Cambria Hotel Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center

Great location in close proximity to restaurants, shops and freeways. Nice, modern and clean feel. Pool access and pool table were a nice perk.

Ice machine was across from our room and it was super loud. Also housekeeping was also loud early in the morning.

Comfortable and convenient. Pool was nice with a bar. Good restaurants next door and within walking distance. Great value

Great new hotel located opposite the Chandler Fashion Centre. Really comfy beds and nice pool with sun beds, cabanas and clean facilities. Just remember to ask for housekeeping or they won’t clean your room.

Everything was very very good. PROS: The staff especially were so helpful, professional, friendly and empathetic. Coudos to Jacob and Jason at the FD. They helped us out with a situation and we are grateful.The hotel itself is extremely clean and clean-smelling. Not like cleaning solution smells - just clean and nice fresh smelling.The pool area was very nice. Large pool, umbrellas and loungers, cabanas, and the area was clean. The pool after 4 days could have used a vacuum from the tree droppings but it wasn't bad. The room was also clean and fresh smelling. Nice amenities. CONS: Only a few things I would mention so that housekeeping staff can be notified. The floors in the room were actually pretty dirty. After walking around in bare feet for a day our feet were pretty "black". And in the early mornings they were pretty loud in the halls/rooms around us. Banging doors every few minutes, talking loudly, walking loudly (heavy footsteps) in the room above us. We were in Chandler for medical visits but didn't have to be up real early, so the continuous noise was a little frustrating. Also, the elevator doors closed extremely fast every time. I bruised my arm attempting to catch it while it closed on my scooter. That said, Jason the FD manager contacted the elevator company to have the doors regulated better. He also comped us 1 night stay for the inconvenience. Thanks Jason! Fabulous hotel all in all.

Stayed on 4th floor ice machine didn’t work, phone in the room didn’t work, entry door double lock didn’t lock, the water had emergency turnoff throughout the building. Would I stay there again not so sure!

The rooms were clean and quiet. The bar was great while it was open, they did close a little early for us. The fitness center was great and the pool felt awesome although it could have been cleaned up a bit and the cabana cushions were all stained so we didn’t want to use those. The area around the hotel had so many amazing options for shopping and dining. We never had a hard time finding a parking spot. I would stay here every time I visit the area.

There are no fees for parking. The suite was a very nice size. Modern decor and great options at the lobby restaurant.

Hotel is like new, very nice rooms and accommodations! All staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless, nice gym and pool. Jeff, the bartender, was so nice!

The rooms floors were so dirty, I had black all over my feet. The bed was high and firm and had a lip, so uncomfortable and hard to get in as i am short. It is a great location, but i will not return. I did complain about the floor when i left.

This is a nice hotel in a cool area - you can walk to restaurants and there is an onsite restaurant and bar. My only issues were that the room was dirty, they clearly did not ever clean the floors - the floors were sticky and my feet were black walking around the room for a few minutes. Also, the A/C was inconsistent and noisy. The staff were super nice and I enjoyed my stay.

Property was kept but room was dirty had to changed bedding also shower had hair and dirt in it.

Liked that it had easy parking, friendly staff and near a mall and a great Italian restaurant. Though the room looked clean, the floor needed to be mopped. After our request for mopping, it was much better. We would stay here again

Surrounding property has major shopping and restaurants but the rooms themselves are not cleaned regularly. Shower appeared yo have been used to wash a large dog and there was body fluids on the ceiling.

Room was on 4th floor, overlooking the pool and the outside noise was fine (excepting thunder/lightning storms). However, we had several nights during our week long stay that the room above on the 5th floor was quite noisy late at night with a possible party going on at 12 am-1am. We had several issues with the room - the sheet on one of the beds was literally threadbare and ready to be thrown away - not sure why it was placed on the bed. Part way through the week, the shower drain started backing up, and the water pressure also dropped, and some of the lighting near the night did not work. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. Breakfast was very good, but was made to order and was not included. The room did not have drawers to put your clothes in, which was inconvenient, and meant living out of your suitcase. The beds were very comfortable. The location next to lots of restaurants, and a shopping area was great, and had good access to freeways, for getting to downtown.

The rooms are perpetually dark and the walls are paper thin. The designers were obviously inspired by Ikea and didn't even try to make the room welcoming or comfortable. Example: there is only one place to sit and watch tv without getting a cramp in your neck. The facilities are new but are already slowing wear. All that being said, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is also excellent with lots of dining options.

The only issue we had was with the design of the bathroom, as it provided little to no privacy. The glass slider should be replaced with a wooden sound-insulated door.

Property is great. Clean room, close to shopping. WiFi is TERRIBLE!!! Don’t plan on streaming or connecting to VPN.

The bed was terrible

You can hear everything happening in the hallways. Our room was next to the ice machine so we just heard the endless use of the ice machine all day and all night. Might be better if the ice machine was behind a closed door. The hotel room we were in was nice, but it needs some maintenance done. Shower and sink drains need to be unclogged or something because they were draining extremely slow. The brightness on the television screen was very dark and hard to see what we were trying to watch. There was no way to fix the brightness, we had turn off all the lights and close the shades to see anything on the screen. We enjoyed the abundance of parking in front of the hotel. It’s conveniently located near tons of restaurants and shopping.

Very responsive staff, very friendly. They dealt quickly with the very few issues I had.

Night staff was amazing !!!! Tony, the bartender is such an amazing individual. The front desk clerks were so helpful ! I definitely would recommend this place !!

Upon check in I was asked if I would like housekeeping and I said yes, the following morning upon leaving I again informed staff that I would like housekeeping only to never receive housekeeping services. I went downstairs to the front desk to request towels and was told it would take 15 minutes. When the towels finally arrived there was only one wash cloth for three seta of towels. That night my keycard stopped working and when I was told that maintenance would come it was only housekeeping with a master key.

Shoutout to Candice who made my check in a breeze. She worked hard to let me check in a little early and I was able to do so. Everything about the hotel was immaculate. Also, shoutout to Tiffany for the excellent housekeeping service! LOVE this property! I would rate it 100 stars if I could! :)

From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out we were absolutely impressed with this hotel. We traveled unexpectedly, twice to Chandler, AZ and this stay brought so many smiles and made our visit so comfortable. The service is spectacular, the layout is spot on, and the amenities are wonderful. My husband and I would highly recommend staying here. It’s perfect for all ages and offers many conveniences. It’s very clean and there are so many fun places to eat, explore and shop. It’s near the freeway and a short drive to the airport. Lots of shopping available and fun things to do. Whether your stay is short or lengthy we would definitely encourage you, our family and friends to stay here! Thank you Cambria for another wonderful stay, we’ll miss you!

I had the worst night in the hotel. The room next door was extremely loud and we couldn’t sleep. I called the help desk like 5 times and they wouldn’t answer. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night and tell them that the people next to me were very loud. The guy did went and told the room to be quiet but obviously they didn’t care. They never came back to check if they kept being loud. There were approximately 6 adults in that room and two kids. As employees once there is a report, they should keep checking if they stopped. Also, they should be answering the phone calls from the customers.

It was a very good stay. Everything was great. The service at the front desk was great and very friendly.

Nice property, but it is very loud on the Frye Road side of the hotel due to constant traffic. It is very close to some fabulous restaurant options, shopping,right off of the freeway, and just a short drive to the airport.

Parking was open and free, big parking lot. Check in was super easy. The room was nice and comfy, as well as the bed. Bathroom was clean. My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night. The TV was nicely angled so we could watch the game while getting ready. & it’s a very convenient location if you want to walk somewhere to eat and shop

First, great staff! Everyone is friendly. Second walkable restaurant's and shopping. And you are in a great location to get to anywhere in the greater Phoenix area.

The hotel was clean and nice. The room was spacious and the location was perfect for me. Right across the street from Chandler Fashion Center and lots of dining nearby.

Great stay at this hotel. Location is absolutely perfect. The hotel lobby, bar and pool and a plus! Only complaint was the shower could use some renovations. Will def stay again.

Check in, check out, the pool, room.. it was all great. The FOOD was a big no. Service was terrible and then food wasnt good either. We ordered. They tried to upcharge a side and I had to show her it said 2 sides. Qe had 3 missing items that had to be cooked/made seperate. I asked for ketchup and the waitress went back to cleaning righr after i asked. HOWEVER they ended up comping the meal and were apoligetic. All in all the hotel was a ok.
