Candlewood Suites Enterprise by IHG

My stay at the candlewood suites got off to a rocky start. The room I had paid for 2 months in advance was not available when I checked in. I had been downgraded from a one-bedroom suite to a king room. Definitely this was not what I expected nor would I had paid for. they had sold my room to another customer that would be in the room. Two more nights. Though I had paid for four nights, I was only able to stay in the room I paid for in advance two nights. When I ran into trouble during check-in, I was instructed by the hotel's agent to call hotels.com for a refund on the two nights that I had to stay in the king room I did receive a refund even though it wasn't as much as I thought it should be.

Loved our room, very spacious and everything we needed

Everything was very clean. The staff was most helpful. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again.

My room was spacious and clean. There was a loud dog barking from another room near by for a bit, but it stopped and I was able to get sleep for an early morning departure. Customer service was pleasant and bed comfortable. Love the full fridge for my snacks and drinks!

The staff was perfect . I don’t like how the tv is basic cable. The room were clean besides stains on pillows
