We enjoyed our stay at Southwest Inn. We traveled in February so did not use the pool. The spa looked nice but we don’t bring our suits but it would have been nice to soak our muscles after hiking. The breakfast was decent and the room was decorated nicely with nice custom pieces of furniture.

Jetted tub was gross with orange mold and gnats swarming the drain. Shower had weird fake rock floor and felt slimy on the feet. Filthy carpet. Mattress felt like concrete. I can't believe we paid $400 for this.

Rooms are so pretty, beds are very comfy. Best pool area- good temp, clean, lovely landscaping and ambiance. Breakfast was excellent with a super kind attendant and available outdoor balcony to sit at. Staff were knowledgeable and warm. We will stay here again!
