Guests appreciate the gym, hot tub and pool area, lobby Starbucks, bar/restaurant, free parking, courtyard spaces, and a 24 hour pantry. Some stays saw pool renovations/closures, broken ice machines, elevator outages, treadmill or laundry problems, and event nights that strained parking.

Many reviewers found rooms and public areas clean, but reports of stained or dirty linens and towels, musty or smoky odors, and bathroom mold or grime appear across stays.

Rooms are often comfortable and spacious with very comfortable beds and some views. Recurring complaints cite HVAC that doesn’t heat or cool properly or is loud, thin walls/noise, and small or limited fridges; many rooms lack microwaves.
