Everything was great from check-in to check out 2 days later. The front desk attendants were so kind, polite, and effective. Room was clean, comfortable, air was cold, water got really hot, parking was easy our entire stay. Nothing at all to complain about. Definitely would stay again.

A quick stopover. The room was adequate but nothing special. Unfortunately we booked the room with a note that we were pulling an RV. Nothing on the booking info showed restrictions in parking. We did get a call after the room was booked that we couldn’t park there. Fortunately we found a place to park at the next door Circle K. Hotels did not respond to call to cancel after we found this out. It all worked out in the end but could have been very inconvenient.

It is an older hotel but renovated and clean. I am the type of person that brings my own cleaners when I travel by car and I didn’t need to use them here. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was included. I felt safe. The staff was as kind as they could be and responsive. I didn’t get to use the pool, but it was clean and clear, too!

We went with a group of students for a 1 night stay. It was what we needed for the moment, but the breakfast was very average, rooms are located outside which is always a concern. Would not stay with the fam. First room they have us was smokey. 2nd room was good. In general it was clean, location is great and the price even better.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep the Ramada is fine. From the pictures it would appear to be more like a Holiday inn or Hampton, it is not. It is a drive up motel, with a tiny dining area and a tiny workout room. It was clean and for $100 would have been fine.

The room appeared neat & clean but we discovered hair all over the bathroom. The bottoms of our feet were dirty from the floors. We were disappointed that there was no protein for breakfast. The beds were comfortable & the room cool.

45 min. before the end of breakfast time, there was no milk, no food except waffles and rotten fruit, trashcan overflowing. The room was ok if you don't mind insect infestation in the evening. Small beetle like insects in room and bath. Counted 40. Too much freeway noise. Very rundown property.

There was a roach in my room that actually crawled on me in my sleep. I took a picture and informed the front desk and they stated they would let the manager know… I was also asked why I didn’t ask to change my rooms when it was morning time and almost check out time… There was no reason for me to change rooms anyways when the roach problem probably is in every room.

The room was clean and smelled recently cleaned with bleach (not over powering) Bed was a bit too firm for my comfort but I could get past that. The pillows, however, were horrible. They were the size of a throw pillow and lumpy. All five of them. It made for a restless night and sore neck. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again, but only if I brought my own pillow!

world's worst internet service. I finally gave up and used my phone as a mobile hot spot. service either wouldn't connect or wouldn't stay connected. room was clean and bed was okay. No microwave in the room was another minus. I probably won't stay here again.

The air/heat worked well. I LOVED the location. It was central to so many things: restaurants, Walmart, Starbucks, gas stations, the church that I attended, etc. I’m actually going back in a couple of weeks, and this is where I’ll be staying!😊

I think for the price and the age of the hotel it was good. The breakfast was not consistent. One day eggs and sausage was included and the next day not. We could not access the internet the entire 3 days we stayed there. It would connect to the WiFi but not to the internet. I couldn't get an understandable reason why. One other thing is though the room was clean the floors were dirty. Every time you steeped in the shower the dirt from the floor was visible in the tub.

Room was great , nice mirror , beds was good issues was checking in later at night like 11:45-midnight time the man checking in was very delayed and it was frustrating because you had to stand outside at a window he was not friendly or good at communicating he took my id and credit card and then took a while to check us in another customer came up and was like wow he just on his phone and I was like what … so we step back and he at the counter on his phone while we are waiting in the cold

Great proximity to the interstate. Staff was accommodating when we asked for adjoining rooms. We could have walked to dinner but drove up the hill to Texas Roadhouse and used a coupon we had picked up at the front desk. Beds were comfy and the coffee was good. Exactly what we needed.

Had several issues in our study at this location. For one, the only employee that was working that could be found often hung out at the pool and was not at the front desk. The first room we were given had a large hole in the tile floor and the floor was coming up when you walked on it and we were giving another room otherwise we would have canceled and went on our way and just lost the money. Finally, we were being very quiet but we were told there was a noise complaint and it was only 7:30 in the evening. Definitely would not return to this location

We had a great weekend stay! First, check-in was listed as 2:00, but we arrived early. The front desk was super friendly and let us check-in early without any problems! We were in room 225, which is in the back, so we didn't have any problems with the road noise some people mentioned. Our room was very clean, and we absolutely loved the hot water and shower pressure (I wish ours was that good at home). My only negative, and it's small is that the pillows were a little hard, but the bed was comfortable, and we slept really well! It's in a really convenient area, so we would definitely stay again!

Checked it, no problem. Left to go eat and came back an hour later to a full blown party upstairs. People yelling, doors slamming and music blaring. Then 4-5 little kids all under 10 I guess we’re running up and down stairs, throwing stuff off top balcony, and yelling and at points screaming. Finally called front desk at midnight to complain and was told there was nothing he could do about it! The beds were so hard, the floors were sticky. We were so exhausted from our drive we overlooked the cleanliness but the noise made it impossible to sleep. It continued until around 2 am. Absolutely ridiculous. Who lets their kids play unaccompanied outside at dark at a motel? And what kind of front desk can’t do anything about it? This will be my last stay ever at a Ramada Inn! Total waste of $100 and no sleep.

Stayed for a diving weekend and Blue Water Park. Hotel was convienent to Blue Water. Lots of dining options nearby Room was comfortable and cllean. The breakfast was okay but the dining area was too small.

This is a solid hotel for the money. It’s easy to get to and close to food and shopping. The staff has polite. The breakfast was the standard coffee, bread option, scrambled eggs and juice/milk. Now to the not so great parts. The first impression upon entering was the smell. The air is unbelievably stale, thick and smells like smoke and recycled air. Some well places, yet not overpowering air fresheners would probably help out. The bed is overly firm. For someone with a messed up spine like myself, this was horrible. There were small blood stains on my pillow case. Thankfully I bring my own pillow. All and all, the room serves its purpose.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in awhile. Our room was very clean and either the hotel isn’t that old or it was recently renovated. We were in a room on the front side so it was kinda noisy since the interstate is right there. Breakfast was so so. It seemed there should have been eggs and sausage but the pans were empty (we were there right at 6:30). The coffee was lukewarm but we still drank it and had a waffle.

Loved the room. Hated the breakfast area. No coffee, waffles, dried out shriveled sausage and Luke warm eggs. The upholstery on the chairs in the breakfast area was so dirty I didn’t want to sit on them.

Definitely not my first choice of hotels but needed a room last minute. Being located next to an interstate, I have to say the room was quiet overall. Breakfast was not worth it. First morning it was totally gone. Didn’t go back the next day. Located off an exit that has plenty of restaurant options.
