I understand this is an extended stay place, but I have stayed at other places that have extended stay that at least have a coffee machine in the room with coffee or tea. If you want any amenities this is not the place for you. Unless you want to do laundry they do have a laundromat. We got in kinda late I wanted a cup of tea saw there was no coffee machine in the room, went downstairs to lobby to see if there was a coffee area there wasn’t. I asked the person at the desk if they had coffee or tea she said no. I asked for a tea bag she said nope you’ll have to wait for all that until the morning. I also brought my dog and asked for a top floor she said nope, dogs couldn’t go on the top floor. They do offer breakfast, but it’s not a real breakfast it’s coffee, a very small muffin, an orange, or small yogurt. No eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, pancakes etc…. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this place again.

Staff is so nice! They go above and beyond! I went to get ice and the machine was going really slow. I mentioned it to the front desk and went back to my room. Few minutes later I got a call that the machine was working and I could get ice!

This is a newer well kept hotel with only necessary amenities. There was a basic daily continental breakfast starting at 6am which was great, Good coffee, some whole fruit, fig bars, small yogurt and nothing more. Service was good but only as needed since maid service is provided once weekly. You can exchNge towels and get TP at tge front desk. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants, shops and the freeway. The area is newer, safe and quiet for the most part depending on room location.

This location was so much better than the Phoenix-Mesa location we stayed at previously. Clean, more inviting, inside and out. A place to park while checking in and plenty of parking. An inviting front desk and friendly person behind the desk.

I was put in a dog room because I had a service dog (a real one) and it smelled like urine, then I pulled the covers down and there was a dead bug and then black dog fur.my dogs red. I requested a new room front desk kept telling me I had a "per" I reiterated the difference of a service dog. Next room was fine.

We arrived to our room, the toilet was dirty, no towels, or extra linen in the room for the pull out bed. Under the bed was empty beer can and we were only given one key for the room.

The staff was never available. We had to call the front desk for the dishes which was weird and we never got them because no one ever answered and no one was at the desk until the day we checked out. As we were leaving with our heavy bags the housekeepers came up the elevator. They came out and let the door close so we had to wait for another elevator. There were stains in the shower and the plastic behind the stove was melted. There was something spilled down the wall in the main room and it wasn’t wiped and there was something crusty in the elevator that was there the whole time we were. The grab an go breakfast is a joke.

Bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean, hallways are old and outdated. Breakfast could be better given what some other hotels offer for breakfast - grab and go boiled eggs, coffee, oatmeal packets and packaged muffin/granola bars. Rooms don’t come with any dishes, hair dryer, paper towels, all need to be ordered with front desk and then need to go to desk to pick the up which is inconvenient. We didn’t use the kitchen provided.

The hotel appeared very clean as was our room. We stayed in a King bed with a sofa sleeper which was the only real down side. I tried sleeping on it the first night and and it was terrible. Could not find a comfortable area on it. The full size refrigerator/freezer was in perfect woking order and froze some water bottles easily overnight. We will be keeping this place in mind for future trips to PHX.

I was disappointed that my room did not come equipped with a blow dryer and that I had to ask for the kitchen supplies rather than having them provided in advance. The grab and go breakfast was disappointing as well

I was pleasantly surprised by the room I booked. It had a full kitchenette, bathroom/shower was upgraded. CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Mexican food place nearby. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire staff at this particular extended stay is always extremely kind & very friendly during my stay! I frequently stay at the West Chandler location & both me & My Service Dog are always welcomed with a smile & friendly conversation! There are a couple locations that would be more convenient as far as closer to my work etc. but I prefer staying at this location because they make me very comfortable & I appreciate that! Their hospitality is excellent!!!!! 😀

Warning to late check in’s: this company sweeps your reservation as a no show after midnight even if you’ve paid for the room. Our kind desk person did his best but it took over 30 minutes at a very tired 3:30 in the morning after driving all night to get our room back and get a key.

Best one we have stayed at yet. Modern and in a good area. Loud - seemed like people were running up and down the hall all evening. Also, check in could be better. There was a line of three people and two girls at the desk. One was just confirming reservations for people and she could have helped reduce the customer wait time.

Showed up and there was a line of 3 people checking in at 9pm. Took 20 minutes to get checked in, took longer than necessary because every adult staying in a room had to show ID, asked a bunch of questions, and sign additional paperwork about pets even if they didn’t have any. Never have I been interviewed and signed a bunch of paperwork for 1 night and I stay in hotels about 40 nights a year for over 20 years. Room was clean, contained a full fridge, electric stove top and microwave, open closet area with shoe rack, great for the long term visitor. Breakfast left much to be desired. There were what seemed 4 youth athletic teams staying in the hotel the same time and no one to assist with restocking the grab and go breakfast items or make fresh coffee. So when the front desk lady came around with minimal “restock” it was grabbed quickly and then out again for another 15 minutes. For $200+ for the night it would have been nice to at least get a free coffee and granola bar in the morning.

Location was close to the 101, so it was easy to get around. Cute stores and restaurants close by including Chandler Fashion Square Mall. Rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Employees were very polite and friendly. Area outside to visit was just o.k. but it worked for us.

Great room. My only complaint was for the price I paid (Over $200 for 1 night) the breakfast included was pitiful. I was expecting more but really all there was was oranges, 2 pack of cold hard boiled eggs, coffee and individually wrapped snack packs. Terrible breakfast. You can't get full on that. I still had to go get breakfast somewhere else after I left. Should not state that breakfast is included on the features. Should say snacks included.

Very clean rooms, fast checkin. Only issue was breakfast shouldn’t promote free breakfast literally just had coffee and muffins that was disappointing. Had an event early morning and we had no time to go stop anywhere for breakfast was counting on hotels.

We flew in to visit family nearby. It was a decent place to sleep. Breakfast was coffee/cocoa plus instant oatmeal/granola bars and tangerines. We did not avail of the kitchen amenities.
