ice machine out of order. Mgt could have bought ice, put in their cooler (I didn't have a cooler with me) w/sign on machine, if you need ice come to the front desk... Could have been simple enough. I had a foot injury needing icing so very inconvenient for me. I asked if they could get me an ice pack.. for me to purchase it would not have been cold! No help, no solution. Also never could get tv fixed to add my netflix code. Spring break with my granson.. so very disappointing.

Our room was on the third floor but no elevator. Had to make five trips up and down before the front desk rep came up to get us a key card that worked. Room was very comfortable though it was difficult figuring out the tv and no clear instructions of how to use. Ran out of waffle batter at breakfast and we were almost done before more came.

Was bitten by bed bugs on left lower leg and from my neck down my left shoulder. Changed rooms where AC didn't work, toilet made a high pitched shriek flushing & filling, bathtub was dirty & sounded like elephant dancing above my ceiling. Remote didn't work to turn on or off TV or adjust the volume. Requested manager call me at check out but received no call. Will contact corporate to file a complaint.

Check in was super easy and the lady who checked us in was very nice. The room was ok. Beds were super comfortable. The only issue I had was the Cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower I’m not sure was just old or just dirty. And the toilet was pretty gross. I would normally give this hotel a 2 just for that bc that’s super important but the customer service was great. Breakfast was ok, it was great just to get a cup of coffee and some toast.

Customer service is off the charts great. Everyone is nice and friendly and greets you almost all the time. The place is clean and breakfast isn’t too shabby. They can upgrade their plug-ins Inside the rooms so that we can plug in iPhones iPads and any other device. Wi-Fi is not that great with disconnect issues and even just connection issues. Out of a possible 10 I give this place an 8. Again, Service is off the charts great

Clean updated room, nice check-in staff, complimentary breakfast in the morning. The only beef I had was that all the doors close heavily, so it sounds like a door slam every time some nearby guest closes their door (I'm a light sleeper so that sucked). Other than that, a fine hotel stay for the price.

Nothing earth-shattering but a decent value. Staff are courteous and friendly, even when things beyond their control make life difficult for guests (looking at you, whoever their ISP may be). If you need to stop in Holbrook this place will work out fine.

We got there at night so not sure about the area. Room was very small but doable. We had issues with the hotel charging us for something we did not believe we did. We arrived at night and got up early and left. I called them 4 times to speak to a manager and she would never call me back. very disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! There is only stairs in the hotel. Receptionist watched me load their trolley and wheel it 9 feet across the lobby to learn there was no elevator. I asked receptionist why she let me load the trolley knowing I could not use it. She snarked a reply at me. My room AC was not on. It was 112F outside and 110F inside the room. Turned the AC on full blast for 5 hours and only got the room down to 89F. I called downstairs to see if all the rooms were the same, or if it was just mine. They sent up maintenance. The man who came was the only good part of the entire stay. He was friendly and made jokes and admitted the room was hotter than hell. He ended up brining me his personal box fan to use over night. I had a “suite” The fridge wasn’t cold. The TV was small and across the room , so you would have to sit on the dirty couch to use it. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. Oh, and my room was next to the in-hallway washing machine and drier which people used the entire night long washing what could have only been a soccer teams worth of shoes.

The staff at this location was amazing. I had a toilet that was not flushing properly, the staff immediately responded and it was fixed within minutes. The front check in employees were friendly and professional. It was welcoming and safe.

WiFi and TV not working. Neighbors next door, intoxicated And partying until 5am. I called the front desk to complain but no one picked up the phone. Upon checking out at 5:30 AM the attendant said he had to call the police on the room next to me, but never evicted them. I requested a refund. I will never stay here again.

Hotel was inexpensive. When I checked in staff was not friendly or personable. Did not tell me about amenities or when breakfast was served. He just told me my room number and not to place my key near my phone. Room was clean but ceiling and floors were thin. Thanks to Motel 6 constantly raising their rate online in minutes, we went to Super 8 in Holbrook, and had an amazing stay! The cleanliness was superb, the manager, Daniel, was amazing. She made sure we were well taken care of and that we had a ground floor unit as we requested. she made you feel like you were at home, and part of the family, very friendly in the morning. When we had breakfast, we found everything to be exceedingly clean and attention was paid to making sure that beverages and food were clean and kept at proper temperatures as well as keeping the milk and juice stocked. Other Super 8’s could take lessons from this one, Danielle totally made Super 8 excellent, when we came back from dinner, she was even cleaning the carpet in the hallway! Well done Daniel!

Day trip to the Petrified Forest National Park. Excellent price, cheap. It’s on the north side of I-40, so sort of sparce. It’s Holbrook, so everywhere is a little rough. This backed up to a neighborhood, with a vacant lot on one side and the Arizona Sake Company (interesting) on the other. The inside was nice, clean. Counter help was quick and polite. The room was good, clean, well kept, all the normal amenities. Better version of the standard traveler, trucker/worker hotel. Quiet at night and most guests were gone by early morning.

The room was good, clean, but there was no coffee maker. The breakfast options were very limited. Carbs only! Bread, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal. No fruit, no protein, no yoghurt. Kinda lame. While loading up my car in the parking lot, I had an incident with a friend of a staff member that was a bit unnerving, he was extremely rude to me, then claimed he was joking. I drove away in a hurry after that. Probably won't be back again.
