Honestly, I stayed at this location a couple years ago and the place was well maintained and clean. But this time it seemed a little run down. The shower was leaking in our room, and the carpets were super dirty. But the place was reasonably priced.

The staff was wonderful and helpful, the food was great and the public areas were beautiful. The down side was the room. Generally it was clean, so no issues there. However there many issues with the finish and wear areas. The tub spout was not solidly mounted and I was afraid it would come out of the wall. Someone tried to repair it with white silicone. Not a good idea. The doors to the bathroom were crooked and hard to close. The door hinges, outlets and other ares were painted over poorly and no care was taken to avoid over splash (all in the bathroom). The last item is more of a poor design choice, but there was no fan in the bathroom. It seems like all hotels should have fans to reduce the chances of mold in rooms where ventilation is not guaranteed.

Paid for a suite and had no hot water the whole time. Waited and waited and messed with the shower for a long time. It never got hot. Highly disappointing
