The exercise room is closed, as is access to computer. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never stopped in. We took out our own trash and had to chase down new towels. Room fridge was broken. Will not stay again

They advertise Free breakfast when all they offer is Coffee. I had to kill several roaches in the room and had to spray an insecticide. The side entrance doors are never locked. And the rates have gone up over $25 in last week.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Very discusting! Floors kept creeking when you walked on them like you were going to fall through in spots. Spilled nail polish on the floor in the room. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Mold in the corners of the bathtub and bottom of the shower curtains. The drain plug to the bathtub thrown on the floor behind the toilet. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door looked like holes had been patches and then only the patches painted with a darker black than the rest of the door. Also looked like salsa or somekind of food spattered on the doors. Cracks in the floor tiles. Big stains of somekind in the sheets. Dresser drawers that would not stay closed. The handicap handle in the bathtub/shower came off the wall in my sons room next to us. When we booked the hotel, it showed free breakfast. No breakfast at all, only free coffee. The pictures they show of the hotel must be from when the hotel was first built a long time ago. Furniture doesn't match the pictures online. Pool closed by the Department of Health because the gate doesn't close properly. Most of the screen doors on the first floor were off the rollers and just leaning up against the sliding glass doors.

None of the doors with exception of probably the main entrance door locks, all other doors at four different exits were all missing locks on the doors. No breakfast just coffee!

The price for pets was not $10 a night, it was $25 a night. They no longer have an exercise room. The television did not work properly. The ceiling fan couldn't be turned off or adjusted. The swimming pool was great. Very clean pool. The vinyl in the hallways was in very poor shape. They only had room service on Tuesday and Friday. There were some very nice restaurants near the hotel. The sliding door to the outside did not seal well. The hotel was not secure as the outside doors were not locked at all. They appear to be operating with limited employees.

It was a place to put our heads down. It is in dire need of an overhaul. The exit door doesn’t lock when you leave. The pool was green and full of trash. There is NO GYM which was the reason I booked this hotel. The bathroom sink was disgusting. The metal bar in the tub fell off. Not enough outlets for anything. The woman who checked us in was friendly. The breakfast is a brown bag of muffins, water and yogurt.

I was completely shocked by the $150 deposit that was required. This wasn't what I thought it would be, fairly decent, Motel 6 wouldve been better. I think I spent too much for this place. Looks renovated and the floors creaked as we walked. Decent bathrooms, pool was dirty and closed, and they were having problems with the key card maker. I wouldnt stay here unless you really need a place to stay the night. I dont recommend this place though.

Property is run down and needs maintenance. Doors leading to outside are never kept closed and locked. Ice machine does not work (only one on site). Soda machine does not work (only one on site). Pool is locked and closed. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for the price.

The lady at check in was very pleasant, and the building on the outside looked nice, but once inside the age and deferred maintenance of the property started to show. The counter in the lobby was faded and worn. the flooring in the hall way was peeling up. The outside door to the parking lot was to be operated with the room key card, but the handle on the door was broken and door was always ajar. Once inside, the toilet was extremely low making it difficult to sit down or get up. The refrigerator had not been defrosted and had ice built up in the lower refer portion. The heater/cooler, although it worked, was filthy. It had also had never been cleaned and I hated to have to touch it to turn it on. Finally, the room had patio doors that opened to the outside, but the lock on it did not work and they had a bar in the track to keep it closed. And lets not forget that the listing says free breakfast which consists of a bottle of water, coffee, a muffin, and a yogurt. The property could be a great place to stay if the owners would do a complete overhaul of the interior.

Booked for 3 days and checked out 5 minutes after I came in the room. The walk to the room was not pretty either. Bad floor that looked like they were flooded before . Missing tiles etc… Walk into the room and saw mattress with yellow stained everywhere. Bed sheets not properly cleaned Walls and bathroom floor not clean properly either. Still waiting for my refund

Poor treatment from the staff. For a while now, they've been telling you that checkout is at 11 a.m., and starting at 10:15 a.m., they're already knocking on your door. If you leave five minutes after 11:30 a.m., they want to charge you $25. The condition of the place is deplorable. Damaged furniture, dirty curtains, a hallway floor literally falling apart, the vending machines with hot drinks, stained towels, among other things.

The Pictures and reviews differed from Our experience. We Booked a King Suite and it listed Free WIFI, Free Breakfast. There are NO Closets and No where to hang any clothes. The Bed Spread had stains all over it and did not looked washed. Went to ask for a replacement or a Blanket and was told Sorry there was Not. Was Offered another Room, But Not a suite if you can call it that, It was smaller but had 2 queen beds but a smaller room. Had no Hair Dryer so took the one from the King Suite, It failed (Suggest you bring your Own) The TV did Not work, Said to call the front Desk but there are No Phones in the Rooms, You either call from Your Cell Phone or walk to the Front Desk. The Live in Handyman came to check the TV and was able to fix the TV after going to another Room to swap out the Direct TV Box and rebooting it to our room, about 30-40 mins. The Free Breakfast? The Listing said Free Breakfast. Here is the Details that were Not listed, Only offered until 9 AM, On my receipt after check in then showed "Light Breakfast" what was offered as the "Light Breakfast" was Described as a Bag Breakfast and Yes Light to include a bottle of water 16 oz., A twin muffin pack 3.75 oz. and a ACTIVIA Yogurt 4 oz. with a plastic spoon. There was offered a carafe of Hot Water and another carafe of med. roast Hot Coffee with cups and cream and sugar and Tea Bags There was a Juice machine but had a sign saying "Out of Order" Overall - Pick somewhere Else to Stay

Bad all around. My reservation wasn't right but they fixed it. The flooring throughout the whole hotel was horrible. There were chips and cracked board's in the main walkways and you can hear the floor cracking as you walked. The room wasn't better, bad batteries in the remote, rusty fixtures in the bathroom and floors needed to be swept. The price for a room should not be at what they listed. Expedia won't let me load the photos I took, stay somewhere else

The hotel stay was very underwhelming. It stated on the site that we would have 2 Queen size beds, but they were actually 2 full size beds. When I advised the front desk clerk she stated that's what they consider Queen size. The beds were not secure and kept rolling. My wife went to lie on the bed and it rolled and she fell off the bed and hit her head. It also stated there would be breakfast included. That was also false.. It was just bad

There were stains on the bed sheets. The room was relatively clean, just not maintained. cracks in the floors. TV remote didn't work well. If you're just looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower, this place will work. If you want luxury, you'll have to spend a few extra bucks in the surrounding area.

The vinyl plank flooring in the rooms and hall crackled when you walked and felt sticky. We can't change inconsiderate people but the doors BANGED when shut into the early morning hours. Surely there is a way for the motel to prevent doors from banging. The inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hall sounded like they were right in the room with us.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is what it looks like when the “ manager “ bursts in the room at 11:03 to declare you are now being charged the late checkout fine of $25 for not having vacated the room by 11 00. “ breakfast” is a packaged muffin packaged yoghurt and a bottle of water together with juice and a coffee at the station in the foyer. Filth and bugs absolutely everywhere pool disgusting . Can only recommend: DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

I intended on staying for 5 nights. this property is in terrible condition. I arrived at midnight, was awakened hourly throughout the first night by arguments in the hallways. I requested a refund the next morning and was refused. The woman managing the front desk laughed, said refunds aren't given, and refused even to check me out of my room. I called the police who arrived and stated the place is a known drug and prostitution property.

The greeting was not friendly or welcoming. Person at desk seemed bothered-tried to give me a different room. I specifically chose a room with two beds she tried to Change it to a one king size bed..had to show her my reservation! Breakfast wasn't available, desk person was to physically hand us whay ever breakfast items were suppose to be available, so just got coffee. Was charged twice for room, i hope one of those charges drops as the desk lady said.. Overall not a very good experience.

Hazel at the front desk was very rude. I was traveling with my husband and two daughters which is a total of four people. I received an attitude when I requested 4 towels. Hazel refused to inspect my room at check out so I can get my deposit back but she inspected another guest room. Hazel told me that the housekeeper had to approve me getting my deposit back. I have a full video with audio of her behavior. Hazel also had an attitude when she handed me muffin and water for breakfast. Last the housekeeper act like she didn’t speak or understand English.

I found this Super 8 motel by Wyndham to be an average motel thar does the job if you are in need of an inexpensive place to stop and rest up for the night. The motel itself is run down and in need of some tender love and care. The pool is nothing spectacular but is serviceable. The staff were very pleasant and professional.

The staff was rude. He said he is a motorcyclist and does not like his job. He asked me why I live in that city (the city I live) with an attitude. He was super slow and did not know. There was no breakfast even though it said they had breakfast.

The wifi did not work. The place wasn’t very clean. The breakfast consisted of a yogurt with a packaged muffin a bottle of water and the staff wasn’t very available. While the place was cheap, it still wasn’t worth the money.
