Very nice desk service, with friendly staff. Clean but bed a little too firm. Small kind of crowded room(1 king bed), but nice bath room and shower. Slow elevator. Good coffee, but didn’t get to enjoy breakfast bc we had to check out too early. Convenient location to heart hospital. Decent overall, 3.5 to 4!

This has become our go-to stop on our Texas to Tennessee road trips. They welcome our dog, have very decent looking rooms with fridge and microwave, breakfast, indoor pool, and the front desk staff is so nice and friendly.

We were greeted by a construction zone at the hotel on 1/6/24. There was not a heads up that this would be the case. We could not use the front entrance, the lobby or the food area. We had to enter through a side door and use one tiny elevator as the other was blocked off. The carpet in the room was in desperate need of cleaning. The towels and sheets were clean as well as the parts of the floor that was not carpeted. We saw one staff member when we checked in at 10:00 pm and he was not very friendly. We won't be back.

The vent in the bedroom didn't work, so it was very uncomfortable. Also had to ask for additional towels. The pool was closed, and some guests were very loud on my floor. I ordered food, and the front desk gave the delivery person a hard time. If they don't allow deliveries to rooms, they should make that clear. The free coffee was good and a nice gesture.

The room was beautiful, had an odor. Went to dinner, came back odor is still strong. Pulled back bed cover to find soils sheets with feces and strong smell of urine. Was moved to a suit down the hall 75 degrees never got under 71 no sleep horrible night. Has to be at the hospital at 5 am for a procedure.

Filthy! Eyelashes and hair in the bed, pee stains on the sheets, dirt, mold, and hair in the bathroom floor, the room smells like pee, vomit, and beer. AC smells like mold. Just don’t stay here!

I stayed at a Hampton a while back. Excellent experience. This one was meh. A woman’s hair greeted me as I got into bed. Two decaf packets of coffee, no regular was in the room. Lobby floor was dirty. The mattress was very used. Not very comfortable. Skip this Hampton & go to the North Little Rock one.

Everything at the hotel was great except ac not working. I notified desk after allowing two hours for it to cool down in arrival, she said it needs more time, it was 71 in there. We couldn't hardly sleep all night, it was too hot. I had set it to 66 on arrival, when we left the following morning it was 75 in there. I need cold rooms to sleep.

Rooms were clean, location was nice and easy to find, plus helpfully located by a Sbux and Panera! Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was great at keeping the area clean! The tubs were very slow draining during our showers. It was weird that shampoo and body wash was offered but not conditioner. The rooms were warm/muggy and took a long time to cool down but they did eventually cool down. The pool was nice but low/out of towels. We had to borrow little ones from the fitness center. Overall, we’d stay here again!

This is one of the hotels that I stay at when I travel. I really feel the service desk person Betty does not care for African American people and I also feel that she needs more training to better serve customers. I know that everyone needs a job but maybe customer service is not for everyone. All the other staff was very kind as always.

We stayed in suites, my bathroom door wouldn't stay shut unless i pulled up really hard. The closet doors were off the tracks. Which I repaired after I entered. The woman that checked us in originally was very dismissive. It seemed she was at the end of her shift and didn't even so our key cards right. On first impression i was really disappointed disappointed. The rest of our stay was very pleasurable!! The staff was very friendly, kitchen staff included for breakfast and even at checkout we had no problems

Property is very clean and kid friendly, rooms are kept up and smell very clean. Parking was easy and a lot of it, there is a burger & chicken diner next door that was really good as well and walkable. Staff was very nice and had us checked in well within 2 minutes. It's quiet about about 6 miles away from the interstate, so we got out of the traveler crowd.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and close to shopping and the interstate. The bed was comfy, good shower pressure, nice layout. For the guests that were there, we were spread out in the hotel it seemed. I didnt hear a peep. Highly recommend if you just need to stop for a night or stay for shopping. There are many malls and stores within a few miles. It's about 8-10 mins from downtown, also, which was convenient but kept you out of the busy noise.

We were in Little Rock for testing at UAMS. Hampton Inn was very close to Interstate 630 which made it a fast and easy drive to UAMS. The room had been recently updated and was very nice. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept quite nicely. The breakfast in the morning was first rate! Breakfast potatoes, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, 2 flavors of waffle mix along with a multitude of bakery options and cereal. Assorted coffees, teas, cocoa, juices and milks as well. All of the staff members were so kind and welcoming as well. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will definitely stay here again for our next medical appointment!
