Only one elevator worked. One of the days neither worked for a few hours. Room was ok but there is no way they were queen size beds, more like full size. The view from our room was an electric plant, not the greatest but Im sure it was there when it was built.

False Advertising & Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Hotel I booked La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page at Lake Powell through Expedia, which stated I could modify my reservation until 6 PM the night before and that the hotel was pet-friendly with no extra fees—both were false. Due to weather, I tried modifying my stay within the allowed window, but La Quinta refused, forcing me to pay for an unused night. Expedia agreed to refund me but needed a receipt showing I stayed three nights instead of four. The hotel refused to provide this. At check-in, I was charged $25 per night for my dog, despite Expedia listing no pet fees. When I showed this to the front desk agent, she rudely dismissed it, saying they were a "private hotel" trying to remove that information. This is false advertising. Additional issues: Pool was closed (not advertised as seasonal). Elevator was broken, and we were on the third floor with kids and luggage. Valentina refused to provide proper documentation for my refund. Unprofessional staff, misleading policies, and poor service—book elsewhere!

Very conveniently located near the antelope canyons and horseshoe bend. The place had great breakfast included, laundry machines, and a pool! Great place for families.

Very strict- nobody checks in before 3, even if the rooms are ready. Ice machines broken on first 2 floors. 2/3 of the pool chairs were damaged/broken. No hair dryer in room. Not much attention to maintenance.

Not as advertised. Stated they have pool and hot tub. Both were out of order. Told by staff they are seasonal. Saw no mention of this online. Mid May and plenty nice out. Workout room has 3 treadmills, only one operated. Pretty disappointed. Will not chose this place again.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Great breakfast. Only concern was not one working elevator so it could be a long wait. They main area and halls were really warm but room cooled down nicely.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that one of the elevators was out of order and it created a situation that going up to the room took 5 min wait time each time.

Lobby carpet dirty, chipped tub, dirty corners, elevator dirty, hardest pillows, front desk staff off-putting, but nice modern decor, and they serve breakfast.

Funny smell in hallways. Black mold in shower not just a touch either. Lamp shade missing from lamp in room. Third shift can be kinda rude. Breakfast not bad some hot items still kinda cold.

Everything was great except for the shower stall. There was mold in the corners and the grab bar cover plate was hanging loose.

A one-night stay. The room / bathroom were very clean. Staff was helpful & friendly.

We were on 2nd floor, room,228 / the whole floor smelled terribly. I don't know where it was coming from. Even a small child was holding her nose closed.

On entering the hotel the first thing we noticed was the filthy carpet in the reception/breakfast area. Our room was nice with comfy bed and pillows. En suite was large but shower head was disgusting and needed properly cleaned. Air con was noisy. Breakfast was very poor. La Quinta need to up their game. Would not stay here again nor recommend it

Enjoyed our stay here. A sparkling clean room is a priority, and this room was that! Front desk and breakfast room staff were all very pleasant.

I don't know if it was our luck or if this hotel's cleanliness is an overall problem. After a long drive, we checked in and showered; the shower curtain was not washed as it had remnants of what I hope was conditioner or shampoo. I was willing to ignore that, but when we uncovered the bed to settle in for the night, the bed was covered in hairs and pubes and had yellow stains throughout. We asked for another room, which they accommodated, but the second room was even worse. It had the same hair situation, and the bed reeked of aftershave or cologne. You could tell the bed was slept in recently, the sheets had not been changed, and the bed was barely made. Again, we asked for another room and a clean set of sheets; at this point, we were tired and willing to change the bed ourselves. They accommodated us, but this time, the smell of feces was overwhelming as soon as you stepped into the room, and the same thing happened with the bed: hairs, stains, and smelled like sweat. Again, I am unsure if it was just our luck, but three rooms on three different floors, and none of the bed sheets had been changed. The rooms seemed clean at first glance, but I believe they're making the beds without changing the sheets. I don't know about you, but I think clean sheets is hotel 101. We ended up just checking out and finding something else nearby. The back and forth between hotels.com and the hotel was also not fun, but ultimately, they issued a refund, so at least there's that.

The room was nice and big and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room could use a little touch up here and there. Paint and the furniture is pretty worn in places but other than that it was a comfortable stay and a reasonably priced room. Also the breakfast was very nice as well!

Was happy to get a corner room at a quiet end of the hallway, only to realize when we went to bed that the AC was super loud! Called the front desk and no answer (1am) The room was warm as well and it didn't cool it down enough. My husband also used a pillow that must have had cleaning fluid sprayed on it. Irritated his eyes in the night. We didn't complain because had to be out early to leave with friends.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Page, AZ, is a nice hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms. It has elevators and free parking. The free breakfast is good, but if you go to eat around 8:30 a.m., it will be a bit crowded and most probably, you will end up taking your plate in your room. As we had a TV connection problem, we were very pleased with the prompt technical service and we would like to thank again to the staff on duty (the receptionist and the maintenance specialist, who came after working hours to solve that issue).

Our original room had a noise from water being flushed etc from above which was very noisy. We asked to be moved to another room which was granted and appreciated.

Hotel appears quite nice as it is fairly new but unfortunately the sound proofing is terrible. Kept awake with people walking around in room above, someone in next room snoring & dogs barking in the hallway at all hours. Then awoken early with dogs barking again, children running up & down the hallways & housekeeping staff banging doors. 1 of 2 TV's in room did not work and nothing was done about it after being mentioned to front desk staff. Very disappointing experience for the tariff charged and anticipated quality of this hotel brand.

I absolutely love this hotel for their AMAZING STAFF. My mom forgot her jacket in the room after checked out. But staff allowed us to go back to our room to check, and even letting the laundry room to check. Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip, La Quinta is the best.

The hotel in itself is pretty new and pleasant, however it is a perfect example of how NOT to run a hotel. Some examples: - rigid check in after 3pm, with unpleasant and unfriendly approach by the front desk - only one of two elevators available for the full hotel - capacity of the breakfast area definitely not sufficient to contain all guests at any hour. Every morning was a fight to get food and find an available table. We had to have our breakfast in the lobby for two consecutive days - juice machine not working at all (I understand from past hotel reviews that this is the case since several weeks), water not available at breakfast. The only available liquid was an undrinkable coffee - towels not available at the pool, we had to ask all the times - the hotel is very noisy, especially because of the air con devices sounding like tractors. We turned off ours, but still couldn’t sleep because of the other ones next to us In summary, good potential for the structure and the position, but terrible management, no maintenance at all and unfriendly attitude.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the receptionist during check-in was frustrating enough to warrant it. She was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and she acted like I was bothering her by simply arriving. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with zero communication or effort to explain anything. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, hers was unwelcoming and unprofessional. A receptionist is the face of any establishment—this one did not represent the business well. I hope management addresses this, because everything else about the place was overshadowed by that unpleasant interaction

Property is only slightly above average based on other options in the area. Nice lighting & communal area with adequate ice makers scattered around. Front desk and check in are sluggish however, and they charged me twice for one night. When calling the phone lines also are inconsistently audible with a weird crackling noise that they should get someone to look at.

When we got to the property, we were told they were short staffed and we would have to wait an hour for a clean room. We waited over 90 minutes in the lobby and kept checking back. The clerk never informed us the room was ready. Poor service .

They are a big cheater as never cleaned the room inspite of us making sure that it happens. We had to clean our own room when came back in the evening after a tiring day with kids. They have horrible customer service and the receptionist was pathetic. They should not charge for the services that they don’t intend to provide. They don’t care for their guests…so BEWARE!!!!

I was charged twice for a room, had paid thru Expedia and charged again upon arrival. Ten minutes after getting to room got my paperwork to show I had paid, they refused to refund me. Have spent more than 4 hrs over multiple weeks to solve this and still not done. Will never give a penny to this hotel again and will be advising friends and family also

Front Desk staff were outstanding. Very friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean, although it did have an odor to it. Had to cancel last day and process had to be handled through Hotels.com, not La Quinta.

Simple hotel on a location not convenient close to the city centre (you need a car). Ammenities are simple and not very inviting to use. Relatively expensive for what you get.

Perfect for an overnight stay. The pool was freezing cold (so not really usable even though the weather was hot). The breakfast was indeed good.

We really liked this hotel and its location. The front desk lady was very helpful. she even came up later and helped us with the TV. The room was nice and clean & we were happy with all the extra outlets. The breakfast was very good too. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working, no face tissue paper. The shower was weak and old. And the breakfast had poor selection in food and the coffee always cold. Next time will look for a different hotel.

I was pleased with the room and the people working at the desk. Originally, we were right by the elevator, and when I asked if we could move to a different room, the person working the desk very quickly found us a new room. The only area that could use improvement was breakfast. There was no fresh fruit and only eggs or pork sausage for protein options. I wish more hotels would serve turkey sausage instead of pork, or at least offer turkey as an option. There are many people who can't eat pork.

Excellent value. The lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and the tree hot breakfast was delicious! Would stay here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

A nice hotel on the edge of the town. You get nice views of the cliffs if the surrounding areas. Rooms were nice, clean and comfortable Only complaint would be the breakfast - although it was till 9.30, it was pretty much empty by 8.15 and hardly anything was refilled.

Breakfast was fantastic
