I love that they have a shuttle to take visitors around to Southland Casino, Beale st. & Elvis home. I didnt like all the strands of hairs on the towels and sheets( my pet peeve).

The hotel is quiet and clean. The maintenance guy is very friendly. It have a semitruck parking. It incluse a free breakfast. And has option to buy dinner in her restaurant and bar. Has a casino close like 1 mile.

There was unwashed linens on the pullout bed with a dirty sock on top. The pool was closed "for inspection" which I feel should be noted prior to booking. They did not provide proper bedding for the pullout sofa as the cover was more like sandpaper.

Staff was friendly, room had a nice cozy vibe. Close to down town Memphis and Gracland. Pretty much a short drive from many attractions. Also, shuttle to Beale St. I would stay here again.

It was easily accessible to get to from the interstate.. close to the entertainment we visited. Seem very secure. Restaurant in hotel was nice, didn’t have to go try and find one.

The first room they assigned was dirty floor, walls. Second room was worse than the first. Grease on the wall, floor dirty. I asked for a broom and dustpan so I could sweep. I went and purchased my own cleaning supplies. Four days stay was not like my previous stays. I checked in on August 30. Every day there was an issue, keeping not cleaning the floor and blood on the mattress pad that wasn’t mine. There was an issue every day with house keeping. I don’t know if they need to be retrained or they don’t know the details of their job but it’s unacceptable. I will be disputing some of the charges with my credit card company.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. However, the room was disgusting. It was as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to put a towel on the floor to wipe our feet before getting in the bed because the floor was so gross. There was also hair in the sink and blood stains on the bed. I was traveling alone with kids and had been driving all day so I didn’t have the energy to request a room change once we had pulled all of our stuff out. The beds are also not very comfortable at all and since the hotel is located across the street from a casino, you hear people coming in and out of their rooms at all hours of the night.

Housekeeping needs to be retrained. I arrived August 30 the first room was walls floor. The second room was worse than the first and I have pictures. On the wall floor. Bathroom floor, dirty hair. I asked for a dustpan and a broom to sweep it myself, and I went out and got passed out and bleach to clean the rest of the hotel room. Housekeeping only washcloth and I had to ask for towels everyday. There was blood on the mattress cover. It took them two days to take it off. On my second day, housekeeping did not sweep the floor did not mop the floor. Worst experience at a hotel. I stayed there before and it was amazing but something is going on at that hotel and they need to fix it. I will be asking for a partial refund, and I have pictures of all the dirt in the bloodstain.

We have a wonderful stay at the west memphis radisson. The hotel is less than 10 minute drive from downtown Memphis and Beale Street. The room was clean and spacious with a desk chair, loveseat that doubles as a pull out bed and sittong bench. It was nice to have seating options over than just the bed also it was also very comfortable. The breakfast is above par for price point. The price is very fair for the location and amenities and i will definitely seek here out first upon visiting Memphis again!

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. But, The room still had dirt and dust in the corners and there was a straw on the floor by the bed. I also had an opened lotion bottle and 2 hair conditioners as toiletries. No shampoo or bodywah as my son had in his room which also had dust and dirt in the corners. The staff will not engage you except on reception when you speak to them first. I said good morning to a staff member at breakfast and a member of housekeeping, both totally blanked me after looking at me. I do not think I will stay here again if I find myself in Memphis. Also, the road noise is really loud, windows do nothing for soundproofing.

We came into town to run the St. Jude marathon the following morning. We were barged into our room in the middle of the building night. If it were not for us activating the door jam, we would have been walked in on while sleeping. A staff member used their master card to let an obnoxious guest believing her key card didn’t work for her room (our room). In the morning we were in a rush to get to the race, so we didn’t have time to discuss a refund. The hotel offered free snacks… I would not recommend staying here. It’s very underwhelming for the Raddison brand and sloppily run.

Check in took forever even though we had already paid through hotels.com. There were not enough towells. We had to step over trash in the hallway. Thermostat was not set right and we were hot all night even with ac on high. Breakfast staff was rude because i failed to spray the waffle maker.

Overall a clean, secure and staff friendly hotel. Downfall for us was, low water pressure (especially for the shower), kept smelling Marijuana smells, breakfast end at 9am, and apparently there's constant crime in the area especially at the gas station on the corner. 1 of the receptionists at the front desk informed us that crime tends to happen around local gas stations at night. They do take your safety seriously tho by having to use key card to enter even through the front door at night

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was surprisingly really good & well seasoned! It’s 15 min from downtown Memphis so it was more affordable, but still a quick and easy drive to the action and there’s a casino right across the street which they offer a shuttle for. However, we didn’t get a chance to visit the casino during our stay. I would stay here again for the next weekend getaway.

The hotel was a great stop for an overnight stay while traveling. It was right next to the highway, so easy on-easy off. The downside of that was the traffic noise--I would recommend asking for a room on the back side of the hotel if possible. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was nicely updated and clean.

Wonderful overnight stay as we were driving cross country. Super nice property without having to go into Memphis. Awesome staff and great little bar and restaurant in the lobby. Pool area was nice and rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

We did not have good experience. The QR code in the room took us to the website that clearly stated that the breakfast ends at 9:30. We were there at 9:05 snd they were taking everything back to the kitchen in front of us. I talked to the manager and she told me that tge site was outdated. She apologied but did nothing to help. The towels are small and hard to get body wash also in short supply. Location is rather convinient.
