Pool out of service, breakfast waffle iron out of service and the other options were underwhelming. Coffee was like weak tea. The room had splatters of something on almost every surface. Pillows are god awful no matter how many you get. Spend the extra $25 on another place

The only thing the pool was not wirking at all. Nasty green. Ice machine was out of order o. 3rd floor. And hole in the wall behine the stove in the room. It has gotten worse every time we have stayed there in 3 years. Fix it up or close it down. I will not be staying there again.

My room was clean. I reserved three rooms. I was in a room Fri and Sat. I asked if I could check in my other two rooms a bit early because we were going to a wedding. The staff was not at all accommodating. Also, the waffle machine was broken. The ice machine was not working. Other than that all was fine.

Really enjoyed staying here the hotel was very clean, and it is very close to the casino, room was very clean and cold (love that), not happy about the pool not being operational (wish we had known that prior to booking) and the ice machine on my floor was not working but I'm sure all these are correctable issues, the continental breakfast was very good, overall my family was very comfortable with the stay, YES I would stay here again but I would definitely call first to see if the pool is open

The room seemed clean. The pillows weren't the greatest for me but MDH slept well. I spilt some water on the bathroom floor. Using one of the washcloths to wipe it up, i was disguted to see how dirty the cloth was just wiping that little bit. The sink didn't drain well. Breakfast was fine. Good scrambled eggs & sausage patties. The waffle iron didn't work. And no pool avaible.

It was way more than I actually expected from reviews. The bed was comfortable, I can’t say the same for the pillows. Had to go get one of my own. But the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean the hotel smelled clean as soon as you walked in. The breakfast was great for being a continental breakfast, the cafe attendant was superb. Never lacked anything. They all did an amazing job. I would definitely stay again.

I was surprised with all the positive reviews, that our room was so visibly dirty. It was the last room that they had and it was late so we had to make do. The beds were also not the best and the pillows were also not great.

The first room had water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom onto counter. It appeared that it was patched over, but not fixed. Room smelled nasty and felt humid. Requested and got a different room. 2nd room was a suite and pretty gross. I'm pretty tolerant, but considered leaving for another hotel. We were just spending one night on the way somewhere, so just stuck it out. Maybe we just got really crappy rooms, but I can't figure out the reviews talking about how clean it was. The property was in pretty bad shape. In fact, our bathroom light switch stopped working, there was an unpatched hole through the wall over the stove, which was filthy. Breakfast was typical and area was clean there. Bed was relatively comfortable. Water pressure was high and there were plenty of plug ins. Can't say anything else positive. Staff was pretty uninterested... at least the person at the desk.

The room was not very clean. The mattress needs to be replaced it was uncomfortable. Overall condition if room was not good. Got out if shower and there was a large cockroach on wall. Told front desk offered to switch rooms. However, if they are in one room they are all over. No other compensate offered. Breakfast was good and fresh.

The staff was great!! The room was moist and had mildew in the bathroom. The hinges on the bathroom door were completely rusted over. So much moisture in the room our clothes felt damp the next morning. Breakfast was a waste of time. The bagels were stale and when I opened the cream cheese it was totally dried out. Will not stay again.

When we got up to leave, our daughter noticed something crawling on the wall. Putting her flashliggt on it we saw that it was a palmetto bug...and a very large one at that. When we went to check out, i showed a picture of it to the lady at the front desk and she said "that looks like a cricket to me" i did all but take her up to the room to tell her it was not a cricket, but she kept insisting that was all it was

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there were issues with the rooms. The tv's in the first room were an issue, so we were moved. The second room didn't have hot water and the air wasn't cooling. The third room was better but there wasn't an anti slip mat for the tub and my guest nearly fell in the tub. Seeing that he is 6'3" and weighs near 300# that would have been a catastrophe. This is the first time we've been so inconvenienced and are going to likely look for other accommodations for our future trips. With all of this, we weren't even offered any kind of compensation/discount for our inconveniences.

Was only staying one night but location of the hotel was run down. Lady over the breakfast was not a nice person my grandson was waiting to get coffee and another gentleman decided to start another pot of coffee since all of the containers were empty then he moved on to get other food and the lady working there proceeded to berate my grandson about starting the coffee. We would not recommend this hotel.

Everything and everyone was ok except tge graveyard front desk clerk. I went down stairs to buy water and a snack. She wasnt at the desk i waited about 5-10 minutes saying hello is anyone back there and got no answer. Then finally a woman walked in tge door and said what u need. Im like huh she had a very nasty attitude like I did something to her. Sge need a lesson in customer service. Lajoya or latoya needs another job where she dont have to deal with people. Ither than that our stay was great.

The woman that check us in was so extremely polite and respectful. I would most definitely return. The staff cooking the breakfast food was so nice. I absolutely love they way they were always polite.

1. I found that the breakfast was hastily prepared with excessive watery eggs, overcooked sausage, bacon, old pastries, no juice, no serving utensils. Tongs are unacceptable utensils to serve eggs. Cooks unengaged with the guests and walking around or playing with their cell phone on duty. 2. There were guests who blocked parking spots cross ways taking up four parking spots each night that I was there. I came back to this location because of the exceptional experience that I experienced the first time I came to Pine Bluff a year or two earlier. What a difference a year makes!
