When we got to Days Inn the man behind the counter was so rude the way he talked to us. He seem worse when he asked what did we pay for the room and I didn't tell him. we was going to stay a seconf night but couldn't. They was painting in the lobby and the fumed almost embearable. we were on the first floor and you could smell the fumed in the room. SAD

There is no elevators the “” so called breakfast is only Cheerios with no milk “ and they show a pool in the pictures and that have sence been filled with concrete so no pool like they advertise. Rude staff at front desk and most importantly it isn’t handicap accessible at no means

The place was fine. No elevator. Carpet in our room upstairs was clean and had an attractive pattern. Breakfast bar was meh. Nice front desk staff except for the unfriendly lady in charge of sweeping and in charge of breakfast bar.

There was no elevator, no fire escape for the 2nd floor. We found a roach in our bathroom. You had to carry luggage up stairs could not get a cart upstairs. People that are handicapped in any way could not be on 2nd floor. With these amenities corrected it would be a good place.

This place is okay. The dude at the front desk when we checked in was fabulous. No elevator. No pool. Great water pressure. Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

A nice quiet place. It was being remodeled/painted on one side but quite beautiful and clean on the inside. Night staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the bathroom door was hard to closed and no breakfast seen but easy walking access to Waffle House or other options. Overall a reasonably priced good stay.

Had a business center that I needed to use

Arrived at 10 PM for a late check in. It was raining cats and dogs. I was told that the lobby closes at nine and in order to get to my room I had to walk outside through the parking lot the length of the building and enter through the back door in the dark. There’s no elevator, and we were upstairs. In the morning, there was no breakfast served, even though it was advertised. The room was clean, but well worn with some broken pieces of furniture. This is definitely no frills and no extras and the maid came at 8:30 in the morning.

Once we arrived in the room we noticed the bed linen was nasty & stained. There were also a ring around the tub & the floor in the bathroom was dirty. We alerted the service desk & asked to switch rooms. He tried charging another deposit, until he was told that we paid 1 deposit & will not pay another just to get switched to a cleaner room. He provided a key to a different room, which linen was worst than the first room we were provided. The new room was more dirtier than the one we were currently in. I went back to the desk & told them we'd stay in the current room. Someone was sent to change out the linen, which they only switched the top cover, & to clean the tub. I asked for a refund but was advised that there was no refunds after being checked in.

We stayed for one night and had a good experience. The front desk staff are friendly. Its a older hotel but the rooms were clean.

It was dirty and had a bad smell. The restroom had hair on toilet and floor area with something that looked like mice drippings. The towels were stained and the bed covers had stains and cigarette burns and cigarette smell The furniture was nasty and had water glass stains the television was broken with lines in the screen from the cracks. The carpet was stained and dirty with crumbling pieces of food and paper on it. The room was just nasty. I would have left but other places were sold out

We chose this hotel for a more budget-friendly option during a long football weekend. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did have an issue with a water leak around 8:30–9:00 pm, but the manager addressed it promptly and cleaned the area so we could enjoy a fresh bathroom for the rest of our stay. Housekeeping will knock if there’s no “Do Not Disturb” sign, and we found them a bit stingy with towels, as they weren’t eager to provide extra. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

When I entered my room there were cig ashes on the bed, the room smelled of smoke, the bed looked like it had been made then had people sit on it. The floor was dirty and the bathroom wasn't clean. Toilet looks like it's never been cleaned then there were brown tried smears of something on the wall. I went to the front desk within 5 mins of checking in to ask for a new room. Front desk was very unprofessional. I was given a new room only to find the door lock was held together with duct tape. I did not enter that room. I went to the front desk again and asked for a refund. I was told I could not get a refund and to call the manager in the morning. I asked for a receipt or print out and was denied both. I then asked for it to be hand written. I was given a ripped piece of paper with scribbles on it that wouldn't be read. This trip was a cross country trip on my own. I was now in a different state with no place to stay. This hotel was not safe nor clean. The gym was closed. The breakfast area was full of storage and very dirty. The hallways had trash on the ground and dirt scrusted on the walls. The front area of the hotel was full of litter on the ground by the front door, over grown weeds, filthy doors/windows. At that point I should have never stepped foot in the hotel ... I was just desperate to find a place to sleep a few hours then hit the road again plus I had already booked and paid for this room. 2 weeks later I have yet to speak with the manger/owner or get a refund

I accidentally got a smoking room. The staff was nice. Gave us some lysol to help with the smell. Didn’t really helped much. Can’t believe in 2024 people still smoke in rooms. There were cockroaches crawling all over place.

Quiet and clean room

I have been to this hotel multiple times but it has never been like this time our room had roaches in it and the air conditioning was leaking which had most of our floor wet in our room then the staff was rude as well

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were not(really soft and small). Couch and chair in room were dingy/stained. Fridge and coffee maker were good. Ac was cold. Shower water pressure was great. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches in the fridge of the lobby. Wifi worked great.

The room was okay! Bathroom was extremely clean. Take aways our tv didn’t work at all wouldn’t come on no response from my staff if we could be credited on our bill! Other than that stay was okay. Quiet

Very comfortable. Desk clerk very friendly and helped immediately with any concerns we hsd (TV didn't work right away and he came right down to fix the problem)! Room very comfortable.

The airconditioner didnt work, the bath sink sprayed water everywhere but sink. The bed was uncomftorable.

I then asked to check out at 11:30 and they said they would give me until 11:15 without charging me extra and at 11:05 they were knocking on the door telling us that we needed to check out now so the housekeepers could clean the room!! I don't know if they got new owners or what, but I was so disappointed! We will NOT be booking this hotel again!

Side road but close to highway. We could hear people walking above us, and not much for breakfast. An average stay, and fine for a quick night during our travel.

No elevator, which isn't awful but inconvenient. Smells like cigarettes and other smokables. Room was over 90 degrees and took hours to cool.

Reserved online 2 weeks ago and drove 4 hours for the guy to tell me the room is unavailable and if I wanted a worse room, it’d be $50 more than the original price

Stopped in rest on our way to the panhandle for vacation. Staff was helpful and room was clean.

The property was located in the middle of everything so getting to places was a breeze. The staff was very friendly especially Bobby he went above and beyond to make our stay here great.

Owner or manager, I don't who he was, but he was very rude and disrespectful to my wife, and yelling at my wife. Almost be a physical confrontation. We didn't stay we left. I recommend you take that hotel off your site. Awful.

Quiet and friendly staff

Absolute terrible service. Was yelled at and called a liar by the girl working the counter. Finally showed her the info on my phone which she saw I was right never apologized or anything. No elevator! Literally checked out and just drove back home it was that bad!

This hotel has many advantages. Gas stations and McDonalds on the doorstep. Easy parking. Convenient for I-85 and other freeways. Close to Montgomery downtown (15 minute drive), laundry facilities, wine and beer store 2 minute walk and represents very good value for money. It really worked for many of my needs on my road trip.

The only thing was we had to drive a few miles to restaurants and that day we traveled 10 hours just didn’t want to drive anymore

I will stay here again. Good price and close to Wetumpka.

This was a bit off I-65 but it was a nice area, well lit, and felt safe.

The property is by the interstate which makes it easy getting in and out, close to the Casino and town

The property was located in the middle of everything so getting to places was a breeze. The staff was very friendly especially Bobby he went above and beyond to make our stay here great.

No complaints enjoyed my day.The area does have pan handlers, and homeless people walking. I drove a pickup truck and had someone steal something from the back of my truck, but other than that the hotel and staff is real pleasant. We’ll stay again at this property, but I will be more mindful of my properties.

Hotel under construction. Didnt even know if it was open for business. Bathtub did not drain, and beds were extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was prewrapped, frozen biscuits, 😧
