The stay is fine but the door don't shut, you need to slam it before it close

The staff was great. Due to a payment screw up between the hotel and Hotels.com, i could not get into my room for almost 2 hours after i arrived. The staff were helpful to get the problem resolved.

When I was to check in room was not ready. Check in was 3:00 got to the hotel at 4:00 and still had to wait for the room to get ready. The TV didn’t work. I got to the hotel and then they hit me with a $100 deposit. Overall on a scale of 1-10 they would get a 4 the decor was dingy the bathroom had stains in the tub.HORRIBLE!!!!!
