It was better than average. The condition of the building needs work. Reasonably clean. Great parking and good location.

Small room; noisy A/C right next to bed; bathroom sink drained extremely slow (had to brush teeth in tub) and sink smelled badly; wanted to inform front desk as we left but no-one was around

The place was not handicap accessible as described. My mother who has MS had to walk up 2 flights of stairs due to elevator not working. this was not advised until we arrived and paid the $100 deposit. would not recommend it to those with wheelchairs or anyone with knees, back or walking issues.

Very nice room, lots of room. Clean bathroom. Only negative, booked because said had laundry facilities, we are traveling for a month, need to do laundry. They don’t have this, take this amenity off your website.

The place is not "bad", unsafe, or anything like that. But it certainly is not anything special. It's fine if you're only looking for a place to sleep at a good value. Has a nice pool but no hot tube. Bed's are bit bit stiff for my taste. Property could use some maintenance.

Whats unique about the property is the breakfast in the morning, great selection for an morning person. Also parking is simple and great 360 around the building.

It was good stay but their elevator didn’t work the whole stay!

Cold water in the morning and they said it was because too many people showering at once. Never had that happen at a hotel because they should have a water heater that can handle it. Also, no towel rack, missing light bulb, chair seat torn and many cosmetic flaws throughout the building. There was no exercise room despite that being on the info for the booking. Only upside was a very comprehensive offering for complimentary breakfast.

Looks good on the outside The first room we had had the door lock broken and the television was broken. Later we moved to a different room that was clean but the fire alarm was tampered with The bathroom fan was loud and the hallway The elevator was out of order the only ice machine was on the second floor The second floor had water damage walls and floors and smells really bad Smell of maharaja

The main area is run down and dirty, reeked of marijuana. The floors are sticky and dirty. The carpet in the hallways look like they haven't seen a vacuum never. The walls are dirty and beat up. The mattress is uncomfortable and can feel the springs on your back. There was residue in the sink and toilet. The shower floor was black and dingy. Noisy all night, people smoking weed although there are signs stating you can't. The list goes on and on. I will not recommend this hotel nor staying here again

Was terrible. Beds weren't comfortable. Bthroom was still dirty. Floors weren't vacuumed. Bed sheets were still dirty.

In very poor shape and need repairs. Some of the repairs look like a 5 year old did them. Bad smells, hard bed and look like the rooms get trashed regularly. I had to switch rooms which didn’t help and my check out was 11 AM the next day and I ended up leaving at 2 AM in the morning instead because the rooms were so terrible. I couldn’t even sleep..

The hotel is old and neglected. Unfriendly staff, they did not clean the room after the first night. I won't go back to that place.

Bedbugs found in bed I would like a Refund Manager had bad attitude

People were friendly. Housekeeping needs a little training. After two days and no new towels, etc. I asked the house keeper in the hallway a few doors down from our room for fresh towels. She pulled out her list and pointed to it saying your room not on list. I told her not to clean it just let me have new towels. She said no. That night got back to the hotel told the desk clerk about the incident and that I was pissed. He said he would get new towels, face towels and washrags and bring them to our room. Five minutes later he was there.

Check in was easy and the place was clean and I felt comfortable staying there.

It was not very clean and it was very run down.

The surfaces in the room had food on them. The coffee pot had coffee still in it from previous guest. There were no fresh cups The refrigerator was not clean The carpet had crumbs The sheets and towels were stained. The staff were kind and helpfull, But the cleanliness is very lacking.

Fairly clean room, walls needs patch repair and paint, shower head had green scales but functions well, hair along baseboards, itchy sheets.

This was once of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The second night I was there had an issue with a loud obnoxious couple staying in the room next to me. The walls are paper thin so you could hear everything. My phone in the room wasn't working. So, I had to go down and talk to the front desk, after I went back up to my room they called the couple and told me the guy in the room next to you complained you were being too loud. That's when things got worse. They couple started banging on my door. I called the front desk with my cell phone and he said he would come up. Then the couple started banging on the walls. Long story short I had to pack my bags at midnight and switch rooms. I wanted to go to another hotel, but the employee couldn't confirm I would get my money back since I payed for the hotel via Expedia. So I was forced to stay there. I stopped the next morning seeing about leaving, and they said they moved me to another room, which they had to because I was being threatened by the couple. And they they called the police and had the couple kicked out. That was all they were going to do for my inconvenience. Then today when I checked out I spoke with the rudest General Manager, who yelled at me and said if I had left the other night, he would have refunded my my money, but the clerk wouldn't say that to me when I asked. The GM said I stayed in the room and that they weren't going to do anything for my inconvenience. I was harassed the one night and then again.

The mattress in my room was really stiff. I have stayed at that location before and the mattresses were more comfortable.

The room was adequate. The television outdated- needs to allow streaming services. There was damage to the walls that was not fixed.

Bed is very uncomfortable.

Comfortable pillows and blackout curtains were highly effective. Plenty of toilet paper stocked. Smelled like smoke inside my room and weed outside the property. Close to several eateries at each corner of the intersection.

Check in was very easy, we didn't have any issues. The only concern was that the internet was spotty during our stay.

The price was fine. You could here everyone around you. Walls and ceiling didn't seem to be insulated. Probably won't go to a Quality inn again.

Small rooms.

The room itself had many problems that should have been addressed before it was rented. The toilet ran constantly, wasting tons of water & making noise. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise. The temperature regulator on the A/C unit worked but the fan was very loud unceasingly, probably due to dirt in the unit. Finally the TV was very difficult to use. Hard to turn on, difficult to select channels, & once it was on I couldn't turn it off! I actually played it with the sound off all night & when I vacated the room it was still on.

The location was convenient for me, but the room dark and disappointing. New carpet and good bed and linens, but shabby bathroom and furniture, rusty sink. Provided breakfast basically fast food. But quiet, and Sunshine at the desk was very nice.

Took more than 1 hour to the front desk guy to find my reservation. He was trying to charge me for another room. I have to call twice to the orbitz customer service to get it resolved. Then finally he gave a room that was not ready. It was like an storage room. This was late at night and we waste a lot of time when we were really tired.

After checking in and getting into my room, the ac was not working well in. I decided to take a shower and give it some time to cool off, as I’m getting in my door opened. They gave another guest my room as well. I yelled and he quickly closed the door. But dang! I had just checked in and they gave out a key to my room! Could have been really bad situation. The room never cooled off. I talked to the maintenance and they just said give it time. I was trying to escape the heat but it did not work. I ended up just going home.

Prepaid for hotel room with Expedia points and cash 8-9 months ago. Go to check in and they say they don’t have my reservation. Expedia had reservation and so did hotel. Would not let me check in even reservation was found. Lost money and room and slept in car because I was on a tight budget. The one desk person was more interested in yelling at kids and looking at cell phone and didn’t help at all…

I wasn’t able to check in because the front desk lady wasn’t been nice at all and had some nasty attitude in her tone.

Horrible experience!! Horrible rude staff!! Called them wanting to find out why my security deposit was never refunded. A few times. Every time they would say it takes a few days for it to be refunded, but everything seems fine. No problem they said. When days went by and still no refund, I called again only to be yelled almost by some guy, claiming I left the room dirty!!! I slept there one night, showered and left. I barely even touched anything in the room!! Avoid staying there if you can!! Unless you wanna pay $100 for using a towel after you shower!! I guess that’s what they mean when they say you left the room dirty!!

I loved it all. By far the nicest hotel i have stayed at in the area..and the gal at the front desk helped me get into my room with great friendliness and helpfulness..i will stay there again

Staff was very laid back and didn't greet myself or the guest behind me at check in. I ran out of cups for our room went downstairs and the had none accept for 2 dirty cups on the top of a water machine. The beverage machine did not have my first 6 selections. But despite these small issues the room was very comfortable and clean. I would return for another stay.

1st I want to compliment the housekeeping staff who were cordial, helpful, and good at their jobs. By contrast the reception desk staff attitude was generally lax and disinterested. Info from them was inaccurate, and In fact they were responsible for 'accidentally' charging an EXTRA deposit fee on our bill which they refused to immediately refund! Instead requiring us to wait 7 - 10 business days. Totally unacceptable. Black marks for them, and would rather sleep on a bus bench than stay here again!

When we were checking in, the system had crashed. Couldn’t check in for over 45 minutes. Then when we got into our room, there was dirty rags left in the bathroom; They gave a man the same room key so someone was trying to get into the same room we just got. Luckily we locked the door.

Front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming during both check in and check out. Neither said hello or acknowledge anyone waiting to check in.

Good location for Airport travel. Very comfortable with microwave. Bed nice, but pillows small and stiff. Shower was nice with good hot water.

It was a nice and quiet hotel with quite a few restaurants within walking distance. The A/C worked great for the 112 degree Phoenix weather.

Nice convenient hotel to my class - front desk clerk was very professional and nice. the room was very small but adequate for one person with a fridge and microwave as well!

Right near the freeway.

Hard to get in and out of ….access difficult. Very pleasant and helpful staff….little run down. Beds comfortable and good sized room. Close to lots of restaurants.

It is not right off I 10, it's a few blocks down but the staff were extremely nice & helpful, so that made up for it

I think it’s ridiculous that a guest cannot bring their breakfast upstairs to their room. What could possibly be the reasoning for this? I was told there are signs all over the dining room. I snuck my food up anyway! I hate being treated like a child in any hotel I’m staying at

Small room but well laid out to maximize space - nice padded bench above AC. Breakfast food ran out before time was up.

Stayed for one night. Really basic and pretty dated. Clean enough, but not amazing. The breakfast was bare bones. If you are thirsty for something other than coffee (including water) bring our own.

Decent property. A bit dated and worn, but clean. Buffet breakfast was lower end, but acceptable. Best price in the area. Would stay here again.
