I booked this room last minute but the room had mold everywhere it’s smelt like mildew! The doors were rusted! The toilet wasn’t cleaned. Couch dirty,holes in the furniture! Only thing I did in the room was showered and got dress I couldn’t even stay the night! The hotel was quiet the ladies at the desk were nice!

The bed was the only thing I enjoyed sleeping in … the service and amenities was terrible … the manager was the check in clerk the maid the maintenance guy and so forth … didn’t take any considerations of people coming and going with their check ins and needs … had to get your own towels and fix your own beds etc etc etc … sad deal

They don’t change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I even had a worker tell us they do it every few days because they don’t have enough linens. Our sheets were dirty and when we took them down and asked for more, he said he didn’t have anymore and “You get free wi-fi, you get to stay, what more do you want ?” There was old coffee in our coffee pot. There was no smoke detector installed. The toilets had rings in them. Our shower didn’t drain properly. The couch was ripped and had stains. We had no towels, soap, or trash bags when we arrived. Over all disgusting and not safe.

Very awful⁶_ .coms discount then he wo,uld put me on the phone% coffee pot and air went out next room, had dirty unit as well with black mold and i washed the filter out because the never looked tike they had ever had a good waxhing. And on top of that the tv menu.

Filthy, bed bugs, nasty broken down couch in room, walked in room and immediately left due to filth. Other rooms loud music, smell of smoke billowing every where. Very unsafe environment and unclean space. I lost my money as room was non-refundable and unfortunately, I learned why! For this reason I will no longer use the specific third party vendor either

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The room was dirty from the start with a strong cigarette odor and no one ever came to clean the entire time I was there. My teeth didn’t work properly, and even after I complained and asked staff to come check it, they never showed up. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made the stay really disappointing. Save your money and go somewhere else you’ll be glad you did.
