Great hotel! Quiet , clean and comfortable. The Starbucks/Bar in the lobby was awesome as well as the buffet breakfast at the on site restaurant. The only downfall was the pool was not open as it was under renovations. Would stay here again.

Stayed as we were going to an event at the convention center. It was prob a 10 min walk. There are several dining options within 15 min walk. Only negative thing is they were resurfacing the pool deck so their was construction noise. I would.stay here again.

When we booked the room, we were unaware that the pool was under construction, had to listen to the construction workers all night, no complementary breakfast/coffee, and we were also unaware of the extra $55 fee. They offered guest to drive 10 minutes to a different hotel to swim but guest would have to drive back wet, also when help was needed no workers were found. Also there was hair in the tub prior to us using it.

The room was very clean and quiet at night. The pool and hot tub were good but pool decking is cracking away and a bit hard on bare feet. The restaurant/bar made good food and large portion sizes. There was not a lot of places to sit to eat it so we took it up to the room to eat. Overall we would stay here again.

My only complaint is the 3rd treadmill is not working. Will not turn on. Very nice clean, safe hotel with lots of amenities. I did eat breakfast at Cafe Azure breakfast buffet. I did use the very nice warm, clean pool with umbrellas.

When attending a conference at the Mesa Convention Center, this hotel is the most convenient by far since everything is within walking distance. However, only one of the three elevators worked, causing long lines and wait times periodically. The refrigerator in our room was most unusual as it was made to run two hours and then shut off. We had to run to the room to reset all day long. Such a nuisance. No microwave in the room and few working ice machines in the hotel. Carpet was stained in our room. Beds were very comfortable and otherwise the room was clean.

Room was clean and very nice. Bathroom area needs work. Toilet seat anchor was broken on one side and kept coming off, One floor anchor for toilet was missing. Bathroom outlet did not work, nor did light/fan in shower area. Bathtub had chips and stains, but looked to be cosmetic. Looked like some of the tile caulk between wall tile and tub was missing. Question if security lock worked.

Property is old and the room was pretty dirty. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and dirty sheets. Would not stay here again. There was also an issue with the A/C that didn’t get fixed for a couple of nights. Wish I stayed somewhere else. The ratings on Expedia did not reflect the experience I had. It should be rated much lower.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the rooms don’t look like that in person. The room wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival, it was old food in the fridge & bathroom was sub par. No ventilation in the room so it always has a wet smell & im sure it’s mold. I barely slept one night because I was coughing and sneezing all night long. Would not recommend anyone to stay here

The hotel was quit outdated from the rooms to the hallways. The part the was the worst was the service. We would call the desk and ask for towels and sheets. Everyday after 3 calls we would go downstairs to the desk and ask why this had not been delivered. No good answer till the last day. The process is that the desk "radios" housekeeping. That is it! No checks or ticket to verify. The manager seemed put-off that I ask her what she did in the process. So to be clear she doesn't check or validate anything. Why have a manager? All good hotels either have an automated system (the manager said theirs was very out dated) or a manual process. If the customer has to call twice it is escalated to the manager to make sure it gets done ASAP. Also, the dinning room was bad, they only bring eggs out on demand. So you end up waiting another 10 minutes before you can eat. On our last day we call 3 time for towels and finally we just used a wet towel and shared it. Not a great experience for a Marriott hotel! Too bad the location is great. The pool is great. The bar is great. With a bit of good management the other issues, other than cosmetic, could be resolve and move this to a good experience.

Room was clean. Specifically the bathroom. Loved the view of the amphitheater in the concert that we didn’t know was happening. I like the idea of the 24 hour pantry for a quick snack or breakfast as I had a very early morning so didn’t have time for breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and inviting. Looking forward to visiting again.

Terrible check in / check out experiences. The hotel could provide a better training to their employees. Everyone was polite but couldn’t give simple information as far as breakfast price and time, for example. There was no one to check us out/ print a receipt. Had to wait for 10 minutes and when someone showed up, they didn’t know how to print a receipt. Luckily, they were able to email me the receipt.

I checked in and could not park anywhere due to a concert where all concert goers parked in hotel parking. I had to park blocks away on a sand lot. Hopefully my car won’t get broken into. The nice thing would have been to call and inform me there is a concert. I would have stayed somewhere else

This hotel was nice and clean and decorated nice. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. It’s a big property with lots of outside grounds to walk around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our only issue was our room was hot, we found out it was some sort of switch that if we had told them about it, a maintain man could have switched it from heat to AC. This would have been nice to know at check in. The hotel is also within walking distance to the downtown Main Street area and a sports bar directly across the street.

Central to Mesa area. Clean and fairly quiet even though there were lots of high schoolers here for a convention. They were fine - but the leaf blowers in the morning - not so much. Breakfast buffet 15 dollars and meh...not worth it. Lobby bar has Starbucks and some food options. Didn't do pool (kids,) but looked nice. Great sport bar across the street

Everything was going great until I decided to eat breakfast in the in-house restaurant Cafe Azul. My check in a couple of nights before went smoothly and the receptionist even gave me a type of room I requested. The room was clean and generally speaking the hotel was very nice. So that breakfast…I ordered a Bloody Maria (tequila) and a Breakfast Burrito. I got a clear plastic take out cup with ice and I guess BM Mix and Ice and maybe tequila. That’s it. No garnish and I was staying to eat my meal it wasn’t to go. My burrito came out and it was on a dark glass plate with some dipping sauce. Here’s the problem…the plate had dried crusty food marks on it not from the burrito. No thanks! I wasn’t charged for the burrito which I didn’t eat just for the $12.00 about 16oz BM. Bah-Bye!

The Delta Hotel by Marriott in Mesa is a beautiful and well maintained hotel. We were in town for a large XC regional tournament and enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the pool area. Parking was confirm and safe. Our reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the dining options on site. They did not have much for vegan/vegetarian so we had to order out more often than anticipated but we would still stay again. The staff is extremely kind and wonderful. All around great stay.

The room was nice, clean and comfy, what you expect from a Marriott. Happy hour option is also convenient. Pool area closes at 10p, a little early for those that work late and prefer the cool hours,it’s an executive place, not a party place, a 11-12pm would be idea. I chose this over the Double tree, I’m happy I did.

In town for 8123 fest and the hotel was the perfect location right beside the Amphitheatre. The room was quite big with both a king and a pullout sofa. The bathroom pretty much standard. Enjoyed the fact that the bar served drinks till at least 11!. Breakfast was pretty good and a decent price.
