We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice. They were in the process of renovations but that did not hinder our stay. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was awesome and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc in addition to bagels, cereal and continental options. We always enjoy our stays at Hampton Inns and we will stay again!!

Hotel is in a good but insecure location. We thought we took a wrong turn and then realized at the street there was no signage. Good coffee shop within walking distance. Hotel is pet friendly and I was happy we were far enough away not to hear the barking we could hear walking down the hall.

The check in process was very easy and efficient. The staff was friendly and explained the amenities. The only drawback , small and necessary, is the remodeling is ongoing so theres a bit more people and noise .

The room was fantastic. They are updating a lot of rooms and halls, but it never interrupted our stay. Pool was better than expected. People/staff were excellent. Breakfast was everything we expected and eating area was nice and clean

Ran out of food items at breakfast at 830. Supposed to serve until 10?? Air conditioning unit was not adjustable. Pool was dirty. Beds were fine. Room was adequate and clean Coffee and cookies in the lobby were great however.

Yikes. We have stayed in many hotels and this is probably the worst one as far as condition and feeling safe. The whole room was in poor condition- rust, peeling wallpaper, holes/dents throughout the walls, LARGE gap under the main door (like you could put your hand through the bottom), no hand soap, stains on the furniture, no clock, few plugs- it just felt dirty, unsafe, and run down. The staff was very nice, it was in a convenient location, and the breakfast was good, but we couldn't wait to get out of there and will not be back.

Probably the oldest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. Filthy carpet, beat up furniture, bathroom was old and shower moldy. Pretty far away from the idea of clean. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Didn't want to touch anything - everything felt dirty. I kept washing my hands because of that.

It was a beautiful hotel. Staff was great, cleanliness was the amazing. Breakfast was very yummy, and had a variety. I would definitely recommend to all.

The room was not cleaned well. We informed the desk agent Gracie, and she handled the concern. There is a soft place in the floor near the AC unit that I deeemed unsafe. I informed the desk agent about my concern but nothing was done. I was not offered a discount on my room rate nor an offer to change my room. I am normally a fan of Hampton Inn but was not happy with the stay. I have relatives in Enterprise and plan many visits. I was hoping this would be my go to hotel. I am going to rethink the other options available.

The sofa sleeper coukd not be considered a sleeper. The mattress was worn out, only about 2 in and totally disgusting covered with stains. I would not let anyone sleep on it.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The room didn’t have enough lighting. The drapes didn’t come across the window. We had light coming in at night . Garbage bags too small for basket ,kept falling in. Was told we’d have a couch and sitting room suite,didn’t get one.

The new look in the rooms is wonderful. Price has gone up a bit but the bathroom looked more upscale. linens very comfortable and cozy. As always front desk is great.

The staff never acknowledged us when we entered in the evenings. Theres a weird smell on the second floor when you enter the hallway. Very out dated. Wasnt made aware they were under construction and was woken up every morning.

The hotel was wonderful: clean, wonderful incredible staff who went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were clean, a lovely little thank you note (thank you for staying with us) when we arrived ... just the sweetest people and we were comfortable, it was quiet and in a good area.

I checked in late and when we arrived Kash was very nice and helpful. The ac in our room was broken and making a horrible noise but Kash was able to move us to a new room and brought the new keys right to me. Absolutely amazing service!

There was no staff when I went to check in. The pool area was gross. The worst part was we were late for my sons baseball tournament because the shower broke. When I called the front desk….no one answered. I had to go to the lobby and they didn’t have any tools to help fix it. My husband had to figure out how to stop the hot hot water from pouring out.

Very clean and good location. This was a safe area. Good breakfast and friendly staff made this an enjoyable stay. Only negative thing was toilet stopped up and sink. I didn't say anything until morning bc I was tired and needed sleep. Great stay overall.

The other half and I stayed for a night on our way to Florida. Very clean and the breakfast options were very nice compared to other places we’ve stayed that are more expensive! Would definitely come back😃 The pool is also a nice addition.
