Safe, quiet, convenient access, easy parking… The property is not maintained…the parking was full of cars and people were in and out which means there is income to spend in upgrading and maintaining the rooms Toilet flush running all night, when reported to the front desk they wanted to know if it flushes or not!!! wall and doors paint chipped all over, especially the connecting doors, some towels looked like never washed (just folded and put back), shower ceiling with open dry wall patches, no phone access in Room 105 and the one in Room 107 not functional, breakfast consisted of toast, cheerios, oat meal and condiments! For $95 a room we could have done much better!

Expedia pictures are out dated. There was a picture of a nice pool, reality, it was filled in with concrete. There was advertised breakfast (not continental) but it was cereal. Sheets had burn spots in them, and the whole place smelt funny. The knob for the shower was broken, and we had NO hot water for the shower. Bed covers were bleached and curtains had dead bug stains on them. There were holes in the wall with toilet paper stuck in them. The toilet was crooked and loose from the floor. there was no smoke detector, just wires hanging down from the ceiling were it was. This was an awful Days Inn. NOTHING like the pictures on Expedia. Yall should be checking on these places that you represent. I have pictures of all of this stuff I mentioned. The AC was the only positive thing about our stay. We would have walked out if it weren't so late and only staying 1 night. I slept in all my clothes, it was that scary.

We stayed at this hotel as we evacuated from hurricane Milton. Love that they welcomed our pets. The staff were all very caring and helpful. We had a microwave and mini fridge in the room, and breakfast (fresh coffee, toast, cereal) in the lobby in the mornings.The only reason for 4 stars was that there is no elevator, also 3 reasonably intelligent adults couldn't figure out how to switch the water flow from tub to the shower. But for the price, this was a good place to stay.There were shops, restaurants, etc. within easy drive.

The pool looked awful, like a toilet that had not been flushed for months. The floor in our room was sticky, stains on the bedding, very hard to understand the staff, the room smelled musty. We did not even feel comfortable bathing there.

Staying at the Days Inn in Montgomery to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene. The Hotel staff could not have been nicer or kinder. They were all very attentive, polite and helpful. Where things go downhill for this facility is the maintenance and upkeep. Also, and this is a huge one for some people, there is no elevator!!! This is really important in this day and age. Especially ADA rules and compliance. Maybe some of the big wigs at Days Inn Corporate could chip in a few thousand each and buy these poor folks in Montgomery an elevator. Oh, and the pool is filled in with cement. I really don't know what to think about establishments like this. Maybe it's on it way out and they don't want to sink any money into this old a building. Whatever the corporate guys (and gals) decide about Montgomery, be sure to keep the staff at the hotel. They are the greatest asset you have there. (TP for KP)

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw you had a pool but it was filled with cement and a car park where it used to be. The room has potential, very large for what we paid for but very outdated, furniture was rotten and falling apart. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Limited cable, holes in the curtains, front door cut to high so all the cool air leaving the room, toilet not mounted to the floor had to prop it up with some cardboard so it doesn’t wobble when you sit on it. Tub is all scratched up. Linen old and dingy. Had to go buy towels, wash cloths and some more linen to feel comfortable. If it wasn’t for the prepaid payment we would went somewhere else. Laundry door always open, mop left in hallway.

The room had a strong smell as soon as you walk in. I had to ask one of the cleaners to re-clean the bathroom and that only lifted a little dirty up. The bed had a moist feeling, almost like it was sprayed with water. The floors are disgusting to the point you can take a piece of tissue and wipe the floor and it’s nothing but black dirty that shows on tissue piece. Customer service was okay until time for the refund.

The pictures definitely look much better than the property. The A/C and fridge were shut off upon arrival. The room felt stuffy for awhile until the air was able to circulate. The fridge took awhile to cool down so it could be used.

Looked very old fridge leaked paint chips on wall and didn’t have a warm feel to it. Non smoking rooms felt like they had been smoked in old mattress’s just a lot for the price.

The room was not good. Chip paint off the doors. It was hot and stuffy. It was smaĺl. Did not have alot of channels on TV. Breakfast was a brown bag with banana granola bar, a frozen breakfast sandwich. You have to pay for drinks, and the wifi is really terrible. And you pay a deposit but it not listed on the website.

Check in was slow and confusing. Host insisted that my driver’s licencia name had to match my credit card name. Elizabeth is my legal name, but I go by Liz, and ll my cards say Liz. I finally convinced her to check me in, since i had never had an issue with this in the past. Volume did not work on TV. We were awakened by a loud verbal fight right outside our window at 3 am, and then loud conversation from 4-5 am. We finally just got up and left. Tried to fill coffee cups on the way out, but canister was empty. Obviously won’t be staying there again!

Ultimately checked out after 1 hour made reservations at another property after driving 5 hours to get there. Ask to be refunded both charges (overcharged fee and for the room) was told sorry. I had to ask to be given a receipt showing where I will be refunded for the double charge. THE WORST HOUR I EVER SPENT costing $85.05.... For NOTHING.

If i could rate this place a 0 i would. We booked the hotel and had an event in town that night. I called the hotel to see if we could do a late check in. The employee asked my name, checked my reservation and told me a late check in was absolutly fine. Well a few hours later after our event ended, we went to check in. The desk clerk rudely informed us that they were booked up and there was no room for us. We told him we had a reservation and he went to look and tells us that apparently because we picked pay at property they canceled our reservation and said it was forfeit because we didnt check in by 8pm. Woukdnt even acknowledge the fact that i had my reservation number and had called and talked to him about late check in. Absolutly horrible customer service. 0/10 DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU CAN CHECK IN EARLY.

Check in was made difficult regarding wanting a credit card when the room had already been paid for on line. The room had a horrible odor & the bathroom had hair in the shower. I didn’t even try the bed, I would not stay. I left the hotel, didn’t want to see another room. Lost $90 as it was non-refundable.

Staying at the Days Inn in Montgomery to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene. The Hotel staff could not have been nicer or kinder. They were all very attentive, polite and helpful. Where things go downhill for this facility is the maintenance and upkeep. Also, and this is a huge one for some people, there is no elevator!!! This is really important in this day and age. Especially ADA rules and compliance. Maybe some of the big wigs at Days Inn Corporate could chip in a few thousand each and buy these poor folks in Montgomery an elevator. Oh, and the pool is filled in with cement. I really don't know what to think about establishments like this. Maybe it's on it way out and they don't want to sink any money into this old a building. Whatever the corporate guys (and gals) decide about Montgomery, be sure to keep the staff at the hotel. They are the greatest asset you have there. (TP for KP)

The stuff was rude, there was no breakfast, I booked a king size bed and was given 2 queen beds. I got in at 2am and didn’t have the patience to change it. Also was leaving the next morning.

Nothing was nice about this place at all!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. All the reviews u see are true. This is a terrible place, bad area, and the owners are very very disrespectful. I didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Then he refused to give me my receipt after charging my card. Will never go back. Don’t waste your money on this place!!! I had to call the cops to get my receipt bc the owner wouldn’t give it to me.

It was a fine stay at the motel. The one thing that bothers me is that i handed in the key card at check out and was told that there would be no other charges. After checking my bank expenditures, found that they charged the deposit against my credit card even though I was told that there would be no other charges. Called the hotel and they told me I will have to wait for up to 10 days for the reimbursement. A Lot of wasted time.

This hotel is decent enough for the price. cold continental breakfast with pastries and toast, oatmeal packs, etc. Cleanliness was ok, found a string cheese wrapper behind a mattress while checking for bed bugs. Overall I'm happy with the stay. Beds were comfy, the area not seedy. 6/10

The hotel was easy to get to and find. Everything was fine with our check in. Super easy and quick. The beds were comfortable enough for a night stay on the way to our destination. Paint was wearing off the unterior of our room door and the vathroom door. The toilet turned significantly and was not properly seated down. There were some hairs on the shower wall when I got in. Lastly the hot water was tepid at best. I highly doubt we would stay here again should we ever need to.

Staying in the area for a concert. Made sure to book a hotel that allowed check in during the early AM hours. When you type the hotel name into GPS it brings you to the wrong location. Than we finally arrive at the correct hotel at 2:30am and we are told that there are no rooms available and we can be refunded like it’s simple to find another hotel at 2:30 in the morning after 100$ has already been charged to my card. So now we have to drive have to Tennessee on no sleep. Terrible experience will make sure to never book with Days Inn again.

I could tell that there is new carpet in the hallways, which was nice to see. However, I was expecting to have more than just shampoo on the ledge in the bathroom. I use shower gel all the time, and there was none of that. The bath towels are very thin and small. The front desk person was not there when I got there and I had to wait for her to come back. She was friendly when she did arrive. The breakfast was very minimal. Just offered coffee, one type of juice, which is grape juice, two cereals, which were both sugary, and two types of bread (white and raisin). There was no fruit available or any other breakfast items.

We stayed at this hotel as we evacuated from hurricane Milton. Love that they welcomed our pets. The staff were all very caring and helpful. We had a microwave and mini fridge in the room, and breakfast (fresh coffee, toast, cereal) in the lobby in the mornings.The only reason for 4 stars was that there is no elevator, also 3 reasonably intelligent adults couldn't figure out how to switch the water flow from tub to the shower. But for the price, this was a good place to stay.There were shops, restaurants, etc. within easy drive.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The smell of marijuana in the lobby was ridiculous. We literally were in the room for 5 hours to sleep and I felt like my clothes reeked of it. The area seemed a little sketchy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area they can’t change but they need to stop smoking pot in the back. The smell is disgusting and I felt like the place could have been raided for drugs at any moment. Price wasn’t bad but you get what you pay for.

Safe, quiet, convenient access, easy parking… The property is not maintained…the parking was full of cars and people were in and out which means there is income to spend in upgrading and maintaining the rooms Toilet flush running all night, when reported to the front desk they wanted to know if it flushes or not!!! wall and doors paint chipped all over, especially the connecting doors, some towels looked like never washed (just folded and put back), shower ceiling with open dry wall patches, no phone access in Room 105 and the one in Room 107 not functional, breakfast consisted of toast, cheerios, oat meal and condiments! For $95 a room we could have done much better!

Website say breakfast included but there is no breakfast When I talked at front desk person he said there is no breakfast. If your idea of free breakfast is cereal or toast then this is the place for you. That's all that was offered. I had forgotten that I stayed here before and didn't enjoy it. I will be sure to not stay here again. It is used by a lot of traveling contractors based on my check in experience.

I paid the extra money because it said breakfast included and there was nothing it coffee and a plate of dollar store nutrigrain bars. My room also wasn't ready so I stayed in a room that I didn't even reserve

I called ahead specifically to ask if they had a hot tub (not just a jetted tub) and was told yes. When we arrived, it turned out to be a single-seat jetted bathtub, not an actual hot tub. It also had an unpleasant smell. We chose not to stay and walked out, but were still charged for the full night. Very disappointing experience and not what was represented over the phone. I would not recommend.
