Pool was dirty no towels, restroom not clean hair in the restroom

We had a very good stay, the only “complaint/suggestion” I would do will be put some greenery in the pool, the pool is very small, and boring, you don’t feel like going there, and to enter the pool you have to enter from the outside of the hotel, they don’t have a indoor entrance for the pool. Also make sure the shower gel is the one in shower not in the sink, and the body lotion in the sink not in the shower.

This hotel is being kept in great condition. Our room looked and smelled extremely clean. The outdoor pool and hot-tub were both open and clean. This hotel provided plenty of delicious breakfast options. There are also multiple restaurants within a short drive or short walk of the hotel.

Great breakfast! Great bed! Easy and free to park. Super nice staff.

Bed were decent close to freeway decently clean hot tub wasn’t working and breakfast was boil in bag eggs and sausage yuck fresh is best

It was a bit dated.. The only working elevator was a service elevator. The air in the room was stale to stinky. It looked clean.

Breakfast was good parking was limited

Highway noise is really loud all night. Breakfast was really good. but crowded. Parking at night was hard to find at times. Not enough spaces. Like the convenient location. Helpful staff!

Hot tub was nice.

From a lobby that smelled like a sewer to small details (empty tissue box) to inadequate a/c to dangerous tub (no tub floor grips/ slick as ice/glass) to paper-thin walls to front desk personnel who barely paid us attention …this place is awful. Also only 1 elevator that was too small for more than 3 people with luggage. Wow. Totally opposite from Palm Desert Holiday Inn Express.

Didn’t like how the room smelled like strong urine, specially coming from a long drive it just smelled aweful

Nice newer hotel with clean rooms and no odors. Pleasant staff, great location. Walkable to shopping and restaurants . And the AC was cold!

Elevators were not cleaned often enough

The room is spotless and so comfortable and just an inviting environment. The check-in process was a little lengthy as there was only one person working, and then the manager came up halfway through. There was a line of like six people that’s my only complaint. There’s only one person always I’ve ever seen down there and like I had to wait for toilet paper today I asked her to get some and she was with another person and she said she’d go get it and forgot so that’s my only complaint that they need more staff But otherwise it’s a beautiful hotel and Holiday Inn express always delivers!

Pros: clean room, hot breakfast with lots of selection, friendly staff, easy parking, right off of the I-10, updated rooms, and no pets allowed Cons: paper thin walls lets you hear your noisy neighbors, saggy mattresses

Beds were uncomfortable and our keys kept disabling and had to request key set up every time we had to get go to our room

Very clean!!! Had a 3 rd floor room and very noisy. Doors slamming, loud voices all night, sounded like people moving around furniture all night.. trailer parking on street.

There was a very bright light on above the armoire, that as far as I could tell, was on 24-7. I am light sensitive so I did not sleep. Sofa bed was the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Other guest in the room said the beds were fine.

Room was great, however the doors slam shut each time someone leaves a room so made sleeping after nightshift near impossible. When trying to check out early the front desk was unwilling to help me or see if there was any way to get any money back.

The AC unit seems like it’s starting to go out. We had it at 66 and it didn’t seem like it

I actually reserved a room for my soon-to-be daughter in-law for the wedding day. The property was clean and safe, and a place for their wedding night. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, even accommodating a slightly early check-in. Couldnt have asked for a better experience, or a better stay!

Overall we liked pretty much every thing from staff to cleanness of your hotel. Please tell your front desk staff they are so great at there job.

In progress remodel of property, lots of workers in and out of the building, replacing mattresses, slamming doors at 4:00 am . Trucks everywhere, no where to park. Poorly trained staff at front desk for check in and out, lazy, poor customer service.

The front desk were very helpful and kind. After a long day driving it was refreshing

A lot of dining and shopping within walking distance. Lobby needs a refresh, mostly paint. Not as nice as many other Holiday Inn we have stayed in.

Wry convenient and safe location next the freeway with many dining options.

Quick over night stay as we attended a Golf Tournament. Staff was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in which helped us out a ton. Hotel is conveniently located just off the I10.

Easy access, great places to eat. Quick to get onto the highway.

Parking was simple, front desk was friendly and room was clean. Stayed one night, no issues. Area is hit and miss but the hotel and its surroundings appeared well kept. Lots of options for dining close by.

We have stayed here several times over the past 5 years. Many things are terrific, however, we noticed a few things this time that decreased the comfort. A( the beds were uncomfortable and we tossed and turned all night B) the pillows were very uncomfortable C) my husband went down for breakfast around 7:30am as he normally enjoys their food. This time, he reported that the sausage and bacon were so dry and hard that he couldn't eat it, the scrambled eggs and omelets looked horrible and it looked like leftovers from the sink were tossed in. He added that several people came in to look at the food and most walked away. The only item people were eating and enjoying was the glazed roll. Hes not that picky of an eater, so it must have been poor quality. The breakfast is a feature people really look forward too. Also, the staff was great, but I had the please do not disturb sign on the door and a maid opened the door to come in that morning as I was just opening the bathroom door to come out after my shower!! Thankfully, neither one of us saw each other as she quickly realized someone was in the room. I could hear her apologize a few times as she backed out and closed the door. The base comfort of a good sleep, good breakfast and privacy were off this trip.

Unfortunately, breakfast food had run out completely by the time we arrived in breakfast room nearly an hour prior to them discontinuing breakfast service.

It was a very nice stay. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good with a nice assortment of items to select. Will definitely stay there again when we go through Tucson.
