Wish they had an elevator which I thought it did but didn’t ! But overall not a bad place !!

Price was good. 3 restaurants were close by. Ice machines weren't working. No hot breakfast & limited choice & not fresh. Coffee machine wasn't working. Shower was in poor repair.

Hotel is good location for concerts at Oak Mtn. Amphitheater. Rooms are dated and not very clean. Be aware that doors are on the outside.

The property and room were clean and perfectly adequate but nothing special. The refrigerator in my room and the upstairs ice machine did not work. I got locked out of my room when the battery on the door’s lock plate died unexpectedly. While the front desk staff did their best to deal with this situation, it was still inconvenient and upsetting. I would probably choose a different hotel next time.

Great and friendly staff. Right off the interstate and next to a Buffett, Cracker Barrel and other places to eat. Parking could be better with the work trucks taking up multiple spaces but overall great bang for your buck

Great location, close to the 65 to get to Birmingham or Montgomery, food all around (highly recommend CREEKSIDE BBQ) Oak Mountain State Park is close by which was great ($5 for a day pass). Hotel pool was nice (open till 9).

Extremely ghetto loud. You can hear everything. Doors are on the outside, not what's pictured. Online rooms were extremely stale Smokey smelled like mildew. Definitely will mess with your allergies or asthma. Pool chairs are broken. Breakfast pastries were stale. Subpar breakfast offered

The bed was wonderful but rooms with two queen bed all on second floor with no elevator this is difficult for people with leg or hip problems

This motel was a tad on the rough side. The ice machines looked gross the rooms could use some TLC. My main concerns as a single woman are 1. The window did not have a lock on it, and 2. My key stopped working and they didn’t verify my identification before resetting the cards. Also, there were exposed wires coming out of the heater/AC.

The room I was given had a loud, screeching air conditioner. I called down to the front desk but no one answered. I called 2 different numbers. The woman at the front desk is not very friendly. She acted irritated that I couldn’t stay in a room with a damaged air conditioner. She gave me another room and the air conditioner was good. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, nice bed linens. There are little things that they could repair that would make it much better, ie the shower rod is hanging at a weird angle, there are holes in the wall from an old shower curtain rod, there is paint in a towel rod. Some attention to detail would increase the rating. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave. The pool looked nice. We were able to sit outside in the pool area to visit with family.

We chose the Quality Inn because of the low cost compared to other hotels in the area, also the free breakfast. For the price, it was clean enough, nice enough, quiet enough, friendly staff. Our only complaint was that our smoke free room reeked of smoke. We were too tired upon arrival to ask for a different room so we just tolerated it, since we were only staying 1 night. The room definitely needed freshening. Other than that it was fine for the price.

Our room had stained ceiling spots, stains and damages on the walls, the towel rack was falling down and part of the mirror was broken. Our room was non-smoking but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The floor was sticky and there was dust under the bed. We were there for 5 days. They will only clean your room if you request it to be done. We dirtied our towels by the 3 day. I had to go down get exchange our old ones for new ones. We found hair on our sheets that were not from us. We asked to have the room cleaned and it was never cleaned.

Room was disgusting! Bothe beds sheets had stains all over them. There were dried boogers stuck to the wall! Bathroom faucet was about to fall off. Floors are filthy, which left white socks black. Holes in walls that had been poorly patched. Smashed bugs on ceiling. Won't be back! Went to my daughter’s room 2 doors down and she had similar complaints. Found a ladies long fingernails laying by bed! Just a bad experience.

When we arrived at one am there was a note laying on desk to call. The front desk clerk was helpful once arrive however there was not a shower curtain in the room. Feces on bathroom interior door. Roach crawling across wall the second we walked in. There was no working phone to reach the front desk so I waited until morning. Zero stars

Didn’t mind the property looked dated, but the overall cleanliness was poor. You can easily tell dusting was non existent, there was dirt and dust in corners of the room, & bathroom. Asking for linen refresh or change did not happen even though it was asked for 1x during our 7 night stay. You had to ask for towels to be changed or given to you, and toilet paper. Yes there was a decent continental breakfast offered daily, but housekeeping could use some improvement.

Room smelled horrible of smoke and visible bed bugs. Hotel staff said they were aware of the bed bug problem and did nothing about it. Mold in the showers and no locks on the ground floor windows. Anyone could just open them from the outside and come in. We don’t sleep there, left immediately and want a refund. So gross.

smoke smell with attempt to mask with heavy cleaner- 4 available rooms on first floor- all of them smelled like smoke All family members who were in these rooms for a couple of minutes complained of headaches. We left after smelling these. Nonsmoking is not accurate description.

We had a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke, there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, the floor was coming up from what looked like previous water damage. Overall condition and cleanliness was not good.

Our stay was fine, quiet location, decently clean, comfortable beds. Our biggest disappointment was that our tv didn’t work at all, wouldn’t even turn on. Which is inconvenient when you have kids.

The flooring was coming up and my sister yrippped twice on the floor in room 108

We had connecting rooms which was great. The floor in one room had clear tape holding down some of the strips. It was coming loose. If we had been staying more than one night I would have gotten some Gorilla glue and fixed it.

Nice room with vinyl plank flooring. Smelled stongly of ciagrettes. Found a cigarette outside on the wall AC unit. The AC unit pulled the smoke smell into the room. Top bedding cover had staining. No coffee pot. Inside of bathroom needs painting. 7 out of 10.

It was a good place for us. Very quiet. Spacious room. Clean. We will stay here again.

Clean renovated rooms with good fridges, and microwaves. Air conditioners/heaters work well. Close to lots of restaurants. Typical breakfast but they always have oranges, apples, tea and wheat toast which is what I like.

Room had a musty smell

Room was clean and beds comfy. Tv did not work. A/C worked but not very well.

had to slam door to get it shut. when we turned off heater/ac the fan blew all the time. key only opened door once. when rekey it would work for one entry.

We get there in the evening and checked in. The room they give us is a complete mess, no one cleaned it up. Beds were not made trash in the corner empty. The front desk guy was polite, said that he apologizes but it was marked as clean in the system. He told us there were no more nonsmoking rooms so we were stuck with a smoking room. It took another 10mins for him to change rooms on the computer, he said it won’t let him change it. However, he finally figured it out and we were able to check in. Our new room had hair in the shower, a microwave where the door looks like it melted and very squeaky beds were anytime you moved they make a loud noise. Also after the first night our key didn’t work so I had to go down to get a new key. That front desk person was not necessarily rude but also not friendly either. Which wouldn’t normally bother me but since everything else was going on it annoyed me. The staff were nice enough but also very creepy. We were there for two nights. Both Saturday and Sunday morning we had staff very creepily stare in our room through the window. Like hands around their face so they can see in better and stare through for a good few seconds. My spouse was changing one of those time so we not happy. I get maybe they were checking to see if we left yet but that is what their POS system is for.

Excellent service n very convenient and clean

Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk remained closed at our request. It wasn't pleasant.

The girl watching the front desk when we arrived was sitting at a table with her head down possibly sleeping. We checked out on Sunday July 20th I didn’t realized they charged my card twice. I called them on Tuesday July 22nd and they said they realized the mistake and I would get a credit. It is now Thursday July 24th and still don’t have the credit.

The floor in the room was dirty. Neither the sink nor the tub had had stoppers for the drains. Miss Stephanie, on the front desk was amazing! Very friendly, very helpful. amazing!

They charged me twice I paid through Expedia and when I get there to check in they charge me again

This is the worst hotel. Do not book here. They will cancel your reservation the same day for fake reasons. They said my card was declined but was able to book another more expensive room with it. They are snakes and the rudest people under the sun.

We got back late from being at an all day softball tournament and was told there were not clean towels anywhere. We had to wait a few hours for clean towels and staff didn’t care. The breakfast was terrible we came down at 7:40 and all the hot food was almost gone and the muffins were hard as a brick.

There were a lot of men lurking around the parking lot and pool. Might be a place workers stay. Wouldn’t recommend for family.

Very close to the Oak Mountain amphitheatre and nice restaurants! Staff was quite courteous!

Very noisy with loud music and people yelling. Definitely workers living there. Smoking outside .any rooms. Breakfast was OK. It is a motel not a hotel. Didn't feel extremely safe.

Clean comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Excellent location close to food & the Amazing Oak Mountain State Park

Rooms were clean and had good water pressure in the shower. Didn’t like the noise from the interstate. Rooms on the back side of the hotel were quieter rooms.

Our stay was quite nice. Pleasent staff. Best continental breakfast options I’ve ever seen. Real fried eggs, not the wet scrambled stuff. Highly recommend if the need for a budget friendly stay.

This was a great hotel to sleep in. I enjoyed the location being off the highway and close to food venues and convenience stores. I slept in with their blackout curtains. I did not hear noise from the highway. Friendly staff and the breakfast options were great. They have hot food for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Breakfast options limited. Only 1 small garbage can in the whole room. Tv signal constantly stuttered and glitched. Otherwise room clean and newish. No major flaws.

One night stay - property was ok overall but needs some basic maintenance work. Entry door was hard to open and close due to being out of alignment. Ice maker was not working, regular coffee section of coffee maker in lobby was not working, office printer was dead so no receipt, and the hotel had stopped providing hot breakfast. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and the cover for the light was missing. On the plus side, the beds were new and extra thick padding, TV and internet were functioning. Not really up to the standard of a Quality Inn but ok for the price.

Convenient location, comfortable bed. Breakfast was overstated as a breakfast buffet. Continental style breakfast at best. I enjoy beakfast but expect eggs sausage bacon biscuits and gravy when you advertise beakfast buffet. Did not even have toast. Prepackaged muffins and a waffle machine. Does not make a buffet.

The breakfast food was great. I appreciated the eggs and sausage and biscuits and gravy, for a hearty breakfast. Room was comfortable and quiet.
