The lady at the front desk that does the morning shift is AWSOME!!! I think her is Sharon.She was very nice and helpful. Everyone that worked there was nice and helpful. It was nice and quiet and clean. The pool was nice and clean. The water could have been a little warmer but I still enjoyed it. They had a good variety for breakfast and it was pretty good. Will stay again!!

Great stay with a comfy bed and the pull out couch. Enjoyed the breakfast options and mixture of hot and cold foods. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and really wore them out. Only small suggestion would be to have some type of better grip on the ground around the pool. Got extremely slick when wet and my kids fell several times. Luckily they were pretty much walking, but surprised how slippery it got.

The pool area was disgusting. There was mold on the ceiling and the pool was frigid. The drywall had some crack repair done but it looked like it was the first time the workers had ever done drywall. Even my kids noticed and thought it looked bad.

Overall nice place to stay. Room was spacious and in good condition. Beds were harder than I typically like. Staff were very curious and inviting. Hotel only has 1 elevator which resulted in having to wait a couple minutes from time to time. Also breakfast was lacking but several places nearby to pick up breakfast at. Plenty of parking. I would stay here again.

This was our first time at this location and we had a phenomenal time. Every staff member we made contact with was so polite and respectful. Breakfast had a different variety each day of our stay. Breakfast was always fresh and the area was so clean. Pool was clean, warm and fun. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in the area.

Everything great EXCEPT the pool didn’t open until 8:00 am😭. Which means I picked a hotel with a pool I couldn’t use. So, next time I will call whatever hotel and make sure it opens early am.

Overall the stay was fine. Hotel is on the older side with cosmetic updates Not the cleanest but good enough for a quick stop over. Sheets were clean on the main beds. Pull out needed to request clean blanket, and mattress had crumbs, finger nail clipping. Couple fire ants in the bathroom, noticed when one bit my wrist. Otherwise, Staff was very nice. Breakfast was standard but good and as expected. Beds were comfortable.

i absolutely loved the courteous staff!!!! only thing we didn’t like is first and second floor smelled like sewage and on the second floor had a burnt rubber smell beside the elevator

The staff at the hotel were amazing. We wish our room was just as lovely as the staff but it was not. Our room smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. The manager did call to apologize for inconvenience but advised she could not refund or accommodate a refund because we booked through a third party. My family and I will no longer be booking with this particular hotel.

The bed was a little creaky, and I could feel the vibrations when the noisy neighbors above were running back and forth. The floor also creaked in front of the bathroom, which is inconvenient when you're trying not to wake the others up. I did like the cleanliness and suite room layout.

We stayed here for a concert. The place is wonder just right off the interstate. I love that there's breakfast bar and staff is friendly. However the walls are super thin. We heard the people above had night.

We stayed there because they had great reviews...They lived up to the reviews! The staff were very friendly, easy check in, the king suite was very spacious and lots of room, the king bed and sheets were very comfy, the pull-out bed was not comfortable for my 12 year old son, the water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect! The air in the room was very comfortable and I like it around 68 when I'm sleeping...it was perfect! The room was quiet, parking was very easy, my husband didn't care for the hot breakfast so much and I didn't eat it. It was in a very safe area and right off the interstate. Overall it was fantastic and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a wedding. We needed to change for the wedding after driving to town and arrived well before the normal check in time. The staff helped get us in our rooms in time for us to dress for the event. I really appreciate the extra effort they put forth in helping us with this situation. We had an additional hour drive to the wedding from the hotel. My wife and I were traveling with her 85 year old parents and they were very concerned about the time issue. The staff here were all very helpful, friendly and we will stay here again for sure. We've been a guest here before and have always had a great experience. Also when we arrived there were several groups of people traveling with youth basketball teams. The hotel was quiet and we never knew the kids were there. Just a really nice experience. Thank you,

Checked and front desk person was busy but very friendly and personable. Went to room and found hsk still cleaning and a broken window shade. Went back down and Pam delivered top notch customer service. Immediately went up to the floor to investigate. She was super busy and could have been less accommodating but she was fantastic. Kind and helpful- and got us almost immediately into another room.

Hotel was ok. Breakfast was very limited. Housekeeping ignored the “Do not disturb” sign on the door which was incredibly frustrating since I am a travel nurse that works night shift and I have to sleep during the day.

This location is very clean, new & with friendly staff. Our only problem was locating the entrance to the parking lot from Cahabra Valley Rd. We missed it the first time and had to be very careful in turning around and finding the entrance the 2nd time due to the traffic. Be careful!!! Otherwise, it’s wonderful for a night’s stay. 👍

Comfortable bed, clean room and wonderful staff. Breakfast was just ok, nothing like what the hotel website marketed. Pancake machine was not working and the hotel ran out of orange juice. The photos showed omelets but all it was was powdered eggs heated in water.

The property was fantastic however the express breakfast has more potential. Better equipment for coffee needed. Also juice machine with other choices would make it better. I give the hotel a 10 and express breakfast bar a 6 since there were broken items and could be cleaner like the rest of the hotel.

Average room. Breakfast was ok the first day and on the second one almost everything was missing. We wait about 30 min to fill the trays with fruit, sausage, egg and even coffee. Too expensive for what it is!
