The room didn't have a lock on the door to lock the door for safety. There wasn't any wash clothes for a bath nor there wasn't a remote for the tv, the refrigerator didn't work. Too many crackheads hanging around the place of business. This isn't a good look for to bring your family to stay the night. I was very disappointed. They need to do better.

Room 204 was clean, free of dirt, insects, or rodents. Shower worked and soap and shampoo were available. Nice, economical rental for the price, approximately $52/night. However, there was no chair, nor was there any desk lamp for serious thinking and reading. No free shuttle to downtown was available AND the early MARTA bus failed to appear Monday morning, Feb 27th, 2023 during a 30-minute interval for which online GPS claimed service was offered.

The parking lot was trashed.People was standing around outside in 30 degree weather, I think I seen drugs being sold. I was kept up all night with doors being slammed, it was the worse hollering, cussing I ever heard. I was afraid to leave my room. Afraid for my wells being and afraid my truck would be vandalized. This place needs to be taken off your site. Next time I book I will investigate before I do.

This location is a crack head motel police in and out all night was not safe was worriedy truck was going to get stolen in the parking lot room is a joke had mold all on the ceiling in the bathroom no remote for the TV no phone just a dated TV furniture was crappy and run down hookers knocking on the door and lots of weird people that looked high walking around all night long the bed had no blanket only sheets and only one pillow this place is a joke no one would deliver here cause it was a danger to there drivers they said and I was scared to leave the room cause I was scared my stuff would be gone when I got back

Much to my surprise and disappointment this booking will not be apart of any future bookings. The hotel was in an unpleasant environment, beggars that make me uncomfortable and not at ease for my partner...we were even approached by a stranger. The room had one bed but also the remnants of a bed having been removed with a part of the previous bed left behind. A TV with no remote, one towel, no bathing items, etc. This hotel such be removed from the Hotels.com website immediately.

The room at Rest Inn was very poorly. It had roaches in it the there was no tissue paper. The tv didn't work it was broken, one wash cloth, no trash can. My first time there was horrible. I will never come back.

Soon as I opened the door, I seen critters (roaches and some other small insects) just running for safety. Cover that’s suppose to keep you warm were thin as I don’t know what and dirty.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in and can't believe Hotels.com has this place on their website. It was horrendous, it's ran down, full of addicts, mindblowingly disgusting, inhumanely unsanitary and unsafe. When looking at the room, l could tell it wasn't the best, however, l couldn't deal with the bugs crawling EVERYWHERE on the floors, walls, ceilings, beds, bathroom, inside the microwave, it's extremely vile. I gathered my belongings and went to go sleep in my car. DON'T BOOK THIS STAY.

Both ceiling light fixtures in the bathroom had been ripped out. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work so you couldn't plug a different lamp in. The full-length mirror came crashing down and narrowly missed injuring one of us.

This room we had 140 was nasty and had dead roaches everywhere. The bed was terrible. The bathroom had no counter space. There was hardly any hot water. Will never stay here again! They could have put us in a better room.

Very sketchy area, property not upkept. Room isnt worth out. Beds dirty, room is dirty, toilet had urine all over the seat, no toliet paper. No clean pillows. Asked attendant for toliet paper, he said some would be brought to me, and it was never delivered. Travelers beware! Avoid at all cost!

there was bugs in the rooms, other people staying there had been complaining and begging for a room change because there was bugs in their beds and on the floors and walls. Staff was absolutely terrible and not understanding at all. Tried to scam me into paying for the room twice when I had the receipt and he had it pulled up. Tried to take my debit card and put it behind the counter as well. Just overall the worst place I have been

This property was the worst place ive ever stayed. I walked in fliped on the light and nothing i went to the bathroom and turned the light on it worked. There was roaches in there and it was dirty. There was also no remote to the tv the sign said you had to pay 10.00 to get a remote. I was in the room for less then 5 minutes and i was told i could not get a refund even though the sign clearly said no refund after 10 minutes. I wasnt even on the property for 10 minutes let alone in the room for that long. Would not recommend this motel at all.

The guy at the window checking us in, was not friendly. We told him that we didn't have a remote to the TV and he said he'd have someone check into it, but never did. We had only one towel and one bath mat and no other other towels or washcloths. There were no little soaps or shampoos.

This place needs to be taken off your site. Next time I book I will investigate before I do.

This location is a crack head motel police in and out all night was not safe was worriedy truck was going to get stolen in the parking lot room is a joke had mold all on the ceiling in the bathroom no remote for the TV no phone just a dated TV furniture was crappy and run down hookers knocking on the door and lots of weird people that looked high walking around all night long the bed had no blanket only sheets and only one pillow this place is a joke no one would deliver here cause it was a danger to there drivers they said and I was scared to leave the room cause I was scared my stuff would be gone when I got back

Much to my surprise and disappointment this booking will not be apart of any future bookings. The hotel was in an unpleasant environment, beggars that make me uncomfortable and not at ease for my partner...we were even approached by a stranger. The room had one bed but also the remnants of a bed having been removed with a part of the previous bed left behind. A TV with no remote, one towel, no bathing items, etc. This hotel such be removed from the Hotels.com website immediately.

This was the worst place I've ever stayed in and can't believe Hotels.com has this place on their website. It was horrendous, it's ran down, full of addicts, mindblowingly disgusting, inhumanely unsanitary and unsafe. When looking at the room, l could tell it wasn't the best, however, l couldn't deal with the bugs crawling EVERYWHERE on the floors, walls, ceilings, beds, bathroom, inside the microwave, it's extremely vile. I gathered my belongings and went to go sleep in my car. DON'T BOOK THIS STAY.

Room 105 The locks on the joining rooms broke . Shower mildew at the bottom , hole in wall beside the bed. No coffee pot or blow dryer very disappointing not only was the bed frame zip tied . Seen it from walking in the door Room 208 Start with a piece of wood holding up the ac . No door knob on the bathroom door , shower door won’t stay shut . If you want a remote it’s a $5 deposit I have never stayed anywhere with no coffee pot , blow dryer .
