Hotel.com was amazing absolutely no problem with you. But the clerk screwed up royally. I can not even rate them right now. It was totally one discriminar yes. When you speak another language with disregard to your customer in front of you to someone I assume his manger in the same language thinking your customer is a idiot dumb or stupid to understanding what you are saying in a different language is disrespectful perood. You do not know your customers knowledge period. So I understand and i recorded his talk to manager cause i made him fix what happened. I did exactly as he asked and it was very unpleasant experience and i will never be back and everyone will know what happened. Don't ever disrespect a customer. They were paid in full exactly as he asked and I'm not full able to discuss yet. I have a heart for all of humanity and multiple friends around the world never disrespect someone who is bring you business. I was very angry and it was absolutely nothing Hotel.com did. You guys were awesome. I've there twice in 3 weeks and both were issues. But this was aweful. He berated women and it rolled on. My husband was very upset. But i have proof of his language. And i have friends are very angry. But maybe tomorrow i will feel less hurtful. I'm hurt because it was wrong and disrespectful period to everyone but today it was me
