Front desk employees were not friendly. Bed wasn’t great. Hot tub wasn’t working (sign said wasn’t holding temperature, water yellow). Location was good. Nice deck with sitting area. Nice breakfast and breakfast area.

Check in was easy, overall amenities were good with exception of no laundry! The lighting was very dim, water pressure was none, beds were very uncomfortable!! I would not recommend this hotel as appeared to be more concerned with the amenities minus laundry than comfort for paying customers!!!

We were on a hiking trip so I specifically looked for a hotel with a nice hot tub. When we arrived the font desk told us it was closed for off season maintenance. Funny how they never give you a heads up BEFORE you arrive! Seriously disappointing. Also the rooms are like paper and we could hear everything in the hallways and even people walking in the room above. So many other options out there so I wouldn’t recommend.

Was supposed to overlook Lake Powell. Could not see the lake. Hot tub was ice cold and they would not turn it up as she wasn’t going to be liable. Towels in our room were fresh out of the washer, as they were still wet and folded in our room.

This is a fine hotel in the Page/Lake Powell area, within easy driving distance. The room had plenty of space and was clean. However, all the elevators were out of service which was inconvenient. The fitness center is small and some equipment was out of service. Breakfast was included, which is always nice.

There was an issue with their hot water system. There is no hot water supply during our stay. The staff should make us aware of this before checking in. Even though they offer free cancellation or some credit towards our bill, I think they should let us know in advance or be proactive to offer switching room.

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western overlooking Lake Powell. The front desk staff gave us a warm welcome and had our room ready upon arrival. Our room overlooked the valley—not a perfect view of the lake, but still a nice outlook with beautiful sunset exposure. The room itself was clean and adequate for our needs. The hotel’s location near the city center was convenient—we could have walked if we wanted, but it was only about a mile’s drive. The pool was refreshing, a little on the cool side, but offered a great spot to dip in and enjoy the sunset. There’s also a small patio deck to sit and eat, which added to the experience. Breakfast was complimentary, fairly standard but appreciated, and the free parking was a plus. All in all, it was a clean, comfortable place with friendly service and a good location for exploring Page.

Amazing location, convenient to tourist hotspots including glen canyon damn, horseshoe bend, lake Powell marina (15 min drive) and close to downtown for antelope canyon tour meeting spots. The hot tub was great at night after long days of walking and hiking. Overall amenities were great, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. Hot breakfast was a nice perk in the morning

Great location for doing the activities we had planned. Only a few minutes from airport, horseshoe bend and the lake. The pool was a great refresher in the afternoon too.

Unfortunately bed bugs seem to be a common problem in the budget friendly hotels/motels. I blame myself for not reading the reviews prior to booking. The first night was fine, no incident. The second night one of my daughters was bit but we weren’t sure because she was the only one and it was just on her finger, plus we’d been outdoors. The 3rd night we woke up at about 1am to all of us being bitten and upon stripping the beds, we saw a bug running across one of the beds. Immediately we went to the front desk and they changed us to a different room but we did not sleep well. We woke up early to speak to the manager but were told they’d be in about 2:30pm. However, the young man at the front desk assured us we’d receive a reimbursement for 2 of our nights. The staff honestly were great, friendly, and helpful. Was almost a good stay until the bed bugs. I’m not sure exactly how they can be rid of this infestation. Maybe get a steamer and steam the mattresses and furniture. Definitely vacuum more regularly.

The hotel location is the reason why we choose to stay here and it is very good location, close to everything. Check in and out was fast and easy. Front desk lady was nice. Our room smelled freshly clean when we entered. However we noticed yellow stains on one of the bed covers and one of the bathroom towels had stains on it too. Clean but stained. The water pressure in shower was so week we had to literally stand right next to shower wall to take shower. There were also couple of long hair in bathtub which made me think that it wasn't even cleaned.

Two rooms had issues with cleaning. The bed sheets were dirty. We talked to the cleaning personnel and the reception and they told us that they can only change the sheets (or change into a smaller room). One room actually smelled terribly. Breakfast is not great.

The property is conveniently located. However our room had non functioning A/C and it was unable to cool the room. They did offer us room swap but that was for the 2nd day of stay. The bath towels were not very clean and they looked like they could be replaced with newer ones. Overall a decent stay but not worth the price paid.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front counter receptionist was friendly and welcoming. It was really our room that was the disappointment. The climate control system did not function properly and the first night it was way too hot in the room, and then when it was warm out the unit had a difficult time cooling the room. The bathroom sink is at a really uncomfortable height and distance away from you so it's really awkward to do anything that you need to do at the sink. And then there are no hand towel racks in the area where you would wash your hands there are no hooks or any way to hang up a towel other than on the back of the shower door. I think the worst part is actually the mattresses and the pillows. It was a very squishy sloping mattress, I had to sleep in the middle because I felt like it was sloping off to the sides. And in the pillows all of them were just the oversized big over stuffed type pillows. I sleep with a very small pillow and I'm a stomach sleeper, this bed did not lend itself to a stomach sleeper. The breakfast was fine, there was plenty of food and plenty of options. I also found it very odd that there was an exterior window installed in the bathroom area that led to the sleeping area complete with a window screen, it was just very odd.

Nice location. Easy check-in check-out. Pool timings are great too and it has a good view. Lots of parking spots too. Creeking noise from someone walking in above floor is disturbing experience. Bathroom sink also had a slow water flow. Breakfast is super basic but atleast they provide it so that's plus.

Everything was great except the noise. I could hear the people above walking around even over the heavy AC . If there weren't people upstairs it would be perfect. There is a window that looks into the bathroom though where a corner is clear and you can see shower in your group. FYI..

Chose this hotel over others due to its position and public seating area on a balcony to relax. Unfortunately the seating in that area was very poor with the cushions only fit for a skip. The roof covering was broken in several places thus not providing shade. The flooring in the room was lifting in many places and very dirty. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast mediocre.

I don't like the room condition of Pillowcase, bed sheets, and restroom --- overall is dated. The front desk service is poor on the second date of our stay. The stuffs need additional training of how to treat customer better in answering questions and attitude wise.

The staff was so lovely and helpful and exceeded expectations and really went the extra mile. Denise, Tai and Dominica-I really want to commend the front desk team. Loved the view. It was a perfect stay for what we needed. I forgot my expensive hiking boots and they went out of their way to notify me and handled the shipment for me.

We called and asked if their hot tub was open, they responded yes. We booked two rooms. Upon checking in we were told the hot tub was closed and no one had called them to confirm. After some banter they stated they would refund our money. They refunded one room and not the other. When I called to follow up the lady was rude and hung up on me stating she couldn’t transfer me to manager. I called several times and their response was it wasn’t their problem and to call the credit card company. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

My stay at the Best Western met my expectations. My friend and I were staying over just one night to attend the Antelope Canyon tour the next day. I will say the staff really exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen who checked us in was incredibly friendly and kind (I'm so bummed I can't remember the name). Special shout out to Fae who was so thoughtful and generous with her recommendations. Thank you to the staff for making our stay that much better!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Friendly staffs. The location was great. It's a short driving distance drive to the Antelope Canyon tour. There are plenty of restaurants, markets and shops around.

This hotel is in the heart of Page Arizona and close to many of the hilites of the area. We were given an upgrade which was nice and the front desk official was very kind Would recommend this hotel if staying in the Page area

Just your average Best Western -- affordable and clean, but no luxuries. Check-in time is 4pm, which isn't great, plus our reserved rooms were not ready by that time. The free breakfast is awful: nasty potatoes and a toaster where you have to put bread in about 3 times before it begins to look like toast!

Good place to stay but don’t go for the included breakfast. The eggs were rubbery, the sausages dry and the only fresh fruit was apples and oranges. They should not advertise breakfast, it was bland and dry

Breakfast was terrible, coffee horrible no friut, yoghurt etc. Only had toast and cheap muffins or nake your own waffles. Pool was tiny with no umbrellas for shade and the water was green. Would not swim in it. Also really shabby and not maintained. Coffee pods were rationed to two a day from unfriendly receptionist. Room was clean and comfortable but we booked a desert view which was the car park and a car body shop. So book a lake view room if you stay.
