Property could certainly use some upgrades such as new furniture, new towels etc

The bed was soft I liked how the air was already on and nice and cool when it is starting to heat up outside. Everything in the room was positioned well and even the utensils was clean and the microwave. Great price for lodging

It's a good stay , rooms are decent with little kitchens , the staff is helpful ..

no body towels, no soap, no internet rotor didn't reach the room, 1 pillow for 2 people, room dirty, toilet parts on counter, no cups, bed short sheeted. Not willing to help us in any way, Pool dirty,

The room was great and even had a kitchen and full size fridge. Everything was great except the internet did not work.

They don’t even have fitted sheets and they were nasty the owner was very rude I went to Walmart and bought a blanket set on my own as I was leaving the police surrounded the place a homeless guy broke into a room they charge extra for a room close to the pool and it’s no water in the pool I even bought bedbug spray this was the worst motel I ever seen in my life please never go here not once did they clean the room or give me fresh towels and refused to give them to me when I asked I was told that they don’t clean the rooms until after you leave the shower was nasty as well this place needs to be shut down if you’re homeless it would be great

It seemed like the complex needs a tune up. But it was ok.

No garbage can or soap. Dirty tub. Noise from smoke alarm, people talking and a dog barking.

The important things were clean--sheets/towels, table/counters/sinks, bathroom. The rest looked like it hadn't been scrubbed or updated since this place was probably new and spiffy in the 70's. Shower was quite nice--clean, hot water, good pressure. On-site staff were nice. They wanted to see proof of pre-payment on my phone when checking in. When calling beforehand, the manager off-site seemed abrupt. Saw one little roach during the night eyeing the table from the wall above--perhaps it knew where it's meals came from. I scared it away, cleared the table, and tell myself it didn't return. Can't say I've never seen a lone roach in a decent hotel before. Roosters started crowing around 3am. This is an urban area. There was a $25 cash deposit that was refunded after the room was inspected upon checkout ($10 "cleaning fee" withheld if one doesn't take out the trash/wash used dishes). It was an experience--the more I looked around, the less I felt like touching anything unnecessary. I'm sure it used to be nice--would help even if just replaced pillows and washed the bedspread. During checkout, I was kindly encouraged to write a review. Maybe other rooms are nicer.

The first room we were given was in horrible condition and filthy. The second room was much better with the exception of the bedding not be washed and having blood on it.

The first room we were given was not cleaned, dirty sheets were pulled up to remake the bed. There were so used towels on the bathroom floor. When asked for a different room, initially we were refused and told that the room was already cleaned. When the manager saw the guy running to sweep and mop and clean the bathroom because he forgot to we were given another room which was not much better but at least had clean sheets and towels. Had i not paid in advance we would have stayed.

This place is a roach motel. If you are ok staying in a place like that this is for you. I stayed one night and tried to cancel the rest of my stay. They did not refund me. Photos are mis leading and I told management about the bugs but they didn’t care. Have no trash cans in the room and have to take trash with you when you check out.

I walked into a room that was never cleaned from the last people who used it. The area is really bad lots of people on drugs and doing them right outside and inside the property!! It may as well be a place for addicts!! There were bugs upon arrival coming into the room. I didn’t actually stay the night because of this I was so disgusted by the strong cigarette smells and the dirty bedding left from the last people. The kitchen had leftover food in the microwave bugs crawling everywhere made me sick please don’t stay here. I would assume shelters are cleaner than this!!!

Our stay was horrible the staff there were incredibly rude... We didn't check in until 10 pm that night.Then the room we were given was filthy to say the least. The refrigerator was full of roaches. The shower curtain was torn. It was uncomfortable and I'll never stay there again. That's for sure...

Not very clean. My toilet was dirty, bed was missing comforter, smelly room. No bags in the trash cans.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in, they charge a $25 deposit which is fine but then they charge you $10 for housekeeping and take it directly from your deposit and they also make you empty your own trash which is absolutely ridiculous. You also can't check out before 9am because no one is there to give you your deposit back. The room I had the shower and curtain was disgusting the room and furniture was stained, the freezer hasn't been defrosted is years. Completely outdated properly should be demolished. The only nice person was the maintenance guy and the housekeeper who told me I didn't have to empty my own trash because she does it.

The room smelled like urine, the mattress was filthy and they just threw a flat queen sheet over top. It was so old it had no stability left and it was like sleeping on a I slept with my clothes on because I didnt want my skin to touch anything. The towels were dirty, and the toilet not cleaned. I must say the toilet paper was very nice. I think I saw bed bugs but didnt stay to fine out.

What I would like to say is that first of all I paid $25 for early check-in. I was only there for not even 10 minutes and did not return until 2.5 hrs later and was still charged the early check in fee then I went to go take a shower when I came back 2 hours later to take a shower and when I turn the water on hot, I can say it went up maybe in 1° and that was it therefore I was not able to take a hot shower due to no hot water for the shower but get this the sink got burning hot lol. What is up with that? The main reason why I rented a hotel room last night was to take a nice hot shower and sleep in a nice comfortable bed which neither one of those happened but what did happen is I have a sore back now from the mattress, which means now I get to go to the chiropractor and spend more money. This is not how my New Year’s was supposed to happen. I didn’t wanna start my New Year’s off like this. This is ridiculous and when it was mentioned to the staff, nobody gave a damn no apologies whatsoever, no nothing I should’ve gotten both deposits back for 25 which equals $50 I only got one deposit back which was a security deposit which they want to try and charge me $10 for. I cleaned my room as per their rules never ever have been like this in my life. Nevertheless, I must say that Del Rio motel in Mesa, Arizona started my year 2025 off in a negative. That’s not cool.

The water didn’t sink in the sink. The flush didn’t work work properly. Cockroaches in the room. Light didn’t work. At the end, my deposit wasn’t fully refunded. They said we charge for cleaning fee. They only accept cash deposit. They didn’t have change even for the cash.

This was a total dump and bad place. Door lock didnt work! The dead bolt for electronic lock just spun around the bolt never came out. Lady told me i couldnt park in space it was hers she lived there for over 3 years it was hers and I needed to move my car! There was drug activity. The room had exposed wires, wood rot between floor and walls it needs repairs . Kid at front desk very nice but place is NOT a place you want to be. Unsafe! Run! I am waiting on refund. Dont stay there. Felt like the hood! Not safe area!!! We DID NOT STAY ASKED FOR REFUND. HOTELS NEED TO REFUN OUR MONEY!! NOT WHAT PICTURES SHOWED! WE RAN FOR OUR LIVES! WENT TO TRUCK STOP SLEPT IN OUR CAR MUCH SAFER!!!

Shame on Expedia for listing this dump. We spent one night of the three we paid you for and we would not have done that if we weren’t exhausted. Then we paid dearly for last minute lodgings and that cost us a few hundred dollars more. We reserved the ‘Family Unit’, living room/tvroom/kitchenette, one grimy bathroom and two sad bedrooms with no closet doors. There was no soap in the bathroom and foot steps in the bathtub. First flush the toilet broke. There were no utensils or cooking utensils provided for the kitchenette. The blinds didn’t close in the bedroom. Two lamps in the whole place, one per bedroom. One had a shade, the other No shade and that room had broken blinds so the window view was open to the public. The bathroom wall was blackened as wide as the door with dirt from the air vent. The lighting in the big room was all in poorly located ceiling fixtures. The main fixture was a fan with a variety of bulbs, floodlight to useless. If you have any regard for your clients, it was impossible to see that in this selection. I will post this on social media because you did me and my family wrong.

The desk is limited; not 24 hours. This is not great if you forget your key card, get locked out, or need to go to the airport. They don’t check in until 9am, staff is always late and you can’t check in after 9pm. Again, don’t have a problem - you won’t get help after hours. Supposed to be smoke free, room reeked of cigarettes. TAKE PICTURES!! We had broken furniture in the room. They CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT!! Even after you pay in full online? More hidden fees!! $25 deposit required, non-refundable “cleaning” deposit! It took 45 mins to check in and an additional 45 mins to check out. THE WORST STAFF!! Rude. Late. We had one good experience with staff we had previously had issues with. That’s it. Terrible. Do not recommend. Not worth the savings given everything.

My plane was delayed and when I got there the office was closed for the night and I couldn't check in. Had to get another hotel

When I checked in there was a $25 cash only deposit. Realistically, what is that going to cover? But whatever, it's $25. When I went to checkout at 810am, noone was there. I looked it up and see they don't open the front desk until 9am. Which is just shocking for a hotel. So I decided to skip the $25 deposit return. There was also a note on the window that says $10 will be taken out of your deposit for housekeeping fees, and that you must take all of your own trash to the dumpsters provided on the far side of the parking lot. Overall conditions were what you'd expect for a cheap hotel. I don't mind the towel bar ripped off the wall, the musty smells, the old feeling... but it's the extra "stuff" that turned me off to this hotel. I am coming back to the area in 3 days for two extra nights on my way home and actually canceled my reservation with them for later this week. I'll pay more to have less crap to deal with. I just want to pay upfront, housekeeping fees included, and checkout when I'm leaving at 8am. The cash deposit hotels are an instant blacklist on my vacations.

Well, I’m going to tell you in as few words as possible. As service animal owners know, it’s illegal to take a deposit for your animal but in addition to a $25 cash deposit, they wanted to charge $10/night for our dog to stay there. The first thing the clerk said while texting his boss was “We want to see his certificate (also illegal) I informed the clerk of the illegality of the things he was asking but I went ahead and offered a $25 deposit. We then went to the room and within 5 minutes the clerk was at the door asking us to leave. Shame on Hotels.com for not schooling the owners on this point as well. Saying “perhaps they have rules in place…”. We left only because hetels.com offered us an immediate refund! Never, ever stay here if you have a service dog or love dogs in general. I have already complained to the Attorney General’s office of Arizona .

check in took a long time. then no one came out for when chekcing out, so left key at window and didnt get Deposit returned.. there was a door bell which ive rung numerous times to no avail

When i tried to check in the receptionist put me on hold to text someone for several minutes on 4 different occasion's, took what should have been a standard check-in experiance to taking over 30 minutes.Bed was reasonably comfortable for the price. However there were two cigarrete burn holes in my sheets. Additionally the lack of decent wi fi is pretty bad in this day and age but for the price can be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is the outright hostile and rude manner in which the hostess treated me. She had her employee come pounding on my door 40 minutes after i checked in saying that there was something wrong with my payment. fair enough i thought, its annoying and inconvenient but they have a right to make sure they're paid. Come to find out there actually was no problem with my payment with my credit card but rather she was freaking out because my name wasnt on the reciept.... which to my knowledge is neither required nor unusual practice. To be clear there was no problem with my payment and it was accepted. She then outrightly and without cause or provocation accused me of fraud. She literally called my bank to try and get them to give her my personal details and my bank did their job and hung up on her. Having been foiled there she then demanded that I pay her using a debit card, to which i agreed on condition that i receive a refund receipt. The whole experience was awful, i have never been treated so poorly by a hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I like it because its near mekong but i dont like the service because we have waited 1 plus hours to check out because no body is there to accommodate us

The lady who assisted our check-in (the owner I presume) went above and beyond helpful when the tap to pay machine was malfunctioning. She tried for 20 solid minutes, was understanding about us not having cash

For starters I was informed I had to make a 20 dollar cash deposit upon checking in and the 20 dollars would be returned upon my checking out. Anyway I had to leave early in the morning, I went to the office to have the 20 dollars returned, but I couldn't get anyone to answer when I buzzed the office...I had to get to a conference, so I didn't get my dollars back. I would not recommend staying here, they aren't interested or straight up with customers. The room I stayed in was in the process of walls getting fixed where there were hold and it still needed painting. The shower was awful as the water shot all over the place. Anyway I won't stay in the place again. If Hotels.com is serious providing good motels/hotels for customers they need to check on some of these cheap places who are truthful in how they do business. If you or anyone can help me get my deposit back I would appreciate it!!

They will only accept the deposit in cash, & in order to get your deposit back you have to return they key. But be warned, when you go to check out there will be no one in the office to give you back your refund! For example, I had to leave for work & I rang the bell to check out & no one came. I left a message that I will return the key after work & I will pick my deposit up at that point.

This place is a dump. The room was filthy, the walls are a mess. The floor was a sticky mess. The shower leaked all 5 days. The wiring to one of the light fixtures is spliced with electrical tape. The lock on the door is flimsy. The chair has upholstery coming out of it. The mattress has a permanent divot. They did not return my deposit and the lady hung up on me when I asked about it, then blocked my calls and said she was reporting me to the police. All because I wanted my deposit back. I have pictures and video of everything. Also note there is an animal farm behind it and to the site. The roosters start at 3am and go all night/morning. Nearly impossible to get any sleep. It was pure hell staying here.
