This hotel is notjihg like pictured or described on the webstie. The staff was friendly but, everything is falling apart. Tape on electrical fixtures, pool is broken, stains on walls, carpet. Fire alarm is broken and taped. Dirty floors and walls. Smells bad. Very old very unkempt hotel. The air conditioning also doesnt work well and it was very hot. This shoukd be a 25 , 30 dollar stay. I'm honestly not sure how theyre staying open or can legally operate in these conditions. Our room was pristine compared to other reviews and pictures. I am thankful for that. Just wish i had googled the hotel before paying for a room, otherwise i woukd have passed. But it sufficed for a night. Again, front desk was very friendly. Also, again, advertises a pool which is completely drained and unoperable and the water pressure in rooms is spotchy. Definitely poorly cleaned, falsely advertised , electrical problems and water problems. Would not stay again.

I was greeted with a nasty look. I asked to see the room and he made me wait until HE was good and ready. He was curt and definitely not someone who should be in the hospitality business. I didn't like the looks of the place and the pool was a green mess. It looked sloppy and unkept. I would believe this is a 'short stay' place. I asked some questions and received short rude answers. I asked why he was like that and I got more nasty from him. I asked for a refund and he obliged. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are in dire straits. If you must, just walk in, hand over your credit card and keep conversation to minimum before you start spraying Lysol in the room.

Completely filthy, and looks nothing like it is advertised. There were holes in the walls, badly covered patch jobs, bedding was stained and had cigarette burns all over, roaches were coming out of nowhere, and there was exposed wiring. People who stayed in neighboring rooms were extremely noisy, and banged on our door in the middle of the night looking for random people. Despite the weather, the pool is not usable, it is completely green and disgusting. Overrall I would not recommend this place to anyone one.

This is the worst hotel I've been to. We were given 'a better room' than reserved. When making the reservation, I couldn't get anyone on the phone - not a good sign. The room was not clean, one of the beds had a paper clip in it. We stayed only one night, and only because we arrived so late. The next morning, we checked out and found another hotel. I want a refund!

There were bedbugs in the rooms. When we spoke with the front desk to cancel our reservation they moved us to another room which had bed bugs worse. Definitely do not recommend. Wouldn’t have thought to check if someone leaving hadn’t told us as we were getting there.

My installers who were staying at the property said it was terrible. Rubbers in the thrash can and it wasn't emptied. Mold in the room. The couch smelled really bad.

Expedia had nice pictures of this room & hotel, which was nothing like it really was. Reserved for 6 nights, arrived to a smelly room, beds were hairy, dirty, moldy room with no towels, or toilet paper. There were bugs in the bathroom. I went to the office to request items missing and to tell them about the room. They had no housekeeping on site so they could not provide the items needed. We asked for a different room, which was a little better except the toilet had not been cleaned and the tub was moldy. I actually purchased cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself. The next morning, we checked out and we were charged for the first night (which I agreed) but they also charged $75 because we checked out early. WHAT???? They caused it. I wonder if they do that to all of their guests. I tried to get Expedia to help but they would not stand behind their customer and said they would not investigate the hotels "check out" early policy. I was hoping Expedia would want to make sure the properties they represent are legit charges and that they don't rip us off. Expedia did not stand behind me as their customer and I will no longer use Expedia as this tells me how much I mean to them. Note #1: Expedia did state they called the hotel and they "negotiated" only one nights charge but I had to pay for the "check out" early policy. Note #2: I had already negotiated with the motel to charge one night but they would not refund the $75. It's the $75 charge I want back!

For some reason, even though the rooms were mostly empty, the hotel put me all the way in the back. It was inconvenient. There was used underwear and crumpled condiments in one of the drawers. Also the toilet seat was filthy. I had to wash it myself before sitting down. I probably stayed in the room about an hour before leaving and never coming back.

Hotel infested with bugs everywhere, dark stains on the couch, no security latch on hotel room door, missing wall face plates with exposed wires hanging out of the walls, holes in the walls, handi capped parking spaces and sidewalk to hotel rooms are blocked by pallets and other junk, no breakfast, several dark brown stains on bath tub and ceiling vent, smoking rooms but the hotel “don’t do ash trays”, other hotel rooms have broken windows, cold water faucet didn’t produce any water at all in room 135, this place is a crap hole. Pictures in the description are deceiving and are NOT the pictures of the hotel or the condition it is in. This was so bad, I called Corporate, and also reported to OSHA, Alabama Public Health Department and Fire Department.

The room was one of the dirtiest i have ever stayed in. The mirror on the bathroom door may have never been cleaned. No vent cover on the fan. Lock was broken in the front door. Bathroom door was shredded. Just poor condition and unclean.

I didn’t stay. When I arrived the front desk told me he didn’t have a room ready and said he might not even have one. Hotels.com said check in was at 2 but they wouldn’t let me have a room. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say so I ended up getting a room somewhere else so in the end I paid for 2 different rooms at 2 different hotels. I will never use Hotels.com ever again if this isn’t resolved and I get a refund.

I was given a room to the back of hotel, even though I told him I was by myself, as I travel to back it had men hanging outside, the property was not clean old things laying around on ground and some leaning on building, my room supposed to be on inside close to pool, as I proceeded to room I was very uncomfortable men outside again arguing about something, stuff everywhere and it was dirty outside, I never made it to the room, It did not feel safe, I went back to the office to get something closer to the front and he refuse to give it to me, I was by myself and wanted to feel secure but since he refuse, I left property to find another hotel to stay overnight.

The hotel is absolutely terrible. We were chased around the parking lot by a drunk “resident” while trying to find our room. We were so uncomfortable that my son and I did not even get out of the car we called and tried to get a refund but the property manager continually hung up the phone on me. We left and stayed somewhere else.

This has been absolutely terrible. We were first put in a room with a shattered window that had RIP with a ladies name written on the broken glass where apparently a yound lady was murdered after doing some research. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains. After going and requesting a new room they gave us a key to an already occupied room. Finally after the 3rd try we were able to get to our room. Its been ridiculous. Stay away from this hotel.
