Overall this was a good experience. The staff was amazing and the place was clean. The coffee/breakfast are was only open 2.5 hours in the morning and needs to be open earlier and longer. The pool was freezing and not enough lounge chairs.

Very nice hotel, check in was relatively smooth, room was nice, clean and comfortable. Not used to having to ask for room to be cleaned, new concept I suppose, also, having to ask at reception for coffee for the room..weird! And…what’s up with having to pay for parking? Come on…many other places with comp breakfast and free parking! It was a nice property, but I will find another place to stay next time!

Very friendly staff and helpful at check-in, room and grounds were clean, bed was comfy. We were only disappointed that the outside whirlpool/hot tub was not working (water was cold) as we would have enjoyed relaxing there at the end of the day.

Extra costs were an issue. You had to pay for the breakfast options and parking. The costs were expensive. Room service only on request and they did only what you asked them to do. Otherwise, everything was OK.

It was a nice hotel and a nice, clean, comfortable room. The only thing that would prevent me from staying there again is no complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it. I also couldn’t find water to use for drinking or for the little coffee maker in the room. I also docked a few stars because you have to pay to park in their own parking lot, which is over the top in my opinion. Hotel staff is friendly.

Nice hotel. Gorgeous courtyard. Close to freeway, restaurants, and all other kinds of stores. Even let us check in early. But.... Very few lounge chairs around the pool and several of those were broken. They only service your room when asked. We asked, they forgot. Seating in courtyard needed cleaning/recovering.

Hotel advertised a heated pool. Water was very chilly. I went to the front desk to inquire what temperature do they heat the pool. Front desk contacted maintenance person who said 80 degrees. There was no way the pool was 80 degrees. We stayed 10 days during our stay there was no change in temperature. It was very chilly and could not utilize the pool for most of our stay.

It was weird. !st room had a terrible cleaning fluid smell, so they got me another room and it was better. Recommend you not get a room facing parking lot. Idiots with extremely loud motorcycles revving at 4 am Saturday night for 20 minutes. Thankfully, they were gone by Sunday night. The canteen was only open between 7-10am and only served breakfast sandwiches and cereal all at ridiculously high prices $10-$14. Can't even get a Coke after that time! For same price you can get a hot breakfast at Bisbee Breakfast Club about 50 feet from hotel, which was very good.

Parking is $5/night. The room wasn't really clean–I had to request it be vacuumed again because there was visible food on it. There was a lot of hair all around the room and on the towels, and the fridge was dirty. The staff was nice and friendly, and this is a convenient location.

When i arrived in my room there was a used soap sitting on my bathroom sink. No new bars of soap was left. Also no instructions were left about obtaining towels when they didn’t service my room because of my dog. Also there were two different pee marks on the wall of the bathrooms. Like someone peed on the wall and no one wiped it off the wall. Discussing!

Had to disinfect the room, as it looked and felt dirty. Dirty fingerprints on the light switches. A long strand of hair stuck to shower wall. Nob to control temperature was missing and froze our beverages. Red stain on carpet near front of room. Curtains would not slide all the way open and sliding glass door to balcony was grossly dirty.

The location is very good, near freeway, lots of restaurants and stores around the area. My only complaint is, the shower is very dirty. It needs a lot of attention. If I could only post pictures here, I would to show how dirty it is. One of the pillowcases was stained.

The front staff and coffee/bar staff were amazing. The room smelled horrible. Like Vegas old smoking room. The front staff gave me air freshener . I cleaned the AC vents, which were disgusting, sprayed freshener but still smell lingered. Shower was dirty with pink colored slime all around eyes and walls. Trash cans were left by my door from start to finish. This facility needs to up its game in cleaning staff 💯

I have stayed here before and it’s been fine. This time around, the room was disgusting and I was charged for parking. Sorry but you’re not a resort and your parking is around restaurants and Sam’s club. There’s enough parking, don’t see a reason for this. The shower was so gross, dirt and nasty things on the wall and honestly all the walls in the room needed a wipe down. Just shows carelessness for your property. I don’t see how this ever was a diamond property with AAA like ever. Will not stay again.

Have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time around everything was fine except for the "filthy" shower. Floor of shower was dirty, glass was dirty and long black hair everywhere...disgusting!! if I had not unpacked all my luggage and was not exhausted, would have asked for room change.

The property was clean and a good location for us. It was baseball season so there were a TON of people at the hotel and our room was switched from 2 Queen beds to a Queen and sleeper sofa. They were kind enough to discount the room rate as a result. All the front desk staff were very helpful. The A/C was loud and the bathroom fan was also loud - I noted that for them at checkout so they can fix. The pool was nice and food was closeby.

We had a great week here. After the slow check-in, everything else was good. The front desk person, LaToya, was very helpful and friendly. This is an old hotel, but clean and quiet. They always had ice water on hand. it was close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again

I've stayed here before and really liked it, so I stayed again. It was fine, but my room was NEVER cleaned! I stayed from Wed to Sat am, and was told that they only cleaned the rooms every 3 days! Had to ask for toilet paper! They also had left dirty laundry in a large hamper in front of the elevator. No vacuuming of the rug, either. What the heck?????

This is a very nice hotel that seems new and up-to-date. I have no problems with its physical accommodations. I do have a problem that I felt nickel and dimed. When we checked in, I was charged a fee to park my car. The desk clerk apologized for it. I noticed when someone else complained about the parking fee in a review, the hotel responded that parking fees are an industry standard. I disagree. I have never paid a parking fee unless I was staying in an urban setting where parking is at a premium. I don't ever remember paying for parking at a hotel in a suburban setting. We also missed a complimentary breakfast. Some of the other locations of this brand have complimentary breakfast and this one reportedly did so in the past. I couldn't figure out if there was one. The breakfast room is set up like most places that have complimentary breakfast and the menu follows those places; there is just a charge for every item. To summarize, these charges where just an annoyance that were not apparent when the reservation was made.
