After a long day from traveling from the UK. We were ready to relax. Hotel had no hot water to shower, the door lock was broken, the sheets and blankets had dried bloody snot all over. Definitely wasn’t washed. I saw two cockroaches walking across the bed, and the vending machine was out of order. It wasn’t an enjoyable stay but I was too tired to find something else.

The staff was very rude and not helpful. We asked the front desk for more towels and were denied. The room was out of date and the water pressure was low.

The room stunk of dog pee, and there was LOTS of pet damage visible. The bathroom walls had been patched, re-patched, and patched again but still hadn't ever been painted or mold removed. Even the blankets stunk of dog pee. I compplained but they had nowhere to move us. On a positive note, the beds and shower were OK.

Check-in was quick. Clerk was polite and helpful. I was near the laundry machines, which operated until 5 pm . I was on the opposite side of the building, to the light rail line. There were many cats around. It sounded like one was in heat.
