The hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly, but the elevator didn’t work and I was on the 3rd floor. Using all of those stairs was super inconvenient for me with me having an autistic toddler. Other than that, the room was great.

Our stay was perfect til bedtime in room 316. My ONLY complaint was that we had only blinds and the spotlight from the parking lot was shining right in the room so it looked like 4:00 in the afternoon. I mentioned this to the staff the first night and it was never addressed. Everything else was perfect but I sure would have loved to sleep in after traveling in the day before.

This hotel was super clean, the staff was very nice & the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be back when my travels bring me back to magnolia. We were here for a softball tournament. They even had nice guest laundry available to wash our ball uniforms.

The hotel needs updating. The first room I was given the a/c didnt work & the ceiling above the shower was peeling & didnt look safe. The second room was better however the next morning we woke to ants by the a/c unit & they got in my cousins clothes. I just expected better for the price. I will say the staff was very helpful & kind & the breakfast was good.

This hotel was super clean, the staff was very nice & the bed was comfortable. I will definitely be back when my travels bring me back to magnolia. We were here for a softball tournament. They even had nice guest laundry available to wash our ball uniforms.

The room was full of ants. Call and told the receptionist she said she would calll her manager and have her to call me which they never did. Went to the store and came back maintenance had sprayed the room while we were gone saying their would be no fumes. When we got in the room the fumes were so loud. Me and my husband sneezed and coughed all through his siser funeral which was uncomfortable. There were no apologies or we'll comidate you.

Overall all customer service was great. The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling as well as water damage in the corner of the room adjoin to the bathroom. Years in the carpet and lather torn chairs at desk. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn scores and one of my favorite hotels. This stay was a little disappointing 3rd floor room 314

The room was well laid out and clean. The bathroom mirror was back-lit, the bathroom was large, and the shower had lots of water pressure. The electric outlets on one wall didn't work, but there were others that did, so it wasn't an issue. I would definitely stay there again.

nice hotel, but we must have gotten a bad room! Door wouldn't open had to get front desk lady to open, tv was on and would not go off, had no remote and front desk lady could not find one and said sorry! So we put a towel over it, but lights shown through! Not a good sleeping night!

Our room flooded. My brothers pants we soaked. They moved us to another room but it only had one bed. My brother sleep in the chair. My son had to stay with relatives because there wasn’t room for him. The manager said she was going to give us a suite for the last night. That didn’t happen. She lied and didn’t comp us for the inconvenience. If I have another choice I would never stay there again. We couldn’t get towels. It was the worse experience ever. Customer service was awful. We were there for 4 nights.

Love this property. They are always nice, helpful, and accommodating. I stayed at all others in magnolia, but this one is the best. I tried to book early, so I wouldn’t be stuck staying elsewhere. Best one in Magnolia, AK.

I loved the fact that they had options for breakfast and it did not disappoint!!!! The fact that my family and I do not eat pork and they had turkey options for us was great, not many hotels accommodate those who don’t eat pork! Loved the friendliness of the lady that was on her job with keeping everything filled and warm, she did an amazing job with the breakfast!!!!!
