Really dated. Things were most likely clean but because of age just looked dirty. Laminate flooring was a great option to typical iodge carpeting. Good location. “Breakfast” was terrible; nothing hot and a large crowd off tour busses disappointed at limited offerings. Air conditioning worked well. Pool not open. All in all, it is one of those ‘you get what you pay for’ options.

Best thing about the property which I did not use this time, is the pool and the view. It's an older motel but no carpet, LVP thankfully, but it's dented and dinged and just minimum updating. But it's convenient and always full. Broken ice machine though.

Great price, good location with good parking and free breakfast which was delicious. The pool was closed for ongoing maintenance. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The bathroom was mostly clean but had mould around the window. We used the laundry facilities which were fairly inexpensive.

We stayed here for one night. For the price we paid, it was perfectly fine. An average experience overall. Staff was good, attentive! Rooms were clean though average. A few things could be improved. - Only two bath towels for four guests. not sure why - Had only tiny one trash bin. Would expect one in bathroom and one outside - Microwave handle was broken - There was no parking available, had to talk to staff so they could guide us where to park.

The pictures for this property are deceiving. They make it look to be a clean but dated facility. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I could immediately tell it was more run down and dirty than the photos let on. Upon entering our room my suspicions were confirmed when we found cockroaches in the bathroom, as well as in the parking lot. Needless to say, we immediately checked out and went to stay somewhere else. The staff at the front desk was kind when I explained why we were leaving, but I have yet to receive a refund for the room.

Room dated and in need of renovations, toilet wouldn't flush properly, room not well insulated for noise, flooring loose in bathroom, one overworked staff in the am and wouldn't open the laundry and ice machine room until 8am so no ice in the morning. This is the second stay at a Wyndham property that was sub par...beginning to think they should be avoided.

This was a terrible stay so far in my life. I stayed in room no 116 alongside withmy friends in rool 117. Bathroom is in very bad state and i can see stains everywhere. There is literally poop on the towels. When i raised the same with the hotel staff, they simply smiled and ignored. Breakfast was also terrible and who night a lot of sounds and disturbance because of the faulty celing. This is definately not acceptable.

Pillows in room are very small and hard. Could not call front desk due to phone not working. Had to go buy pillows. Room is very dated. Tv is very small. I’m not sure what amenities are here due to staff not mentioning anything except where to park. Location is good and place seems safe.

Don't forget your earplugs! We were in a room with one side fronting one of the busiest streets in town. It's not exactly a hotel issue, as the noise comes from cars and their sound systems. We were also awakened by late arrivals getting into their room above us - so noisy. The room was fine (a bit dated), bed comfy, but only 2 pillows on a queen bed (may want to bring some pillows of your own). The highlight of my stay was the front desk person who was able to deal with my reservation change when I checked out after 2 nights of a 4-night reservation. I did call Expedia in advance to change the reservation, but could not change it by re-booking, as hotel was sold out the first 2 nights. So I was given assurance that I could check-out early and get a refund for 2 nights not used. Front desk staff was able to do this for me upon check-out. That was a relief! Very grateful. We did not try the complementary breakfast.

Everything was fine with my room and stay. The only issue was there is a gap under the door which allows bugs, wind, dust to come into the room. I had to place the bedspread against the door to prevent the wind and dust from coming into room. There were other doors with same issue I noticed. Other than this...it was ok but it should get properly fixed.

The hotel was very clean, but was dated and there were several items in the room that weren't working correctly. We had 2 beds in our room. There was 1 headboard (possible for 1 bed) that was mounted to the wall. Neither bed lined up with it and it was akward. The tv was very small and in a cut out area in the wall that was off to the side.

We stayed two nights here. The check in process was easy. Room was okay, bed was decent but room and hotel are outdated. Fairly clean. Although, around 11 pm both nights, there was very loud music playing from across the street, it kept my husband and I up most of the night until it stopped at 2 am. This ruined the experience for me. If you are going to stay here, bring ear plugs.

ONCE we came back, we did get a great room with a good view. They do not use LOW LIGHTS, even with everything closed up, the room was too bright. Why in the world do they need mega-LEDs in the parking area? The breakfast, sold as "open at 6:30 am"...was a complete lie. Long line of people waiting, did not open up until 6:45 and then the flow is awful, stuff here and there and not together (you pick up waffle in this room, go to another to put into toaster). Not great choices. At least the coffee was okay. All in all...3 out of 5. Ice machine was working nicely, that is good, parking was fine, and no noise. Location is fantastic. They just need to work on a few things.

I called eariler in the evening and asked if a late arrival was okay. I had to call back 3 times before anyone answered, it just rang, until i was disconnected for no answer . I was to arrive around midnight. When They answered, i spoke to a young man who said a late arrival would not be a problem. I arrived about 12:20 am to find the door locked with a sign on it that said they were open until 2sm.?? I TRYED tocall the after hours number listed on the door, but there was not enough internet to even make a call. About that time a lady pulled up, they too had been locked out and there was a sign on the door that said our keys could be picked up at the Holiday Inn expres in Page. The ladys husband was there and they were telling him they had no keys!?? Then apparently they found them...i then had to find the other hotel to get my keys, without knowing the area or having any GPS... it was several miles away. I did eventually get my keys and find my way back to my hotel,. The whole ordeal took nearly an hour...Argggg!

The person working at night did her best to get us a fan for room 226 because the AC was not working. A guy came to try to fix it but it didn’t work. It was humid in the room so we sent the kids to sleep with their aunt in another room. We were told the manager would reach out to us in the morning and give us a 40% discount on the room the next day as it was late. Her name is Elvia Owens but it has been 1 week already and she has not reach out to us. They were not able to provide us with another room nor give us our money back so we can rent else where and after a long day of driving from out of state we settled in the room with the fan that was provided. At this point I just want some sort of apology from the manager cause clearly she is not willing to give us a discount even though the room we receive was in inhumane condition. Floor had no carpet and was dirty which we can deal with but the AC was the kicker. But I guess this just proves that when renting hotels on a budget don’t be surprise if you run into bad situations or managers like this SMH!!!

Front desk lady was rude. She refused to give extra pillows. There were only two for two queen beds. No extra towels. Only three per room. They don’t service the room if you stay more than one night. Room was very old and needed updating. Bathroom smelled like a sewer smell coming out of the sink.

The front desk person was very receptive to a problem and corrected it. She checked me in and was most helpful in direction etc. she listened as I explained things and was on the quiet side, but surprisingly took care of everything. She made my stay much more pleasant.

It is conveniently located from Horseshoe bend and Ken's tour for Lower Antelope. The property is above average, the breakfast options are awesome—quiet, and clean, and ample space for parking.

Clean rooms, great location. Easy walk to town. Breakfast was poor and they were out of almost everything (empty coffee pots!) Workers were very friendly but didn’t move fast to rectify the situation.

I do not think paying $100+ per night for this property is worth it. Property in dire need of an update, the room I was in, was in poor condition. The sink in the bathroom was slanted, with poor caulk job. There were stains on the sheets, fridge and freezer did not work and the air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Breakfast was bare bones - bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. They were already out of coffee when I went down to get it, around 730. The employees were very nice and there was a balcony that we used and that was a plus.

Very nice for the price. Only complaint was the tub didn't drain very well and there was soap scum from the previous guest which wasn't cleaned. The breakfast was good. Premade French toast, waffles, etc... that you put in the toaster. Lots of carbs available. Only protein was hard boiled eggs. Would stay again.

Nice and convenient place to stay. Pool is only open during summer starting in June. Breakfast is continental style - toast, bagels, waffles, French toast - to be heated up in the several toasters - fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, milk, juice, coffee. No refrigerator in the room, which would have been nice, although there was a space where there might have been one previously.

The breakfast room is tiny and cannot accommodate so many people. There is not even a waffle maker so waffles have to be toasted, but toasters do not all work and dozens of people are pushing and shoving to use them. Same for people who want to make toast. We finally gave up.
