Office closure 10pm-9 am no host to provide any needs. No coffee, nothing!

Used to having dishes glassware cutlery and pots and pans in rooms with kitchenettes. Beds very comfy. Front desk not 24/7? First time I run into that! Oh also no pool!

Hotel had plenty of close parking spots within the hotel room. Quick and easy check in/out process.

We had utilized the laundry facility and the machines were well kept and efficient. I wish that the hotel had a vending machine for travel sized soaps. The area around the hotel had lots of options for soap. Delivery was a little difficult to come by but that was more of the restaurant we chose and does not reflect the hotel itself.

-The Office was hard to find upon arrival -The Wifi never worked -The room was not ready on time and I had to call ahead after giving two extra hours for it to be cleaned to be told it just needed a shower curtain. -The couch did not come with sheets and they were out of pillows upon asking at the front desk. Other than that, its location is the nicest thing about it and the convenient parking was a plus.

I just hope they have coffee vendo machine.

Pros: quiet, easy to find, restaurants within 10 min drive, room clean, water pressure in the shower was good, staff very nice and professional. Cons: room smelled strongly of some spicy food and it never dissipated; sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the mattress tipped up; mattress a bit too firm; vent for the air conditioner points straight at the bed and can’t be adjusted; parking lot is small and spots are tight, difficult to maneuver around. Overall, I’d give it. B

Hotel was clean for an older property. Front desk clerk didn't seem to willing to address a couple of issues, or get information, but they weren't major issues. I did find it odd that there was no drink machine on the property. And, the laundry room did not have a way for people to get quarters for the machines, and the front desk didn't keep rolls of quarters for that purpose. What's a person to do?

Here for a wedding. The hotel does NOT have a pool or hot tub. There is eating within walking distance. The front desk/check-in lady was very friendly. The room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable. No frills or fancy, but a clean room.

A nice space for a week's stay, I brought my own supplies but they have kitchen stuff for purchase as well. The room was clean and enough room for two of us working remotely. I had a wonderful stay!

Rooms are not updated. A lot of cracks, and mold.

We arrived on Thursday 9/19. Staff was very rude when we were checking in. There are ways to politely say that there is no early check in available. We came back at 2:45 and she was rude again. We sat in the lobby staring at her for 15 minutes before she decided to help the other people that were also there to check in. We were not charged the entire amount, and I asked when we would pay the balance. I was told that was the balance. We stayed for 10 days. We were called to the office on the following Thursday to pay our balance like we were going to skip out on the bill. I specifically asked her about paying the balance. Train your staff better. Also, we found cockroaches in our room. We won't be back.

Blood stains on blanket, crickets in bathroom, and bugs crawling in the bed. Left 2 hours after arriving and found an alternative. Never using an extended stay again, even if it’s the only option.

Our stay at this location was one of our best! From the friendly staff to the amazingly clean room, we were impressed. The location is quiet, adding to a great night sleep all three nights. I was a bit leery after reading other reviews but found them not representing this hotel. The exterior and interior areas are clean, safe, and appealing.

Cons: no hot water in the shower, no dishes/tableware/paper towels, no pots & pans. Sure, you could buy them, and get them for far more than a thrift store purchase. The front desk explanation, well, showers take far more water and it's natural to run out. Excuse me, I heard all the showers run throughout the morning in adjoining apartments, and there was at least a half hour between each. The sink was hot but not the shower. I was freezing when I got out. Not a cold shower, but maybe 100 - 110 degrees, and that's pushing it. Effing cold. Imagine washing long hair like I have in those conditions. Breakfast is NOT included, nor are the pans to cook your own or the plates to eat them off of. Hard no to this place!

Upon arrival at 11:45-12:00 am after check in time due to travel delay. No attendant at the front desk. There was a posting on the door directing people with reservations to use the phone to the right of the door to call/contact the desk. The phone wasn’t operable. I called the customer number on the site who then attempt contact the front desk with no response/success, they proceeded to tell me I will not be able to check in and would need to return the following day for check in, leaving me with no recourse but to rent hotel with another provider at 12:30 am in the morning after being in airport and on flights for the last 13 hours. After returning to the hotel the next afternoon I shared my experience with the front desk person and they stated that should not have happened, someone is always available. They also said they would note my reservation and ensure the charge for the day would be removed/credited to me. After checking in and receiving my room key I enter the room that was by no means in the condition for a guest . The carpeted floor was dirty with visible debris, the bed comforter was soiled/stained on the side along with 1 of the pillows be soiled. The room had a damp dank Oder. The microwave in the kitchenette was dirty around the handle and on the inside. The vanity in the bathroom was dirty with strands of hair and one of the towels had visible hair with light stain. The door was not completely sealed on the side and at the bottom the light was peering in.

Blood stairs on the sheets. No soap . No drain plug in sink or bathtub. Two rolls of toilet paper near Completely used up left in the room. Smoke detector beeping every 15 seconds. Bed side lamp covered is rust stains. Front door would not close properly.

Pro: Room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. Did have an iron and ironing board. Had a full kitchen with large frig, stovetop and microwave. Room was quiet. Nearby First Watch restaurant. Reasonable price. Con: No coffee maker, hair dryer, only one small side chair besides high stools. Only two bath towels and wash clothes. No hand towels. Was warned by hotel about lack of kitchenware. We picked up larger soaps, paper towels, plates, cups and silverware to make our stay passable.

Very disappointed that we were not advised prior to checking in that there were NO kitchen items whatsoever in our room. NOTHING at all!

Beds are hard as a rock. Pillows sre terrible. I would give it a zero based on this since the whole point is having a pkace to sleep. I hardly slept. I will never stay there again. If you like a very, very firm mattress, you will love this place.

We arrived and the wifi was down but nobody gave us an update or a time frame of wait. We discovered what was going because we were waiting while they were on a phone call trying to figure it out but we have to still go back for a key. It’s been an inconvenience we had to get ready since we had a wedding to go to and we missed the ceremony since we lasted 40 min in the reception trying to get a response of help.

The mattress was horrible, I ached everywhere When I booked it said there was a complimentary breakfast grab and go. There was not they discontinued it.

The room was not as advertised. The pull-out/hide-a-bed was supposed to be a double bed and the room was supposed to sleep 4 with 1 king bed and the pull out double but, it was only a single which was not acceptable for 2 teenage boys to sleep in. They also advertised free breakfast but very disappointing that it was only coffee, tea hot chocolate and granola bars and very small little muffins. I also didnt realize that people could long term rent here and there was some rather unsavory people that bothered us and a guest that came to visit us. The house keeping staff were truly amazing, friendly and wanted to help. They did move us to another room where the pull out was a double but, the mattress was horrible, saggy and lumpy and old. One of the reasons we chose this chain of hotels was because they all have kitchenettes but, they do not have anything in them, no dishes, cups no flatware or coffee pot, no pans nothing at all. You have to place an order for what you want which would have OK except they were all out of everything until the day before we were to check-out. We ended up spending much more on restaurant food then we planed on because of this and the poor excuse for a breakfast they had. This was our first time staying at this hotel chain and will not stay again. I will repeat the the house keeping staff was amazing!

I was not able to stay at this property, and have yet to recieve a refund- even after a month. I reached out to Expedia who said they called them 5x, and they did not answer the phone once for them. Yet, every time I called, they answered... One lady even said they are "required to answer every phone call," so I am confused as to why I still have not been refunded my trip. I had stayed here not even a week prior without any issues. However, upon my arrival this time, I was unable to rent it due to them NO LONGER taking paper or photo copies of IDs... although last time it wasn't an issue. My wife had her wallet stolen during our trip here, thus, we were stuck and unable to fly home without a new copy (which we were awaiting to be mailed to us). Last time, they had no issue taking a emailed copy of her past ID, yet this time, they had "CHANGED [THEIR] POLICY". .....wanna know their reasoning? HUMAN TRAFFICKING. And while I understand Arizona- Phoenix in particular- is known for being a human traffciking hub, I also know after a long hot day in the 115 degree heat, I need access to a room with A/C. My uncle- a polio survivor- was with me as well, and it is hard for him to walk. He desperatley needed to get his feet up after a long day out as well, yet he had to settle for resting on the hard concrete. Since we were kepy Without a refund, without access to our room

Rude front desk staff

I arrived and no one was at the front desk. The door was locked. A number was posted on the door to call. I called, but the lady could not help me. She could not check me in. I left and went to another hotel. I better not get charged for this booking.

We didn’t have a stay. We were going to be late so we called last and told them we’d be late. We were told it would not be a problem. Well, it was. When we arrived the front office was locked. We called the number and the answering person said you were late so we canceled your reservation. A prepaid. After explaining that we called the person said too bad. Come back in 4 hours and make another one

Booked the trip went to go check in at 845pm and they said they had no rooms available. I asked for a refund they said to get it from the booking site. I reached out to hotels.com and they said “too bad”. DO NOT BOOK!! They will take your money and say no room available and not give you your money back. How can you knowingly charge for a service and not provide it? Will not be using this service again.

Terrible experience. The Front Office was locked, no one answered the phone. I had to find another hotel at 11 PM at night. The hotel or Hotels.com charged by card and I didn't even stay there! I want my money back! Help me!

The actual state was good. The actual state was good. Customer service very poor real rude was an accessible, and I got hung up on the front desk over the phone.

My room was quiet and clean. Air conditioner was great! Great area to walk to grocery stores or restaurants.

Liked that we were next to main roads and a breakfast place

I feel they should let people know its also a long term rental with sketchy people living and working there. A detective was looking for a felon whose cell phone pinged on the property. Didn't feel safe especially because i had my 2 year old grandson with me.

Hotel seemed to be housing homeless people. Pet feces on walkways. I did not feel safe during my stay. No room services at all, didn’t even come by to take out the trash or bring clean towels.

Our stay was supposed to include a coffee and tea bar, and a grab and go breakfast. I asked about ii and was told they down graded, and it was not available any longer. Itwas a little disappointing since there wasn't a coffee pot in the room.

For an extended stay that offers a kitchen with a microwave and stove and refrigerator, but no coffee pot. The front desk told me they were out of coffee pots but would try to locate one and bring it to me ,,4 days later we still do not have a coffee pot .Grab and go breakfast was limited also as I went to get breakfast at 7 AM one day and not one drop of coffee. I asked the girl to make some. She was almost asleep and said it will take a while.
