Had plenty of furniture in a small room, but it was dirty. Outside was not kept up, pool not open and didn't look like it would be anytime soon.

After driving for over 6 hours, the desk employee told me that my reservation that had been booked a month before had been basically bumped because they had been "overbooked". A manager eventually found us a room after being on hold with Expedia for over 45 minutes so we ended up staying. Property was a horrible mess of trash in the parking lot, rusted doors, mildew ceilings, bent towel racks, shoddy walls, broken bathroom fan, swampy broken swimming pool, etc. and lots of what seemed like long term construction guys, yelling and driving off with loud truck mufflers. The room was "passable and seemed clean enough, so I\'m sure it was fine for long term guests and construction workers. Do not recommend for families though. I should have known from the cheap price. I\'ve learned my lesson.

We parked in the rear, under a light and had our truck passenger side glass broken and the inside ransacked…we were one of two vehicles broken into. We enjoyed everything else about the hotel. We were told by others that this happens quite a bit at this hotel!!!

It was an ok place BUT new carpet almost prevented us from opening and closing door, could be fire hazzard.Stairs were rusty and pealing, could easily fall. Beds were comphy, breakfast and staff were very good.

Drapes wouldn’t close without leaving gaps at either side of window, refrigerator didn’t work, drapes too long for window, chair had no padding, smell in room like sewer gas, and bed was uncomfortable. Not to mention front lobby windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Property looked run down upon close encounter. With I had never reserved room there.

We arrived at 9pm at night. Was sent to our room. When we arrived door was open and cleaning lady was just then cleaning this room. Left door open. This is an outside door. Room was full of mosquitoes we all 3 got bit up so bad from the bugs they let in while cleaning. Mold in the bathroom. Found a pair of sunglasses in the bed and a bottle of eye drops in the room so clearly the beds were not even changed. Worst sleep of my life! Never again

I’m not sure that I have ever stayed in a worse place. Creaky floor boards, dirty shower, 1/2 used lotion on the counter. But….at least the BROWN water came out at low pressure.

The property is just so run down and looks worse than the pictures. My room was not clean, the baseboards looks so gross and like they had never been cleaned. The floor under the beds and tables etc all had dirt and the room smelled gross.

They charged 50 to my account as a security fee and told me that i had to make sure i asked for a refund in the morning. The bathroom had used toiletries, hair in the bathtub, and clothing and dirty towels on the back of the door. The remote control was sitting on a sticky substance on the table, and there was pet food on the floor. Counter staff was friendly.

The room smelled musty. Carpet stained. Tub not cleaned. There was a tiny bar of used soap on one corner and a used hotel shampoo bottle on the other corner, hair and soap film on drain. The hotel was ran down and definitely outdated. Won't stay there again.

We are on a 2000 mile road trip and making an overnight stop here. The staff were very friendly and helpful but we were disappointed to find the towel rack hanging off the wall. There was a seat outside our ground floor room where people would sit to make noisy phone calls late into the night.

Staff was friendly. Rooms are need of repairs. Bathroom tiles are missing and tub was not cleaned, there was bits of grass and dirt in it. Entrance door was pretty warped but, it worked and locked. Sidewalks and surrounding area was littered. Walls definitely could use fresh paint.

It was an ok stay. Personnel was great. The room was comfortable. It was in bad repair and the bathtub was dirty. But it was ok for a 1 night stay.

The premises appeared poorly kept. We were told there were no king rooms available when we had just made the reservations several hours before arriving. No notice of the room not being available was sent to us to prevent us from stopping unnecessarily at 11:00PM. We then had to find a room at that late hour in an unfamiliar area. Very disappointed to know Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this type of service.

Was working nights in the area and went and asked front desk (manager) if I could do a late checkout (2 or 3pm) was told no problem. Housekeepers knocked on door at 10:50am. I explained I was giving permission to do late checkout. Housekeeper become rude with me but I explained nicely that front desk gave permission. Lay back down phone rings they are explaining it’s 20$ extra to stay till noon and if I stay after that it’s another day. I pack up as quickly as possible and take belongings to car and go visit front desk and the lady (manager) that told me “sure no problem to do late checkout) was standing right there. She flat out lied and told me she didn’t tell me that and it was going to be another day if I stayed till 2 or 3. She told me I should have asked and got very ugly. Have never been treated this way by other places to do a late checkout when working nights. The room itself for the price was poor. Holes in wall and ceiling ( popcorn ceiling paint) falling off. The carpet in the room was grungy didn’t dare walk barefoot. Notice a few police officers in unmarked cars and only wearing badge scouting out place. I was on bottom floor the room beside me and above me was very loud. Not a place I would recommend especially after being lied to when the day before was told “sure no problem”!! Manager seemed upset I even came up to desk and questioned her about our conversation the day before in front of other staff. Overall poor customer service.

Upon check in the front desk employee asked ne was i alone or was my "friend " (guy) with me. I said no and then he proceeds to tell me that he is looking for a girlfriend. I laughed it off and walked away. I went into the room and rigbt back out to go to the gas station. I received multiple calls from him saying he was apart of the fraud department at Expedia. He couldn\'t supply me with any credentials and demanded to speak with the cardholder (boyfriend). It was a really uneasy feeling like if i was there alone something else may have happened.

Staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. We were there for 3 days just to bathe and sleep only. It’s in poor shape and dingy and dirty. It needs a complete remodel. It’s where workers stay. And I wouldn’t stay there with my family, but for what little were in the room it was OK if they spent some money fixing it all up, it would be pretty nice.

Asked for non smoking. I couldnt sleep there it was a smoking room In the back of property. A d8rty dark outside hallway with an old broken a/c that looked like they forgot to get rid of it was right outside the door.
