It was great. Only issue was the toilets in the lobby. The smell of backed up sewage was to much to handle. Had to go up to the room if we needed to use the restrooms when we were swimming.

The exterior of the building needs some refreshing. The parking lot needs to be completely redone. It's basically gravel at this point. The rooms are definitely starting to show their age but clean enough. Bed was comfortable. The hallways and one elevator I used had a really bad sewer odor. I could smell cigarette smoke coming in from the window AC unit. Not sure I'll stay here again.

Disappointed when we arrived and notified that the pool would be closed. Did not see any notification on the website when booking the property. It was over 100° and were planning some pool time. Had issues once again with magnetic room keys not working. Kept them awat from wallet, cell phone and keys and still had problems. Great location. Near freewway but quiet. Located near multiple dining choices. Pet friendly. Reasonably priced during summer.

It was great! The only thing I would say to improve my experience was the jets in the hot tub were very weak. Many people commented about that. Just an FYI but sure would be great if those could get fixed.

The pool was under construction and it was not staws on the website. The first room we were given smelled and it had dirty sheets. The bathtub was dirty and the faucet was missing and it had holes. We were told they offered continental breakfast and all they had was hard boiled eggs and waffles worhcold sausage links.

The hotel as being renovated so it looked very dirty and disorganized. The pool was also under construction so we could not use it and it just looked bad. The pullout bed was a disaster and there was only intermittent internet in the room. We demanded to be moved to another room, but the staff was accommodating and I received a refund for the difference in the room rate. They should not attend to customers until the renovations are finished!

The room i was in this time was a little nicer than last time but the back of the bathroom door was dirty. The pool could use cleaning. Breakfast was good but wish they had coffee and water available after breakfast closes like most hotels do.

Property was nice, check in was easy. Bathroom in our room was filthy. Trash on the floor. Urine under the toilet seat, hair everywhere and shampoo still on the shower walls. Rather than complain I just cleaned it myself.

Bathroom looked out of date and disgusting. Hand prints on headboards. Room smelled horrible. County open windows. Sheets looked used with foot prints. I did not want to use the shower, and my kinds felt uncomfortable. I had two rooms and I cannot say one was better than the other. We used this facility to stay a night due to traveling to a graduation ceremony. Makes me contemplate about using another La Quinta facility in the future!

There was a very strong musty, mildew smell in my room. The first night I was too tired and feeling sick to do anything about it. The next day I realized the smell was coming from the bathroom sink and that the plug & drain in the sink was green with algae. As I would run the water, chunks of algae would float in the water. I used a wash cloth to wipe around the drain and it was black & gross! I’m not sure how this was missed, but it was pretty bad. The floor under the sink was also pretty dirty.

The bathroom floor had not been cleaned, there was debris and coffee spots on the floor. It’s just ran down and not cleaned often enough, the hallways are dirty. The food is not great so I ate out instead. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s too bad the management isn’t on top of the cleaning. I have stayed here many times and I won’t stay again. It’s amazing how quickly a place can go down hill when management doesn’t seem to care.

We checked out a day early due to black mold found under the sink. Plus the room was very dirty especially the walls and under the bed where we found a baby binky and tons of dirt and dust. Very disgusting.

My room smelled of sewer when the water turned or toilet flushed, bathroom had black hair all over the shower and toilet when I arrived, limited continental breakfast, nothing like other La Quintas, room is destroyed in regards to being maintained (walls, tissue holder that is attached to the wall is hanging off) no housekeeping unless requested, front office staff doesnt acknowledge you when you come and go - hotel is over all dirty in the hallways with same debris in elevator for 2 days.

There was ample parking and the area felt safe. The common areas inside and out were well maintained. The room was clean but dated. The pillows on the bed were really poor quality, the stuffing was in hard balls that you could move with your hands from outside the cover. They were very small, very old, and had zero support. When we asked for extras we were told the hotel has only 6 extras and they were all in use???? On the third day there was a strong and pungent sewage smell in the hallways in the evening that lasted well into the night and seeped under the door into our room. It was quite unpleasant. The back door was having issues with the key card entry mechanism so we got locked out and had to walk around the building. It was not our key, our key worked fine in all other mechanisms. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. The room was refreshed at our request on a daily basis and we were pleased to return to a clean room each time. PLEASE REPLACE YOUR PILLOWS.

Nice big rooms. Clean. But lots of freeway noise. If you like sleeping with air conditioner running all night, maybe bearable by blocking out the highway noise. We don’t. The west and south side of building would be quieter. Promised free Wi-Fi wasn’t accessible in our room. Seems the edges of the property—upper floors and rooms at the ends of hallways aren’t getting a strong enough signal. On this matter and a few others, the front desk was unapologetic, indifferent.

Overall stay was great but there was a hold deposit of $150 which I believe is crazy. Even though I was told the deposit would come back to me it was actually more than my actual room. I wish I would have known that ahead of time.

The lady putting out the coffee and breakfast every morning was very rude. They have a sign in the lobby that says coffee at 6:00 am. Myself and three others were down there at 5:58 and she told us get out of her way so she could “do her job.” She also told we had to wait to “attack” until she was done. Several other guess told be they also felt she was very rude. The other staff was very nice.

This place although looks nice and is nice on the inside. The manager there is a total piece of trash. They charged numerous times for a smoking deposit. Which I don’t even smoke so why I have to pay $150 for one blows my mind. They then charged me an additional 172.50 for no reason. And when I brought them my bank statement showing they did in fact charge me. They told me they didn’t. And refused to pay me back for any of the “refundable” fees. And because of all that what should have been the start of another week stay I instead had to sleep outside in my car with my dog and cat in the middle of summer with the heat advisory of 110 outside. At no point did they apologize for the extra charges or try to make it right with me. They didn’t even offer me a bottle of water for me or my pets while we sat outside in the heat. Nothing. After staying there for 13days straight. They are terrible people at that hotel. BEWARE!

The room we checked into on the 6th floor smelled horrible like sewer. Fortunately the staff was nice enough to move us to a better room. And I was not pleased with how the breakfast staff employee treated us. She was not friendly! Over all it was not a very pleasant stay.

Even though the staff was under crazy stress due to the key card maker going fown and having to use the maintenece keys to let everyone in and out of theor rooms all weekend. They were all super friendly and very accomadating. I would highly recommend this hotel in the future.

The hotel is great, good rate, room was great. But i have a huge issue. There is a "Hidden" charge of 250.00 safety Deposit required. I travel on my debit card. They hold the 250.00 according to the hotel it could take 2 full weeks begore its returned. As a travel nurse i have been in lots of hotels over the last year. Most do not do this anymore. I wish i had known this before i paid for the room online. By the time you check in its too late to cancel the reservation. Thay was my only complaint.

The key “machine” wasn’t working so we never had a key to the room, they had to open it every time we needed in. I asked when it would be fixed and they said not till Tuesday (we stayed a Saturday night). The rooms are run down, there was hair in a “clean” towel and obvious things that weren’t cleaned (like food on a wipeable desk chair). Would never stay again.

This was a very nice hotel with a major (hopefully temporary) problem. They were unable to issue keys to their guests. As a result you had to stop at the front desk every time you needed to get into your room after leaving it. Staff was very apologetic and quickly helped you into your room. But it was an annoyance considering the cost to stay there.

Everything was perfect! Room was extremely clean, if you want quick access to the hwy this hotel has it. If you want a quiet neighborhood I suggest you choose a different hotel as you can hear the traffics from the hwy.

Our stay worked out well. The bed was comfy and we slept great. Will say that you need to bring ear plugs due to really loud road noise. The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, sausage, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, lucky charms, toast and bagels, juice and coffee.
