wyndham Enterprise

Room was not clean , door was rusted and had gaps The pool was disgustingly stagnated green and smelly. The small furniture was rescued from the side of the road both chairs were so rickety that we could not sit in them. Parking was non existent due to trucks and trailers parallel parked. All the way around the building taking up 5-6 spaces each (even blocking the few handicap spots). This was absolutely the worst place I have stayed in over 40 years of travel !

The pool has never been cleaned, no smoke detector in room, property was filthy.

The beds were very comfortable. The pool area chairs were dirty. There was gum on the side of the bathroom vanity. The floors were not the cleanest. The toilet bowl had a black ring in it. The 2 ice machines were out of order along with the coffee pot. Breakfast was a joke to call it that. Sorry but I will not stay there again andI do visit Enterprise, Alabama on occasion. Have a little pride in your hotel.

Trashy surrounding

First we ended up swapping rooms because the ac unit wouldn’t work. Also the rooms smelled so bad with cigarette smoke, and there was cigarette burns on everything! The chairs, the duvets, the computer chair! The air filters in the ac unit were so clogged from not being cleaned. Probably about half an inch thick at least in dust. There was also red around the shower head that could be possible fungus, or who knows! And the shower ceiling was covered in mold! There were no pillow protectors on the pillows, just pillow cases. Having been a housekeeping supervisor over a Sleep Inn hotel, this was absolutely horrendous! I do not know how they pass an inspection at all!!! O and the pool was down, it was so green it was black, and there’s no way it’s been up and running for over 2 years from the looks of it!! This was absolutely not worth $100 a night!!!! The only thing good was the sweet lady working the front desk! I wish I would have got her name, but she was the cute little lady with glasses, so nice!! Honestly though, this was the nastiest place I have ever stayed! The doors are filthy and the walls behind the bathroom door are nasty. The shower curtain was gross… Me, my husband, nor my two kids would not even shower in there! We just decided we could make it till we left the next day! I wish I could get my money back because of how terrible this was, but I’m just glad to not be in that room anymore!

We found this place having an available room, last minute. Unfortunately. Price was lower than most and yet still too expensive for this place. Overnight help was mediocre at best - daytime lady was actually nice. There’s trash, boxes, non- working air conditioners, shopping carts, dressers, etc. just laying in random places around the hotel but no renovations actually being done anytime soon… just entering the room was a hazard : the scratched up, stained, dirty vinyl flooring didn’t even meet the door frame, the ac made animalistic noises all night (after we finally got it to turn on), the bedding had multiple stains all over them, the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor in the tiny, corner-store gas station-looking bathroom… to top it off the hotel boasted “free breakfast” but that is really translated to 3 kinds of stale cereal (if you can find the milk), pecan swirls and some OJ (coffee was broken). Basically, I would stay in my vehicle overnight before I stay here again.

The person manning the desk when we checked in was nice but then her relief was there when we got in our room and found the television not working and the room dirty. The bed spreads were stained along w a dirty sink and very dirty floors and baseboards. When I called the desk to get batteries for the remote to try to troubleshoot the night shift clerk was rude. So I went to the office where his rudeness continued. He was also very short spoken and rude to the guest that was checking in. Over terrible stay and a waste of money. I would sleep in my car if this was the only choice. There are nicer hotels in the area but they had no vacancy.

The toilet seat had burn marks on it. The shower head sprayed everywhere. This app would not allow me to download a picture of the toliet seat. The sheets on the bed were terrible im guessing the thread count was below 100. Sheets kept coming undone from the mattress.

The first room was just as the previous people had left it. Went to the front desk and got another room. Beds were made but it was not a nice looking room. Stains all over the bedspreads, different colors of paint on the walls where fixtures had been replaced and even the new fixtures were wobbly when attempting to turn them on or off. The floor didnt look clean nor did the bathroom. There was mold growing around the top of the walls in the bathroom. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and it was not like this. We wont be staying at this hotel ag again.

My room smelled like smoke upon entering after checking in. There was at least 20 dead flies scattered all over the room in various spots. The floors were so dirty that I stepped out of the shower on a white towel to show the grime that was on the floor. There was also mildew on the shower walls and on the floor surrounding the shower as well! I also asked for the manager to contact me about the cleanliness of our room at checkout…never received a phone call. One of the least clean rooms I have ever stayed in!! Wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the ac worked poorly

One night stay, won't happen again. First assigned room, the toilet was not clean, nasty. They moved us to a different room immediately, which turned out to not be a great idea, bathroom was clean, but it was obvious the neighbors were smoking cannabis, smell was terrible, it was an adjoining room, so the smell got through the connecting door. The ceilings must be very thin, who ever was above us kept dropping things, extremely loud. We noticed the smoke detector was missing, someone probably thre it out so they could smoke, in a smoke free hotel, without it going off. The price was way to steep for a hotel like this one. Breakfast didn't amount to much, muffins and cold cereal. We had better rooms and breakfast at other hotels. The only good thing, the bed was fairly comfortable.

Blood on blank , ac didn’t work, mold in the sink and light switch did t work.

Nice accommodation, hot water was a little on the down side

Just a one night stay and the price was the major decision to stay as well as the nearness to my intended destination of EWTN Chapel of the Angels. Staff was very nice, price was excellent, room was clean, hotel was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I’ll stay here again for sure.

The hotel needs fixed too much things in the inside room. The air condition no cold too much.

Even tho it was late, someone was at the window to greet me and check me into my room. Had no issue with my reservation or getting my room.

The pricing was not worth the stay. The bed is uncomfortable, waking up my back was in so much pain. The shower had chlorine water instead of normal filtered water. The breakfast was very limited, i could at most get a bowl of cereal and toast. The milk for the cereal was sitting out in an ice water instead of a refrigerator for who knows how long. The orange juice was watered down badly. The staff barely gave me any answers to the questions i asked and they were simple enough questions, they seemed to not understand English well enough. They charged us for the room before we got there, when we booked, i told them i would pay upfront when I got there.

Staff & owner was very friendly and helpful. Had to shorten stay for personal reasons, Staff and Owner understood the challenge and refunded for 3 nights that needed to be cancelled. Thank you.

Upon arrival after booking online, it took the front desk 45mins to check in.

Front desk was very nice.

I was in town to visit my daughter and friends, i prefer to have a carpeted room, and also a rubber bath mat in the tub, the tub was quite slippery, overall the room was clean, although without carpet feet have to be dusted off when getting into bed. the fridge worked great, and i liked the proximity of the ice machine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed t add a night to my stay.

Staff was very unprofessional bordering on straight rude. Seems to be a family owned business and all staff seemed to have the same attitude. Not sure if the service industry is the right business for this family.

House keeping thought he was gone. Came into the room without knocking.

Fast and has central location to everything.

Good location. Average stay at hotel, no complaints. Met my family’s need for overnight stay. Front desks attendants were nice and friendly. Fast check-in.

The check-in lady was very nice. The checkout man was not interested in being there. The hot breakfast was marginal. The place was run down and dirty and we will not be back. I'd be ashamed to have my logo on that place. The indicator, and I missed it, was the online reservations were non-refundable!

Friendly people. Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Cold cereal or choice of one week old apple showing its age. Coffee machine was broken, but they had a substitute hand pump coffee dispenser. Breakfast is part of our budget, so that was not cool. No coffee maker in room either! again, not cool.
