Odd place. Shabby on the outside, but rooms were clean and remodeled. Pool was not available even though it was the middle of summer. I think people were living there, there were often men sitting in folding chairs outside the rooms, smoking, talking, coolers of beer. Kids' clothes drying outside... No rowdiness, just busy/noisy. If I had been traveling without my husband I would not have stayed. Also, lobby was never open. Broken microwave was immediately replaced though. Like I said, odd place.

It had new floors and quiet but when l arrived the building was locked at 3pm and checked out the next morning building was locked due one person trying to work the cleaning and office but the person came after l was looking around to check out..

Room was new and clean, which to us is most important. Outside was somewhat rundown and the parking lot was in need of resurfacing. Parking was minimal, as management allowed a construction company to park their many vehicles in the parking lot. It appeared the office area was being used by the management as their living quarters. A car was parked in the porte cochere normally used for arriving guests, and we never observed it moved during our stay. There was a pool, but it was covered and unusable. A barbecue restaurant and a bakery were in a shopping plaza within walking distance. Both were good choices for lunch/dinner and breakfast, respectively. If you have business in the area as we did, it fills the need for clean accommodations.

My only issues was they stated they didnt have the room available that I booked and that I also had to put down deposit that I wasnt aware of. The room was latered honored because of a last minute cancelation.

No coffee or open lobby during the day. 6-9 am only. Hostess was very pleasant and helpful. The little area you have to go in to register needs some updating and cleaning. For the price very good.
